Fair play initiative
How about we start a fair play initiative if UFC 6 needs anything its this. If COD mw could catch cheaters and people taking advantage of glitches in the wild west days of online gaming how come EA can't? Perhaps if we all put our foot down they actually will so our gaming experience isn't ruined because a hacker spends more money on extras. I employ you to feel free and offer your .02 cents on it the AI on my phone concocted an effective easy fix in seconds how come a multi billion dollar company can't? Unless a cheaters money is worth more than ours and our gaming experience. Should be able to boot a cheater mid game no different rhan any other game. That or I should be able to come here ane call out the cheater however I see fit without EA silencing me. If your going to cheat and ruin my gaming experience on a game I spent near $100 on to buy not including any extra purchases than your feelings about my words are secondary27Views0likes8CommentsCould you add a console-only matching mechanism?
After Xbox disabled cross platform play, it became impossible to find a full match.🥲 Could DICE learn from Respawn Entertainment how to optimize the console user experience? This feature was not available in Battlefield 2042 (Xbox Series X|S Edition), but the Xbox One Edition of Battlefield 2042 was console only.Hitting
Ea. I believe its time for you to take an in depth dive regarding your hitting element, and your definition as to what hit means. Ever since you brought that inept shoulder checking theme into the game. The hitting element has apparently no effect in the registering of the hits themselves. How is it, that in the objectives, it calls for hits, while the game stats also record hits. However after a complered game. The game hit stat shows 2, while the objective shows 8. Where is the rationale in this obvious double interpretation of the meaning hit. You at times variate between body check and hit. However. A body check is considered a hit by all NHL statistics. Its got to the point now, that the algorithyms regarding hits, has the AI anticipating a proposed hit, and alludes it by using manouvers, the player card should be incapable of performing. Why the individual player cards capabilities are questionable at best. As level of play changes, so do the attributes. Skating. Shooting. Hands. Etc. In summation. Re-establish the hitting format, as the one that exists now. Isnt worth the word. HIT!37Views2likes1CommentFirst Draft of Formal Collective Feedback Report
(may I please have a direct feedback line on where to send this once the final draft is complete?) Have a read, add anything you think I have misssed. Just be aware that I have not written this for the community, I have written this for the corporate business aspect, so I've used their language and terms, which is the only way to even be glimpsed at, let alone stand a chance of being taken seriously. And once again, for the final time, I am fully aware this will likely not amount to anything and I am wasting my time, but that has not stopped me trying. Sincerely, thank you for your feedback so far. --------------------------------------------------------- Formal Submission of Community Sentiment Report To: Leadership and Management Teams, Electronic Arts (EA) & Full Circle Date: February 21, 2026 Subject: Urgent Community Feedback and Strategic Risk Assessment – SKATE. Dear Leadership/Management Team Attached to this correspondence is a comprehensive report detailing the current state of consumer sentiment, product performance and monetization-related grievances regarding the SKATE. live-service product. This report is the result of an analysis of community data, session logs and public discourse spanning the history of the “Early Access” lifecycle of the SKATE. live-service product and specifically covering the most recent seasonal update. While the technical foundations of the product – specifically the skating physics and server stability – remain high-performing, there is a critical and growing disconnect between the development roadmap and the expectations of the core consumer base. The data indicates that current monetization strategies, specifically the implementation of access restrictions on map areas (e.g., Grom Island), have triggered a significant erosion of brand trust. This is being characterized by the community as a breach of previous transparency commitments. The resulting impact on player retention – highlighted by the 96.8% decline in concurrent players on Steam since peak – suggests that the current “Live Service” trajectory is at a critical juncture. The following report provides: An objective analysis of what is successfully engaging the audience. A breakdown of the friction points causing the greatest market discourse. Data-driven visualizations of player churn and retention trends. Attainable strategic adjustments to mitigate reputational damage and stabilize the long-term player base The intention of this document is to provide actionable insights that align the product’s revenue goals with sustainable consumer satisfaction. We believe that by addressing these core grievances, SKATE. can still achieve the longevity and cultural impact originally envisioned for the franchise. We look forward to your review of these findings and are available to discuss the implementation of the recommended corrective measures. Sincerely David Catford (deepcovergeko) Community Stakeholder Representative Strategic Review: Community Sentiment and Product Viability – SKATE. Early Access Executive Summary This report synthesizes extensive community feedback, telemetry-based observations and consumer grievances regarding the current state of SKATE. (Early Access). Data indicates a significant erosion of consumer trust, primarily driven by a perceived misalignment between initial development promises and current monetization strategies. The following sections outline the product’s operational strengths, critical deficiencies and the primary drivers of community discourse. Current Product Performance: Positive Attributes The community recognizes several core technical and mechanical success that serve as a foundation for the product: Mechanical Fluidity: Skating mechanics, grind physics and character animations are described as “buttery smooth” and naturally responsive. Audio-Visual Fidelity: Sound design is noted for its high quality and the aesthetic of “San Vansterdam” is generally well-received by new users. Accessibility and Social Infrastructre: There server capacity supports high-density player interaction with relative stability, “low-entry” skill barrier allows for broad user acquisition. Frequent Content Iteration: Regular additions of licensed music and cosmetic drops demonstrate an active live-service pipeline. Strategic Underperformance Areas The following features are currently failing to meet consumer expectations for a modern “Skate” experience: Map Geometry and Verticality: Consumers report that the current map layout lacks the “bombable” hills and elevation changes characteristic of previous franchise entries. Lack of Competitive Systems: There is a critical absence of legacy multiplayer modes such as S.K.A.T.E., 1-Up or structured trick-line competitions. Creativity Constraint: The item editor is restricted to a 5-object limit and the product does not feature a “Create-A-Park” feature at all, this hinders the “sandbox” creativity central to the franchise’s identity Lighting and Visual Clarity: Lighting in areas without direct sunlight are reported as insufficient, complicating gameplay and video capturing in specific zones. Primary Drivers of Community Discourse The following factors have caused the most significant reputational damage and consumer dissatisfaction: Monetization Transparency (The “Grom Island” Incident): - Contradictory Marketing: In 2022, developers stated: “No maps areas locked behind paywalls”. - Current Reality: Season 3 will introduce a restricted access model for the Isle of Grom (an expanded tutorial area). Access is permanent for Premium Pass holders but requires “renting” via a 500 Rip Chip/24-hour pass for non-paying users. Predatory Perception: The conversion of seasonal “Tix” (preventing rollover) and the requirement to scroll past a high volume of micro-transactions to access progression menus have been labelled “predatory” by the core user base. Corporate Communication Failures: Official responses suggesting that “plans have to change” are perceived by the community as a lack of accountability rather than a by-product of “building in public” or “early access”. Strategic Recommendations for Faith Restoration To stabilize the player base and mitigate further brand devaluation, the following steps are recommended: Abolish Geographic Renting: Remove the “Water Taxi” ticket system for Grom Island and revert to the “All Maps Free for All Players” commitment. Increase Sandbox Utility: Raise the item editor limit and implement a mission/line creator to foster user-generated content Refine Monetization Flow: Relink progression systems to gameplay achievements rather than forcing users through the cosmetic store-front to view status. Prioritize Legacy Content: Expedite the release of “Create-A-Park”, “S.K.A.T.E.” and/or “Hall of Meat” features to satisfy the core target demographic Strategic Addendum: Cultural Context and Brand Alignment The Socio-Cultural Dynamics of Skateboarding and Product Authenticity Historical Context and Cultural Foundations The skateboarding movement originated as a definitive counter-culture, defined by its resistance to traditional athletic structures and centralized authority. Historically, the community has been composed of individuals often marginalized by mainstream society, outcasts, free-thinkers and rebels who utilized the urban landscapes as a canvas for freedom of movement and radical self-expression. In this ecosystem, status is not inherited or assigned, rather earned through meritocracy. The culture is inherently inclusive and diverse, having established a global network of acceptance based solely on a participant’s dedication to the craft and their contribution to the collective progression of the sport. The Intersection of Skate Culture and Interactive Media Video games have historically served as the primary digital conduit for skate culture, providing a sanctuary for expression that transcends physical limitations. However, a perennial friction exists between the organic, rebellious nature of skateboarding and the structured, bottom-line objectives of corporate entities. Skateboarding, by its very nature, is skeptical of institutional oversight. Participants are historically adverse to corporate sentiment, viewing top-down mandates as antithetical to the “street-level” authenticity that defines the sport. The Risk of Political and Corporate Over-reach In the current development of SKATE., there is a visible disconnect regarding the implementation of social and political agendas. Because skateboarding culture is already fundamentally inclusive through its merit-based roots, the introduction of forced DEI frameworks or overt political messaging is often perceived by the core demographic as performative and redundant. For a community that identifies as counter-authority, these initiatives are frequently interpreted as “corporate sanitization.” When a product prioritizes institutional agendas over the fundamental values of freedom and rebellion, it risks alienating the very outcasts who have sustained the franchise for decades. The Strategic Opportunity for EA and Full Circle This product has a unique opportunity to act as a bridge – not by imposing corporate values onto the culture, but by highlighting and celebrating the culture as it already exists. To capture the “spirit” of the franchise and ensure log-term viability, the product must: Prioritize Expression over Mandates: Allow the inherent diversity of the community to flourish organically through robust customization and merit-based progression. Embrace the Counter-Culture: Acknowledge the grit, rebellion and “outcast” identity that makes skateboarding a unique global phenomenon. Remove Ideological Friction: Focus on the “Freedom of the Session” rather than the corporate-led social engineering, which serves no functional purpose in a simulation dedicated to creative autonomy. By aligning this product with the authentic and raw fundamentals of skateboarding culture, EA and Full Circle can transition from being perceived as “the authority” to be the facilitator of the world’s most resilient counter-culture.Communications
Use AI to monitor communications to ban hate speech and slurs, tired of getting cussed at because my **bleep** teammates drop like hot s*** from a horses a**hole on a mid summers day, muting them won't help at all because we need to hear what everyone says for fighting in game.(Some dude told me to kill myself because I was using Catalyst, Quoting said a**hat: Go kill yourself you **bleep** trans **bleep** sucking femboy!) Implement this ASAP.international team masks...

this game is the worst I have ever played. EA does not care about it's fan base at all. they have not fixed the form score, poke checks, stick lifts, NOTHING. and besides all the things that people have said is wrong with this crap game, there's the little things that is going to give me a freaking (and yes I want to cuss so bad) heart attack. besides the things I'm about to say, remember that I have ALL my sliders way higher than the computer AI. now there should be NO REASON I AM GETTING SCORED ON WHEN I'M ON THE ICE AND I AM ON ROOKIE, NONE. the teammate AI is so horrible, I can't describe it. plus out of 100 times the puck is loose, it either goes right back to the other team or they have a guy right there where my guys just leave (and that's on allstar). and when in the defensive zone, my guys forget how to check someone and let the other team shoot (on allstar). then my goalie can't stop a wet paper bag as is the other goalie is all the greatest goalies who ever lived wrapped up in one (and that's on rookie). then you have the stupid form score. my gosh how in the world do I lose 14 points when they actually didn't score (yes 0 for the game) and I had 2 assists? ARGGGGG. then there's the dreaded coaches score. how in the freak can you lose more for bad things than get for good things. there was a game where we were in the 3rd period and the opponent did not score while my guy was on the ice. with less than a minute in the game, they scored while I was on the ice. I was right there, and should have poked it away but of course missed (which I shouldn't have) and yes my goalie should have stopped it, and yes none my AI teammates came to help but I get a -5 in defense? MY GOD WHAT THE HELL. all game not scored on and 1 goal goes in and drops my defense to below 60 which was in the 80s. that's not the only time this happens. and that's not the only stat it happens on. I'm sick and tired of actually hitting someone and they brush me off like I was not there (also to mention the overpowered reverse check). besides the fact that when they do so called "stagger", they recover faster than I do. I stay in the hit animation for way to long. and it's worse when they brush me off and I still get in the animation and they go down and score. then I get a missed assignment or not coving the net or both. there's a ton more things but it doesn't matter. EA does not care. and NO EA, I am not posting videos because I have done so already and nothing has changed. you amp up the other team so much it's sickening. I will never buy another EA hockey game until you fix it like the FANS want. get rid of the negative coaches score crap or at least give more for good than bad (which is the way it should be), fix the form score or go by coaches score, fix the teammate AI, poke check ect ect. also, after your rookie year, how about different challenges. there should be no reason I'm being "evaluated" to stay on the roster in my second year. I'm a 93 overall and still my go to the minors? bull crap. yes, I have to work for my spot but not go to the minors, if anything, I should be traded. your not law enforcement so I'm going to say it. Guys can you help me a bit because I am tired of fixing the launcher issues by myself. I will enumerate some of the problems: Entering User then Password, but instead of logging in, I am reset similar to server down, but they are up. After I re-sync for n time the date and reset the router + restart etc, mostly 30 mins or 40, I bypass the password and I have to introduce the security key, but when I press enter the security key case window is overlapped with my user (Interface bug). After I remove and add the SWTOR launcher from Allow in firewall apps, I manage to enter the game just to get stuck into the continuous loading screen without possibility to choose servers. And after many attempts combining all the above and Steam line (by the way this happens on both net launcher and steam launcher, because YES I ALSO REINSTALLED), sometimes I manage to bypass the loading screen but I get the no servers bug. This is insane. I tried reaching mailto:support@swtor.com but now I have to call them. Most of these issues I fixed using a combination but every week after an update is release, I have to redo all my previous work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, Daniel110Views0likes3CommentsBattlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games. Thank you for your time and understanding. Best regards, BF V1.2KViews19likes50Comments
