Build/buy wall tool icon jumping around
This recently started happening since last night were my build/buy wall tool started jumping around my screen. I can barely move my mouse with it jittering around the screen.

Please test your issue on a vanilla game
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
