Issue
When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

Ideas
When sim travels to different lot (ex: high school, other homes, bars, etc.) the lot disappears and it is empty. Get error code 801 when trying to build on a lot. After leaving empty lot it disappears from map as well. Have relaunched the game, repaired the game, restart the EA app, and bug still persists. No CC or Mods. played on Mac.

It continuously is loading for hours without ending when entering build mode on a lot in a new save. After force quitting the game and restarting the game its stuck on the loading screen for 20 minutes before opening home screen.
unsure how to send a saved game.
