Load Error Code 800/801

Issue When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading. Similar issues Please check out this thread for similar issue...

You can also try recovering a backup save:

Your backups may be affected, but perhaps at least one of them is playable.

Okay, I did back up my save then update my game when I load the save that have this load iusses it still there. I don't know what when wrong, I even read the other comment from the load error code and some said their is no way to fix this and they just have deleted their save. I don't want to do that so I try to recover my save in the game. now I am have never ending loading. I still don't have any mods in my game and there is no last expection in my folder. I try to see from YouTube video if they have the same problem it doesn't help. Please EA and Sims team help me. I just want to play with my saves. if nothing works I'm just going to delete this save.
