Incorrect Age account issue
I'm trying to log into a new account using my EA account. When I go to log in, it says I can't log in because my date of birth entered on the game doesn't match what's on my account, even though it is. I've tried relogging and uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm on android, if that helps.Three most feared dual packs, 30,000 MC spent and zero epics
I spent 30,000 Madden Cash on three Most Feared Dual Threat Packs, advertised with a 76% chance of receiving an Epic reward. All three packs resulted in Rare players. I understand that rewards are random, but the probability of missing an Epic three times in a row is approximately 1.38%, assuming the advertised 76% chance applies to each complete pack opening. While this outcome is possible, it raises a legitimate question about the advertised odds and deserves more than a generic explanation about bad luck. After contacting EA Help multiple times, I received repetitive responses without a meaningful investigation or satisfactory resolution. This has only made the experience more frustrating. I have played Madden NFL Mobile for years, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the game. I am asking EA to take my concerns seriously, review the relevant pack and transaction records, and consider a reasonable goodwill compensation for this disappointing and frankly unfair experience. I am not asking for guaranteed rewards. I am asking for transparency, accountability, and fair treatment as a loyal player. A generic response about luck is not an adequate substitute for a meaningful review. I hope EA will demonstrate that player trust matters by addressing this complaint properly, because this is completely unacceptable.
International iconic trade not working
Android player, I had 4 international epics on my team and one unused. I removed the 4 from my squad to trade for an iconic before the trade option closes and the 4 players are not showing up as options in any of the trades (checked epic exchange to verify it wasn't just the iconic 5 trade). Not sure what to do because I want to make this trade and the option will be gone in 32 hours. Reinstalled but that didn't help.

When playing Seasons mode, I have played with multiple teams and none of them have the full 53 man roster. If someone could please update this it would make seasons mode more fun because you can choose who plays if you want to start a backup. You're going to have to tell me how 124 dbs can keep up with wrs that are 10-20 overall faster than them in speed? **bleep** mind blowing to me how my worst player is 5 overall better than the whole team I'm playing against. But yet they play better than my team? Make your **bleep** make sense. Some how you keep making the same mistakes in the game like you have in the past and fix nothing.International select pack rip off 🤮
When the international event started. EA posted a 5000 Madden cash international select pack. So I spent my hard-earned money and chose it because it said select. Of course it wasn't select and just gave me two epics that it picked out for me and that was it and didn't allow me to select. I contacted EA and they said too bad you're just stuck with what we gave you. Basically thanks for letting us lie to you and waste your money. And no we're not going to compensate you. Ridiculous. If I would have known that I would have never have spent the Madden cash. Do better 🤮Madden 27 freezes at 99% on the Super Bowl.
My madden 27 mobile freezes as soon as it gets to 99% on the Super Bowl on the regular season. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game, restarted my season, and basically everything the internet has said to do. I’ve had no other problems but the Super Bowl just will not load.5v5 mode, play call is always the same
When doing any 5v5 challenge in one of the Limited events for Ultimate Team Mode, the play call for offense and defense is always the same. The audible button is there, but trying to change the play does nothing. The play call is also not a 5v5 one, as on offense it is Twin Combos leading to 11v11 instead. This issue has been going on since the game reset in August.

I’ve seen multiple reports of this over the years but no replies from official devs. My phone model is iPhone 17, and my controller is from ps5, so I think the issue may be in the game itself 1. Firstly, how do you control the kick meter with a controller? I successfully connected my PS5 controller to the app, and have tried everything, but I cannot kick the ball with just the controller. I also cannot perform pass rush moves with the controller either, which is a major issue. is it possible to perform different catch types with the controller? Doing so would make the game much more enjoyable and flexible to suit everyone’s play styles. You know how you can click to improve catch chance with a max of 25%? You cannot click any button on a ps5 controller than will register as a click for that. otherwise it seems nice, just fix these issues and we should be good to go.
