Online Dynasty - Live Broadcast Feature
I wanted to throw this out there as me and my friends have discussed a feature that we would really like to see introduced to the online dynasty mode. In weeks where two real players matchup, we wish there was a feature for other online players in the dynasty to tune into a real time live broadcast of the game. How we currently do it, one player would stream their side of the game so that all other real people can watch the game. We’ve enjoyed watching how the game plays out and this has added more excitement within our online dynasty. The only issue with this is that since one person has to share their screen, the viewers get to see their play call and audible strategy. We wish there was a feature where anytime a H2H live game was being played by real players in the dynasty there was the ability for other real players to tune in to the game in a broadcast view where we didn’t see play selection or adjustments being made from either player. But simply the option to watch the game being played in real time. This would be exciting and a feature I feel other friend groups would really buy into!Does it feel real yet?
Look I know I’m late to this party but it will make sense, I think. NCAA 25 has been the biggest let down since I realized college football was the biggest scam on TV. As someone who has kept their Xbox 360 running for almost 2 decades solely so he could play NCAA14, I was ecstatic when EA announced NCAA 25. Unfortunately, it’s been all downhill since. Firstly, you can absolutely get bent if you think I’m going to buy a $600 console so I can play your $70 game. You don’t want to release on PC in the current gaming environment then so be it. Spin it however you want, I don’t care it’s your loss. However, to not release the game on older generation consoles is an absolute disgrace. I hope this new generation of games fails for that reason alone. Secondly, I’m not sure EA has a single person coding this game that has ever watched a single down of a football game. There is no comparison to the real world game and what happens when playing this game. I am 100% heisman difficulty no matter the game mode but in Road to Glory it is infuriating to watch my lineman stand up, turn around, and flip the bird to my QB or RB when the ball is snapped (that’s when the play starts, so we don’t confuse the coders and programmers). Should they get beat more often than normal, of course it’s the hardest difficulty. For a computer controlled player to not perform an assignment all together is ridiculous. They just stand up and stand still while the now super human defenders DC Flash passed them allowing an average of just shy of 2 seconds for the WRs/TEs to run routes and guess who will be open. Then I’ve got God’s gift to defenses in Superman like DBs. Full sprint, stop on a dime like they know the route, high jump 360 somersault interceptions while my WR never turns around. If I'm lucky sometimes I can just bang the ball off my RBs facemask as he stares at me like he lost his parents in the grocery store. Im not asking to win games by 100 points. I simply want to be able to know that when I play the game it will feel like a true game as much as possible. No one who has ever suited up for a football game has gone out and just stood there. If they miss a block fine go find someone else. If the QB is running for his life then you should probably move the F around and come back to him as a potential receiver. You can keep your NCAA 26 because I know you won’t fix the game play aspects and you already released the game to only new generation consoles. As ridiculous as it sounds I am sad to say goodbye to a game that I’ve played since the release of Bill Walsh football in the 90s. I hope better days are ahead for those who refuse to accept the idea that this game takes a certain individual to enjoy it and is just not that good. There are changes that are positive for sure. Enjoyed the new recruiting process but it didn’t take long to learn the pattern and then that positive disappears. While there are other positives, they just don’t hold up against nor negate the overwhelming and egregious amount of negatives. If you made it this far I appreciate it. I just needed to say my piece so that I don’t break my setup here. Maybe I’m the only one who feels this way or who has as much of a problem with it. I just think people should know that this game isn’t good. It’s just the first time some people have actually seen it so they have no baseline. Others have waited years to play it again and can’t let go of the nostalgia of it. All of this is my own opinions of course.Dynasty Manually Upgrading players glitch
There is a currently a bug where if you manually upgrade your players in the offseason in Dynasty it freezes after every upgrade and makes you go back to the roster and click the player again and do this over and over. It makes it take so long to upgrade players after they get their training every season. Hopefully they fix it soon.CFB 26 Suggestion/Wish List
Just want to start this off with some gratitude that the game is back and here to stay. I think EA needs to realize that there are a lot of us who really enjoy and care more about the customization more than anything else. So that’s what I’m mainly talking about here. As far as player customization, EA should fix a few things: 1.) Please bring back the scrunch socks…why they took them out in the first place is beyond me. 2.) We should be able to change the color of our undershirts to match what sleeves we want to wear. I noticed this is a common complaint and it’s a valid one. 3.) Please add black socks to all schools. I’m tired of not being able to truly have a black out uniform because a school is stuck with the white socks option. Ex: Hawaii. 4.) Please fix the back plate exposed option. What I mean by this is the front of the jersey. The jersey number is not visible and the straps of the shoulder pads are showing. Nobody wears their jersey like that. If anything, the jersey is rolled up a bit so the stomach is showing but you can see clearly see their jersey number. 5.) I’m not sure if this is a glitch in the game but there are some cleats that have a different color than the one that is selected. For example, I want to have all black cleats and I wear the Nike Untouchables and they give a team color and black look. Some teams allow for them to be all black but most teams I have that problem with. So that needs to be fixed. 6.) Please add Create-A-Prospect for Dynasty recruiting. Miss being able to create dope prospects or myself and friends in the dynasty and being able to recruit them. 7.) Please add different leg sleeve options. They could have multiple options for leg sleeves such as the one leg sleeve for either leg and even add the half sleeve option where players have their tights half way up so they have a bit of leg skin showing. 8.) Turtleneck option would be awesome. Also, the “sheisty” look they had back in NCAA 07 would be sick. 9.) High School in RTG…Just bring back the NCAA 14 concept. That’s literally all we asked for. Playing moments in only a couple games? No thanks. Just bring back the option of importing whatever high school we want to play for and let us have the option of how many games we want to play and allow us to customize the schedule and schools we play. NCAA 14 had it perfect. Please. Those are my main issues about the game. I’m not complaining much about gameplay like everyone else. I keep my peace and mainly play RTG & Dynasty so customization is really what I’m looking for and care about. Most of these complaints could be solved with the updates they drop throughout the year and I don’t see it being that difficult for them to do. I coach football in real life. In the 25 version of the game the triple option was bad but somewhat tolerable if you narrowed your play selection. HOLY CRAP IS IT BAD IN 26!!! rocket toss is a TOO (triple option offense) big play. The ball should be pitched later than in the game and the HB should be running full speed. With a proper block at split end the a back should have no problem hitting the edge untouched. Instead when I run it I have an OLB over the top outside of me containing and a FREAKING DT running down the LOS preventing a cutback. Absolute dog crap. Inside veer triple option is just a hair to fast on the initial read. What happens is I make my read but the QB is already locked in to give instead of the pull I wanna make. If you don’t press and hold the pull button immediately after the play then it will be an automatic give every single time. That read needs to be slowed down just a little bit. read key- the read key is totally random on his responsibility. Realistically teams tend to protect against the triple option by containing the quarterback rather than tackling the fullback. Typically your full back is going to have more than 15 carries a game an average about 3 yards per carry. The triple option plays are going to be your boom or bust plays. The read keys use no logic they simply just randomly pick bite or contain every play. These are just my 3 biggest complaints, but I could list pages of crap that they don’t get right. There’s even plays where it’s a full back dive to the left and the fullback gets the ball in the B gap on the right side. EA did such a sloppy job with the triple option playbooks. They thought adding a bunch of pass plays would make everybody happy but the reality that EA does not understand is the average player is not going to play triple option. The people who are going to run triple option on this game are high school coaches possibly players and division 2/3 coaches and players. The only people who are going to run these playbook on this game (except for the maybe 2%) are people who are familiar with how it is supposed to run, play, calling strategies, who to double team, when to replace the red key on quarterback pulls or bounce it outside, and how to Game manage this offense. I understand the EA wants to make the game inclusive to all people of different skill levels but frankly, the triple option offense is not for an idiot or a 10-year-old boy/girl. This offense is very sophisticated and requires advanced knowledge to run successfully. EA seriously needs to get on top of this. I know that only a small percentage of people are going to run this offense but that doesn’t mean EA should skimp on all of their playbook and tell us that the playbook got so much better when all they did was add stupid, empty, pistol packages and one or two shotgun formations to every playbook. EA should be ashamed of what they’ve done with these playbooks.Stadium Pulse is absolute garbage
I can't call an audible, call a hot route, or modify a play in any way at the line of scrimmage. The play art makes me nauseas. The game is not about stadiums! The game is about football. The people who made this thought their cute idea about stadium atmosphere was more important than the actual sport. I do not care who has the loudest stadium, I want to run an offense. And you don't even have the option to turn stadium pulse off? Garbage. I will never buy EA College Football again.UTEP update
UTEP doesn’t come out from the big entrance tunnel where the locker rooms are at. They come out from the stands through a tunnel called ‘The Mine Shaft’. With smoke and the head coach carrying a Pick. Please it would be amazing to see this entrance with an update in the future. And also the mascot Paydirt Pete as well. And throw in their military camo uniforms please.Exporting and importing draft classes misses again.
Here we are again. Another year of college football without the options that make some play the game. EA, do you care about all that play your games of just the ones that use your pay to play? MUT, etc.? Once again you give us the excuse of players being in the NIL for the reason that you have not added the import and export of draft classes from College Football to Madden. You’re a multiple million dollar corporation that has educated developers and can’t find a way to give an option for a game that was there in 2013? We don’t need the REAL players, we want the ability to use players in College and then again in Madden. Madden 25 has as AI Generator for draft classes, why not use made up players until all NIL players have left the game? That it least gives us the ability to add a function that is missing. I’m in the age group of (40-50), it seems like you only spend money where you can make money like Ultimate Team. I refuse to pay for your college or Madden game every year any longer. If EA is too greedy to give its players of 30 plus years what they want, then I have no reason to play your games any longer. We don’t want the NIL players to draft!Marching 100 Trumpet Player
I’ve never really been into sports video games like 2K, Madden, FIFA, or anything like that—they just never excited me. But the thought of having actual marching bands in a college football video game? That would completely change things for me. Growing up, I always wished video games included the band side of things, because that’s where I truly connected. Now that I’m in college, I’ve been able to appreciate football more—talking about it, watching it with others—it’s a big part of the culture. But for me, the band has always been the main event. I currently march in the Marching 100 at FAMU, and I’m a music industry major. I really believe FAMU would be more than happy to help pioneer something like this. Including bands—especially HBCU bands—would be groundbreaking. FAMU has a rich legacy, and we even won Band of the Year last year. Putting us in the game would bring massive attention to both the Marching 100 and the game itself. As someone who’s loved video games my whole life, I’d absolutely buy College Football 26 on day one if bands were in it. I felt strongly enough about this to make sure I wrote this message—because this is a very real opportunity. It’s innovative. It’s needed. And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. The player appearance editing functions are limited. The standard size players are not able to increase muscle mass without having to select the muscular framework. This limits the weight of a skill player to 220 pounds. A football player can be cut up or muscular without being over 210 pounds. Also, when editing the style of a quarter back, the game does not save the new style.
Team Builder Early Release
Just a thought, but it would be great if Team Builder were to release at least a week prior to the games release. Here me out! Doing so would be great because it would get more people hype about the game because they'd be able to access at least a small part of it, also it would allow players to jump right it when the game release vs having to spend that time when the game does release to do so. Lastly, if you pre-ordered the game you wouldn't have to wait the 3 days to access Team Builder before starting RTG and so on! That would be great!
