Im having the same problem. I thought it was just the garbage being funny so I tried moving it and it didnt work. Is there an eta on when it will be fixed?
Hopefully immediately. This is entirely too annoying for me to continue to deal with and actually enjoy this game. This one is honestly ridiculous. If it takes as long as the raining indoors crud, then i wont be spending money on 'Enchanted By Nature" as previously intended, util its fixed. This one irked me.
