No graduation ceremony for high school

Don't remember exactly when it started, but most probably right after I installed my new extension packs. My teens no longer get a graduation ceremony. it doesn't appear on the calendar, so they can't go. Since that happens there is no diploma (which btw I can't put into my sim's inventory as it should be normal so my old sims actually left their diplomas in other houses they lived in) and worst than that in my sim's description it says he/she graduated with a normal average (one of my sims was actually a valedictorian so i did not appreciate the slightly above average description at all) plus if there's a trait they should get from graduating with honors or valedictorians it doesn't happen since no graduation=no ceremony=no diploma=no nothing. I don't use mods and the game used to run pretty normal in the beginning. Also repaired my game on numerous occasions. Another bug I noticed when I took my sim to high school. Some of my lockers were nothing but black shadows on the walls. You could use them ofc but they didn't look like lockers anymore. Tried replacing them I was told that the lot did not meet the requirements to be a high school anymore. In the end I put them on the roof since it seemed that was the only way to get them to look like what they're supposed to be.
