Battlefield V stuck in "Trial Mode" with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate sharing
Hello Support Team I have a technical issue with Battlefield V on Xbox Series XIS. I am using an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription via a secondary account, and I have correctly set my console as the 'Home Xbox'. All other shared games are working fine, but BFV is stuck in "trial version" mode, and I cannot access multiplayer. I need you to manually remove the trial license status from my account, as this seems to be a common issue with this specific game. Lost of special assignments of 4 classes and a MG
I have been playing this game for maybe about 1000 hours and the machinegun M1922 has already been upgraded to level 10 for several months, together with the level of 4 different classes all to level 20. But I could not find the special assignments for all the things I mentioned above, which means I would lost many brilliant skins. Have already talked with the survice from EA, but it seems they could do nothing but tell me that they have already recorded my question. don't received the Special Assignment
Hi, I’m still playing BFV and I’ve just reached level 20 with the Medic class, but it seems that I haven’t received the Special Assignment yet. I’ve already exited the game and logged back in, but it still hasn’t appeared However, I just spoke with another agent, and it seems there was a misunderstanding. It turns out that I received the Recon class Special Assignment, which I had already obtained before. Still banned, my appeal didn’t work
Yesterday I received the response to my account ban appeal. After more than 2800 hours of gameplay, with a 1.6 KD, and never using any cheats, I at least expected a fair review. The sad answer was that they won’t remove the ban because, according to them, I do use hacks. The most ironic and frustrating part is that I don’t have any hacks, cheats, or illegal software at all. Since the latest anticheat update (2025-12-12), I can't enter the game, for both BF1 and BF5. It first pops out the dialog says "need latest anticheat (115)". So I download the anticheat file, throught this link https://cdn.eaanticheat.ac.ea.com/EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe, and update it. After update, those 3 following files "EAAntiCheat.GameService.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe, preloader_s.dll" became to (2025-7-11) version. Then, i repair the game, the modified time of those 3 files under the game directory, "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and preloader_l.dll" will became to the date of repair time. (that make sense i thought). But when i start the game, the anticheat or some other ea program, will reverse my latest "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and preloader_l.dll" under the game directory back to the 2025-7-11 version, and change name of the latest "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and preloader_l.dll" to "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll_b, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe_b and preloader_l.dll_b" Then the dialog says "need latest anticheat (115)" pops again and again. try several time. BTF V is convinced i do not have a display driver
Excellent, Q&C again at EA. The only software not starting is Battlefield. BTF 5 "thinks" there is no display driver installed. Yet the regular December WHQL Radeon driver is installed on 7900XTX. On Battlefield 5 Firestorm there is a fire glitch that's created by a dynamite, and they do certain steps, and it creates unlimited artilleries or plates can this please be repaired or patched because this is making the battle Royale very difficult for players who've played for many years and just want to be able to enjoy the game.
