Game unplayable since downloading business and hobbies.

First of all... I have no mods installed at all.... I took Everything out .... I have repaired my game..... I can not play in windowed full screen once changed to it it makes the game flicker almost to fast for the eye to see and then the screen goes white and everything is gone but you can still hear the menu music. I gave up on windowed full screen and made a new sim in full screen, the moment I was done and ready to put her down in the game it crashes. I have restarted it a billion times and can not put her down or anyone. The game is unplayable. Help? I have spent alot of money on all these expansions to not be able to play today!
