Relic Delta is just dmg percentage changes; how can it be buggy?
R9/R10 teams keeps getting one-shotted by R7/R5 and lower teams
So, if you have 'full' R9/10 'teams' (full teams and plural). Hopefully, you're in the top half of K1 and you wouldn't see R7/5 (or lower) 'teams'. If you're not in high K1......what's going on?
massively screws over the players who are investing in their rooster
Roster investment is more than the higher Relic (thankfully). Rooster investment needs a strong character that can keep everything running smoothly (so I believe).
