where do i even begin!!

My game is FULL of bugs that make it UNPLAYABLE. I play console. I can't place more than 1 object down in build mode at a time, the sledgehammer cannot delete multiple items at a time, so I have to switch back to my cursor to delete something every time. I can't throw away trash or throw away dishes unless my sim does it themselves. Every time I log in to the game, my game settings keep getting reset to default, so I have to reapply my settings every time. my game is crashing, every. single. time. i. go. into. manage. worlds. it also does this thing where the game freezes for a good 7 minutes before it either crashes or it goes back to normal. 75/25 chance it will crash. My Sims are for some reason becoming pitch black voids. my UI turns green for some reason, and my game saves are being corrupted everytime i download a build or a household. i don't even have cc or mods! i play console!! I DONT CARE ABOUT FAIRIES,  EA YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR GAME, IM TIRED OF THIS CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
