[LLQE] Issues with tasks

Sorry if this is the wrong thread: I can't get "Express Feelings about Art" to complete. Have tried reloading game. The task just hangs indefinitely, the sim standing there forever. If I cancel the task I get the resolution choice box, but it doesn't complete the task for the purposes of the event checklist.

I'm having this issue on PlayStation 5 but I have the original library I have not changed it at all

Have you tried if it works on a new save ?

Did you try if switching households and trying with another Sim ? Create a copy of your save before trying.

I'm having trouble where the textbox is empty, any idea how to fix this?

I don't kwon if it the right thread but I have a problem with the the quests of week one and with the event. 

Yesterday, I updated the game, logged in, opened a game, clicked to see the missions and rewards for week 1, and saw that the quests had already been completed (I didn't do anything at all, I didn't watch the news channel, I didn't meet the envoy, I didn't do anything) and I can't find the phone linked to the event in my inventory and I can't click on my sim to call the envoy, and what's more, the rewards had already been collected.

Could this cause problems for future missions? I've already tried repairing the game and starting a new game, but nothing. Can anyone help me?

Could you post a pic of your rewards window ?

For me the game crashed and I lost the phone then later got it back after playing a bit so there seems to be a failsafe for that.

Yes, this is my reward window.  

My game hasn't crashed yet, so are you saying it might happen after I've been playing for a while? And could the same thing happen to the emissary?

I have the original libray and it isn't working...sigh
