Account deleted-need help

Submitted case #220568883 but was told asking the forums can help speed up the time for someone to reach out to me.

Basically I have been Playing Apex Legends on playstation since Feb 4 launch until now. I wanted to play split fiction and it asked me to sign into my ea account blah blah etc. Well I didnt realize I had an ea account for my yahoo email and one for my gmail. None of my EA accounts were linked to my steam or playstation. So linked my ea account with my gmail which I guess was the wrong thing to do because once I booted up Apex Legends again on my playstation ALL of my data was gone. My kills, the hundreds of dollars worth of microtransactions and character unlocks etc. 

Is there a way to get this back? I saw that you can only link 1 email per lifetime so im confused as to what happens to all of my progress.

    Hey nick8418​,

    If you had been playing Apex since launch, that was linked to an EA account. It would have been linked the first time you tried to launch Apex or another EA title on PlayStation. If you were more recently prompted to log into an EA account and then found your Apex progress missing after signing into a gmail account, it sounds like that Yahoo email or another EA account was originally linked and would be where your progress is still located.

    So in this case, you'd need to re-link your PlayStation to whichever EA account it was linked to for all the time you were playing Apex.

    Unfortunately, whatever you may have heard in that first sentence of your post is incorrect, as we're unable to make changes to your account or change your position in the support queue here, sorry. They should be able to help make sure you're linked to the correct original EA account however, so please do keep an eye on your case history page for them to get back in touch.

    Thank you for your help. I cannot personally re-link the account. So I guess Ill have to wait.

    Will I have the opportunity to erase my gmail ea account once i get my yahoo relinked? I would prefer to use my active email account which is gmail. Thanks.

    Support should be able to simply swap or update email addresses on both accounts, as well as helping to delete the unused account afterwards if you'd like, yep!
