Regarding the Metallic Banshee.
I'm pretty sure quite a few have gotten the metallic banshee from the Universal Crimson whatever packs. I won't say I like the heirloom (I was okay with the 7 others but not this), but the fact that its blocking the entire right side of my screen made me hate it even more to the point that I'm not even equipping it, the crouch shows less of the heirloom than when running which is better imo. Anyways please do something about this heirloom's running animation for the unfortunate souls that have gotten this tentacle as their first and only heirloom.Legend Bans
I request that legend bans not be introduced to ranked matches. The legend ban system is established not only reduce play efficiency per match but also increase device load. This is particularly inappropriate given that publisher resources are being diverted to other areas like AI, and maintaining 200,000 concurrent Steam players has become difficult since Season 29. Apex is a free-to-play game and a Battle Royale title that requires 60 players per match, meaning it relies heavily on player population in a way other games do not. Instead of adding new features, I ask that the developers focus their efforts on core improvements such as balance adjustments and matchmaking accuracy.
Crimson Ripper - The Heirloom's Problem. ???
Just got the Serpent Sting heirloom from the universal pack event of the S30. Bought the Crimson Ripper animation. I'm sorry, but WTF is this, Respawn? I can't unequip it, I even didn't see the original version in game. After all the universals that already present in the shop with their customization options, you still didn't add an ability to unequip the Crimson Ripper variant from the heirloom??? Unbelievable. Respect your buyers, please.Weapon Mastery Challenges (Kraber)
In order to master a weapon, you must complete 5 challenges and reach Level 100 for that particular weapon. Shotguns, SMGs, Assault Riffles, Marksman, Snipers, LMGs, and Pistols all resemble close to the same amount of kills needed to complete each weapons challenges. However, because the Kraber is a care package weapon that doesn't show up until later in the game (and not always a guarantee it will show up), the kill amount is halved compared to the other snipers. Furthermore, after the removal of mythic bins, the odds of finding a Kraber are now even less than before. For the last 2 seasons, I've made it a priority to pickup the Kraber in every match (Ranked, Wildcard, Mixtape, & Bot Mode), and I've only leveled up the Kraber maybe 10 levels. Please, lower the Kraber to level 50 for completion. Even in BOT Mode, where you can rack up the most XP for the Kraber, 5 or 6 kills barely gets you near 1000 XP. Each weapon level is 5000 XP in order to upgrade. The fact that mythic bin was removed from the game, and care packages not being a Kraber guarantee, makes this Kraber level 100 task near impossible.Arsenal Station Change Feedback
For Season 30, the new change to the Arsenal Stations has 3 noticeable changes. One, is to delay the weapon upgrading feature for about 60 seconds if I had to guess. Two, lower tier upgrades for weapons. And Three, no arsenal weapon information at the start of the game. This one actually irks me. Especially in "BOT MODE" when I'm trying to complete weapon challenges, or level up weapons. But even in "Ranked" when you land at a poi, I want to grab a weapon, and upgrade the weapon that I looted 60 seconds for. I really don't see the what the intention for those changes were. However, we must suffer the penalty time to upgrade our weapons, then at least disclose which type of arsenal station are which, at the start of the match.
BANNED FOR NO REASON
i play on pc apex legends and this has happen not once but twice. this is the second time this has happend im playing one day then go to log on to apex the next and i have a 7 days ban on my account for what? idk bc i go to account then my cases doesnt show anything then i got to history and still nothing so i cant even appeal anything im just ban no email no reason??? just banned after i just spent hella money on a herloom like im confused at how yalls game is still being played bc i cant even find anyone to help the first time ihave very low hopes yall even do anything the second[URGENT] PS4 Japanese Voice Pack Broken/Expired Loop (Fix ASAP)
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! I am a huge fan of Apex Legends on PS4, but ever since this issue started, I haven't been able to play with Japanese voice audio at all. Not being able to play Apex in my native Japanese language is deeply stressful and painful for me. Despite trying EVERY possible user-side fix (including a complete reinstall of the game), I am stuck in a game-breaking infinite loop. Please investigate and issue a patch as soon as possible! ■ Issue Details The Expired Pack Error: Upon launching or entering the lobby, I get: "The language pack has expired. An old audio language pack is installed. The default will revert to English until you update this pack." The Erroneous Restriction Error: Clicking "Update Now" prompts: "You cannot use communication features. If feature access has been restricted by a parent or guardian..." (Note: I am an adult user, so this parental restriction popup is completely incorrect and buggy). The Infinite Loop: Clicking "Cancel" on the restriction popup immediately kicks me back to the "Language pack has expired" screen. Missing Menu Option: Clicking "Close" lets me into the lobby, but the "Audio Language" option in the settings menu is completely missing, forcing the audio to English. ■ Troubleshooting Already Tried (ALL FAILED): Store & Notifications: Shows as "Purchased" on PS Store and "Installed. Apex Legends - Japanese Dialog Pack" in PS4 Notifications. License Restore: Performed "Restore Licenses" in PS4 settings — No effect. System Language Toggle: Switched PS4 System Language to English (US), launched game, then switched back to Japanese — No effect. Restarts: Restarted the game app and PS4 console multiple times. Add-on Storage Check: Checked PS4 Storage; the pack is there, but PS4 system does not allow individual add-on deletion via OPTIONS button. FULL GAME REINSTALL: I completely deleted the entire game and re-downloaded/re-installed it from scratch. The exact same error and loop still occur. ■ Urgent Request to EA / Respawn Team I have done everything a player could possibly do on my end. This is a severe bug where the game fails to recognize the latest Japanese voice pack data from the PS Store and throws false parental lock warnings. Playing Apex in Japanese means the world to me. Please prioritize this bug and release a fix as soon as possible!
Please Bring Back Arenas!
My absolute favorite mode in Apex Legends was Arenas BY FAR. Same with all of my friends. That's the mode that got my dad into FPS games in the first place. He's played so much Apex he is now over double my level and already has 2 Heirlooms. Along with my Uncle and Cousin, it was our favorite mode. It was great in May of 2025 when they brought it back for as an LTM in rotation, but then they removed it again. I believe that was a mistake. Now, I don't want to talk down about any of the other modes, but I can't seem to understand why they would keep Control as one of the LTMs and not Arenas. No one I know plays Control, and it seems that no one else plays it either. Queue times for Control are long and once it swaps to Gun Game or TDM, queue times return to normal. Let's keep Arena's as a permanent LTM along with Control so everyone is happy.Please Consider Reworking the Metallic Banshee Universal Heirloom
Dear Respawn Entertainment Team, I recently received the Metallic Banshee from the latest randomized Universal Heirloom event. This was the first time I had ever spent money on Apex Legends, so I was genuinely excited when I obtained a Universal Heirloom. Unfortunately, after using the Metallic Banshee in actual gameplay, I felt extremely disappointed and upset. My biggest concern is the way the weapon looks and moves while running or walking. The flexible section swings around too loosely, making the weapon feel soft, unstable, and awkward rather than sharp, powerful, or threatening. For an expensive Mythic-tier cosmetic, it does not feel polished or satisfying to hold. Some members of the community have even compared its current appearance and movement to an inappropriate adult prop. Although that comparison is crude, I believe it reflects a genuine problem with the weapon’s silhouette, rigidity, and movement animations. Please consider substantially reworking the Metallic Banshee. One possible solution would be to redesign it as a transforming chain sword. During normal movement, the chain could retract, tighten, and lock together to form a solid sword blade. This would give the weapon a cleaner silhouette and make it feel firm and natural in the player’s hand. During melee attacks, inspect animations, or special rare animations, the chain could then extend and separate, allowing the weapon to retain its flexible identity. This transformation would make it feel more mechanical, distinctive, and worthy of being a Universal Heirloom. Suggested improvements include: Making the weapon rigid and sword-like during normal movement. Reducing the loose and floppy swinging animations. Allowing the chain to extend during attacks and inspections. Improving the running, drawing, attacking, and idle animations. Giving the weapon stronger sound effects and mechanical feedback. Adding more detailed and memorable rare inspect animations. I understand that cosmetic design is subjective, and I do not intend to disrespect the artists and developers who created this item. However, this was my first purchase in Apex Legends, and receiving an heirloom that I find uncomfortable and disappointing to use has genuinely affected my experience. Universal Heirlooms require a significant investment from players. I sincerely hope the team will listen to community feedback and consider reworking the Metallic Banshee rather than leaving it in its current state. So hopped in tonight, excited by my original main Bloodhound's rework (a little sad to have lost the black/white/red ult, but this is pretty cool) Anyway, I hop into a game of wildcard (win the first game, yay!) but... what the heellll... My teammate a level 16 wraith is bombing the whole lobby lazering r99 shots from 50 feet. Every enemy i face is downing me with 5 headshots minimum... EVERY enemy. literally not a single enemy is not getting multiple headshots. Sniper headshot, whatever. 100 yard r99 beams, etc. What the fuse is happening here? this is unfair man. after all those appeal still get denied. I even sent a letter personally after a month still get not reply, I found out could appeal again but turns out it just once and STILL get denied. I spent money and time yet you don't get anything back I did even said I would do anything like screen share to check anything on my pc and pretty sure most of the people get those " game enchantment " ban and some people get unbanned cuz they're " lucky" I have seen people get DM by one of the team DIRECTLY and get unbanned or some people use this thing called AAA some law or idk you can use against the EA. they wont even tell you what you did. its not help its just a messages saying " thanks for your money" for those who got unbanned you just hit a jackpot for those who don't sorry you wont get unbanned
Perma Ban / hacked account
Dude this is really pissing me off because i’ve made appeals since june 9th the day my account got hacked and ive gotten nothing back from them. This really frustrates me because I clearly play on PS5 or playstation in that matter, i’ve never put my account on any pc what so ever and the ban was from “Console : PC” and everything that I have ever done or played on was PS. So i’ve tried multiple times to contact the EA Advisors and have never been able to get in touch with TOS ever. All the links they have tried to send to me don’t work. My account was banned for Gameplay enhancement which absolutely bewildered me because don’t even know how to get hacks on a ps5 without a pc. EVEN THEN i wouldn’t even know. I’ve spent way too much money into this game to get permanently banned , no help , and absolutely no guidance on to help get my account back. You can’t even call the HQ which i had a feeling that wouldn’t work any way but i tried. You have to give an employees number and i was like “ im screwed. “ i wish i could say EA and the TOS was able to help me get my account back but im disappointed to say, ive still have gotten not one single bit of help. So someone tell me what i need to do to get this through to the tos team.
Rank dropped from Plat to Bronze for multiple splits recently
Hello, I have been playing Apex Legends on and off since Season 4/5, but over the last few seasons, I have been playing consistently. I am trying to understand the math behind the recent ranked split resets. My account was hit with a severe drop from PLATINUM 1 straight to BRONZE 1 and this has happened multiple times recently. A standard 1.5-tier (6 division) soft reset should logically place me into Gold or high Silver, but again, in this split as well, I am on Bronze. Can someone please explain why the system is wiping nearly my entire tier progression and pushing my account back down to Bronze 1 every single split? Thank you.Freezing in Trio Mode on PS4
I was playing in Trio Mode a little while ago, and the game froze multiple times, so I’m posting here to request that this issue be addressed. It froze before I could get to the character selection screen, and when I restarted Apex, it froze again on this screen. I was in a death box, and my teammates were reviving me with a Phoenix Kit.Too Many Legends
New character additions only inflate development workloads, complicate balance adjustments, and raise the barrier to entry for new players by creating an overwhelmingly complex learning curve. Furthermore, heavy skill effects strain the hardware at a time when surging AI demand makes component upgrades prohibitively expensive—putting both developers and players in an unsustainable position. Rather than continuously expanding an already bloated roster for short-term acquisition at the expense of player retention, resources should be redirected toward the core of the game, such as thoroughly reworking low-pick-rate or overpowered legends and fundamentally improving matchmaking accuracy.Hemlock Breach
I cant believe the original hemlock isnt back yet. Its been my primary gun since the game came out. I have played consistently since this game came out and have never taken a large break. I would pickup the Hemlock every game. I have 5 million damage in the game and 2.5 million with the Hemlock. They are keeping the breach because they want a strong mid range rifle? The Hemlock IS and WAS always a strong mid range rifle. I am truly beyond upset.Please DON'T nerf Axel
Hi Respawn/EA, It's almost that time again, new season, new updates, new adjustments... Excitement all around, right? About Axel, please, please don't nerf her. Maybe there are people that say she needs a nerf, but I need to disagree with that. Her abilities, her ult, her speed.. She needs... DELETION. Like, shift-delete her completely, then empty the recycling bin, then smash and pull apart the device the Axel folders were stored on, before dissolving those components in acid. Please for the love of god, please let the people in charge of character design and balancing take a cup of slap me in the face and wake up, or just fire them immediately. (Take this with a grain of salt, saying it might be necessary) Hire me instead if the people are a problem. I can guarantee, without the experience the balancing team has, I can do a better job balancing to make it more fair and more enjoyable to play Apex. Unfortunately I'm afraid that this message will never really sink in, seeing as how we are now moving to invisibility? How pathetically bad can these ideas get? What's next? Temporary invincibility? Oldschool /godmode ults? Aimbot tacs and cod-killstreaks with tactical nukes?
