It's very rare for me to experience bugs and glitches that everyone else seems to, but this one is the second time I've had an issue with my game (the first being when fishing was broken in Sulani). I didn't know my sim had a bowl of spoiled salad in her personal inventory, so I went to drag it to the sink, but nothing was happening. Had her clean out spoiled food, and she was able to do that just fine. Same thing with diapers: I can't drag them to the trashcan, but my sim can pick them up and throw them away herself.
