Recent Wave of false "Gameplay Enhancement" bans?
My looking at recent posts through Reddit and these forums I can see I'm not alone, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck appealing false gameplay enhancement bans from the more recent waves. I got banned without any email or other notification about a week ago, I was not cheating or doing anything I'm aware of that could possibly be misconstrued as cheating. My only guess is I've recently been asked to use my 2fa code every time I want to login to the game (This didn't happen before) and I use a VPN (Mullvad) which drops occasionally because of my poor internet. Appeals system is like talking to a brick wall, I'm currently on my 4th with no luck so far :(
Gundam Beam Saber Pack Ripped Off
I wanted to report this as a bug, but for some reason when I click on the 'Report a bug' button, it does nothing... Using Google Chrome. Anyways, today I opened a gundam beam saber pack from the reward shop pack, after accumulating enough points, but it didn't give me a gundam event reward when I opened it... I got 2 Legendary items and a Epic item, but they were: Private Dancer skydive emote for Mirage Dread Captain for Fuse Bullet Train weapon skin for the 30-30... Even weirder, I'm 99% sure I already had the Bullet Train skin, because I have the World's Fair skin which I believe is the recolor for it... And it didn't show the Bullet Train with the red dot next to it, which new skins have to show you haven't looked at it yet. I'm even 100% more sure I didn't get a gundam beam pack because I still have only the 3 pack rewards checked off in the pack pool collected items which I previously had, 2 of the sticker sets and the Valkyrie skydive emote. I'm so tired of getting screwed over in life... Anything I can do about this?
Hacked Account
I’m shocked that my account was hacked, but ea was amazing about helping me get my account back. Keep an eye out and contact ea support immediately. My EA account email was changed and unlinked from my PSN, they were able to gain me access into my account within 30 minutes. It took about an hour for me because I had accidentally made a new account when booting up Apex. I have everything back and have increased security on my account. Very grateful for the support

Accounts that engage in ghosting are not banned. I'm being harassed by the same group of people every day, but they don't get banned even when I report them. I am Japanese. I am writing this using a translation machine. I apologize if the sentences are strange. When I contacted support for help, they directed me to this chat link. Could someone provide a run down on how these work, it isn't too clear on the game. Mentions a legendary skin and legendary weapon skin - do you get to choose these, or is it completely random, etc etc How's it work - considering instead of the battle pass or alongside it.since anti-Xim cheats actived normal cheater become more
i feel like these days more and more cheaters in game more than before it just like those players can not play without cheats . i feel so bad in game . that makes me dont wanna play this game anymore .just banned all cheaters,no metter how much they pay for this game .
Server Problems
I have experienced several games where audio is completely dropping out and am getting stuttering as well. Other players that are geographically in different regions have also reported the same behavior. We're all getting the disconnect and audio error icons constantly. Quitting the server/game and joining a new game will resolve the problem - let me be clear, I'm not restarting Apex, just disconnecting from the current game and joining a new one. This points to the servers as being the issue versus the end user. I hope the R&D team is aware and working on a fix. I'm in the mid-west and typically connect to US-East-1, but also use US-Central-1 as well. Looking at the ping time and packet loss, I get ~50-60ms pings and do see that these regions will report a small 2-5% packet loss. Hey everyone, I’ve been playing Apex Legends for a while, and honestly, I’m frustrated. The game has huge potential, but there are so many problems that seem to be completely ignored by the developers. I’ve been wanting to criticize the game for about a year, and I feel it’s finally time to share my thoughts—and my anger. Here’s what I’m dealing with: 1️⃣ Servers & Connection Servers are poorly optimized, and ping is often high (40 ms on Warzone vs 70–90 ms on Apex) Connection is sensitive to everything: ping spikes, disconnections, latency issues 2️⃣ Performance & Graphics Maps are poorly optimized Huge FPS drops even on a powerful PC (200 → 140 FPS) 3️⃣ Anti-Cheat & Hackers The game is full of hackers Bans are rare and superficial (only accounts, not hardware) Some players cheat with rare skins or heirlooms, confident they won’t be punished 4️⃣ Sound & Immersion In-game sound is poorly handled Can’t always hear enemies approaching, which ruins gameplay and immersion 5️⃣ Content & Progression Packs become rarer after level 300 Recent events and new skins / heirlooms are disappointing No new ways to spend crafting materials 6️⃣ Communication & Support Developers seem to ignore the community Players continue to be underestimated despite losing ≈400,000 players between 2023 and 2024 ⚠️ Summary Poorly optimized servers Poorly optimized graphics / FPS Ineffective anti-cheat Poor sound management Disconnect between developers and players Implicit support for cheaters Limited and uninteresting content I love Apex Legends, but these issues are ruining the experience. Hey this is my first time using this Forum and I want to share my opinions about apex legends! Idea: A brand new apex legends progression mainly focusing on legends. This is similar to spotlight pass, but I feel it’s ridiculous to spend 10 dollars for it. Anyways a legend progression would be amazing for players and beginners to focus on playing their mains. This will make players engage on playing the legends they like the most, and would get rewarders for playing them. It doesn’t have to be big but at least fun to attend. What would be the Rewards? Level 1: 30 crafting materials Level 2: legend badge level 1 Level 3: legends gun charm Level 4: 1 legends pack Level 5: 300 crafting materials Level 6: legends badge level 2 Level 7: 3 legends pack Level 8: 1200 crafting materials Level 9: Legends badge level 3 Level 10: Free one legendary skins Level 12: legends mastery banner The more you play the legends, deal damage, win games, etc. the more rewards you will get. One of my tasks is to for lifeline is crafting 2 expired teammate banners. Which i haven't been able to do because no one stays in the game long enough after they get downed. They immediately leave and then once they do it shows unable to craft or no teammates to craft at the replicators. It is extremely frustrating when we spend 1000 gold for the spotlight pass but then may not be able to complete it because people want to leave matches early and recieve no penalty.Adding Son on ps5 to my xbox friends list
My son has started playing Apex, so I'm going to start playing as well. But we cannot add each other when we search our names won't appear. He can't search my username and vice versa. His ps5 account is a childs account, But Apex is on his allowed game list Is there any way to add him to my friends list so we can play together. Title: 20 Days, 5 Appeals, All Channels Closed – A New Player's Final Record Body: I started playing Apex on February 22, 2026. I'm a new player with around 0.2 KD. I played with my brother, and we used a Watt Booster script to reduce lag, thinking it was just network optimization. Around game 10, during the final circle, we were both permanently banned at the same time. I have appealed 5 times – all denied. Now my case shows "appeal limit reached." An EA Forum moderator told me to contact the Terms of Service Team, but emails to [edit: email address removed], [edit: email address removed], [edit: email address removed], and [edit: email address removed] were all rejected. I contacted the Data Protection Officer and was directed back to EA Help, but live chat says "advisor does not support this issue." I accept the ban. I only want to unlink my Steam account from this banned EA account so I can play other games. But after 20 days, every channel is closed. Thank you for reading.
