My issue recently has been when I put my sims to sleep. They have a long pause, go to sleep, then immediatley they get up even though their needs are fully met. Im not sure why they keep bugging out ...

I've discovered this glitch after get the Lovestruck EP. My sims have high satisfaction romance, and the second sims I command to go to bed always gets up multiple times. When they eventually cuddle, the second sims stays in bed.
