When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

Make sure to click on upvote and send your save game to EA.
my game is not loading if i try to visit a household i think its error 108 or 808 that it keeps saying and it doesn't load if trying to build on a lot from the map or keeps bringing me back to the last save even if i saved since.
no mods/cc used
base game and kits and stuff packs only
started after the new bug fix update
relaunching the game after the error message doesn't work
do not know how to get lasteception files
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Please post a pic of the error message you're getting
- Please also provide any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

I haven’t been able to load my Sims 4 game for a few days now. It keeps coming up with an error 800 code and tells me to relaunch the game. Have done that many times and still says the same thing. It’s getting annoying! I don’t use mods and wanted to purchase some more packs during this sale but I don’t want to waste my money if the game can’t start up. PLEASE HELP!!!
I cannot enter residential rentals. Error code 800 keeps popping up and requests that I restart game. Nothing is working ?? I have even disabled the rentals pack and still! I have the issue
