RTG, dynasty issue
Hi EA Team, There’s a serious issue in both Road to Glory and Dynasty mode regarding WR-CB contact. When my wide receiver is running his route and bumps into a cornerback, he gets completely locked out of the play, can’t reach the ball, and it often turns into an easy interception. Yet there’s never a flag for defensive holding or pass interference. Meanwhile, if I’m controlling a MLB or DB and make contact with any offensive player 20 yards downfield, I immediately get flagged for holding. The inconsistency is frustrating and unrealistic, and it gives the defense a huge unfair advantage. Please fix this so WRs can actually compete for the ball and penalties are called fairly. Hi EA Team, I’ve noticed two major issues in Road to Glory mode that really break the gameplay experience. Tipped passes: Defensive backs (CBs) catch nearly every tipped ball, but when the same happens for my wide receiver, he just stands there and watches it hit the ground. I’m not talking about unrealistic plays where the WR would need to teleport – I mean situations where the ball literally bounces right in front of his face, and he doesn’t even attempt to grab it. Back-shoulder throws: My WR constantly ignores back-shoulder passes. Instead of reacting or adjusting to the ball, he just keeps running downfield like nothing happened. This makes a core mechanic of passing feel useless and broken. Both of these issues make the game feel unbalanced and unrealistic. I picked back up on RTG and I have noticed that in a lot of instances when I enter into stadiums there is no band playing or music playing only the silent sounds of a crowd in the stands. I’ve been playing with Florida State and I am pretty sure that I’ve not heard the war chant much if at all unless I’m on home field. This all seems to happen when playing on a neutral site and away games.. - no war chant no entrance music… kind of takes the excitement out of the game.Camera angles are terrible in RTG
Why are the camera angles for this game terrible? The camera angles are not great at all for playing CB or defense altogether. EA, you should have just kept the original angles from NCAA25 because at least the wide camera angle actually showed the entire team and lineup on the field. I was able to actually see my player and see the angles I needed in order to make a tackle, int, pass deflection, or stop a touchdown overall. Y’all literally tried to fix something that really wasn’t broken. Do not be like 2K sports and ruin a decent game trying to change gameplay as far as controller and visual dynamics go! The camera angles for defense is a no go and I think y’all should really consider changing back to the original camera angles. If Madden 26 has the same issues in Superstar Mode, I guarantee that players will no longer want to invest their time and money in future projects.So sick of this…
EA you guys better be working to improve this game DAILY. I’m so sick of trying to play RTG as a player on defense and have an offense that has a 94 rating not be able to put up more than 10 points/game. I’m tired of the wonky mechanics of being in position to make a play only to have some weird “glitch” where I press Y to play the ball and my player doesn’t react. I’m tired of running away from a blocker only to have my player engage and turn his back to the play. I’m tired of the way the camera moves that I can’t adjust bc I have my stick pointed and then the camera rotates and now it’s in a different direction. You can’t just charge $90-100+ and have bs like this. It makes the experience so disappointing. Just let us go back to playing a high school season - get rid of teammate grade and go to individual. Why would I be sat in a game where I have multiple interceptions and tackles all bc my teammates give up plays? It doesn’t make sense. A major patch needs to be implemented to get rid of this trash. The “moments” were an interesting idea but how am I supposed to complete a moment without the opportunity to achieve the objectives? NCAA 14 was such a good blueprint to build off. but seriously a 94 offense can’t score more than 10 points per game when facing teams that are 79 overall? What a joke.Run blocking AI is terrible
Is anyone else experiencing horrendous run blocking AI? I’m playing as a RB in RTG and so many times I blatantly won’t get the block I need. Whether it’s a pulling guard, the fullback, or a tight end, they just run past the linebacker they’re supposed to block and I get tackled for a loss. The defense reaction time is also wayyy too fast. I get the ball handed off to me and the entire defense closes in immediately. Even the safeties are tackling me at the line of scrimmage. It’s hard to rush for more than 2 yards most of the time. Like cmon. I’ve even tried turning up the run block slider and that barely helps.MIKE LB PLAYING LEFT END
Not really understanding why I am playing rush left end as a Mike linebacker in my sophomore year. I had over 100 total tackles as a freshman, now I can’t play my position. Everything they give me is nickel or dime where I am playing a rush left end. I’m in game 5 of sophomore year and barely have 30 total tackles. Just want to play the position I thought I was signing up for. Is there any way to fix this? I’m playing in the sec I have some pass rush but not a lot and can’t get around the tackles or even tight ends in the sec to get my stats up. Please fix this issue, kind of ruining the game for me.Can’t regenerate health stuck in severe this game is ridiculous

RTG: Cannot Graduate Early OR still taking classes in 5th year.
I’ve gone through 3 RTG players, picking a different route to the end each time. One using the transfer portal after 2 seasons, one with all 4 years at the same school, and lastly redshirting for 5 years at the same school. Each run through had the same 4.0 GPA in every season. I sunk in every possible point into academics each week. According to my academic advisor, getting a 3.8 GPA or higher would result in graduating early… just like in CFB25 However, my senior season in each one involved full participation in the Academics tab in the weekly agenda, INCLUDING my 5th season with a school. I’ve read online that it works for some, doesn’t work for others. I think it’s beyond safe to say that this is broken, and needs to be addressed.Road to glory sim
I signed up for mike the linebacker I went through all the practices and testing and answered the coaches questions but once i got to play the actual game all it kept doing is simulating the game and it won't make me play or make calls any help would be really appreciated thank you
RTG is completely broken on PS5 because of non-stop crashes
I started a Road to Glory as a MIKE linebacker when the game first came out. First season was fine then during the second season, my save file bricked and every time I would go into the next game, my game would crash at some point during, usually in the 1st quarter. I was so annoyed I took some time away from the game to wait for a fix. Nothing came of it so I decided to start a new RTG. I had the occasional crash for the first two seasons but I pushed through and then it happened again. Week 1 of the 2028 season and my save file is broken again. Always a crash during the 1st quarter. And if I sim through it, it will happen on next week's game. It bricks your save file. And how I know that is I can literally force a crash by opening the game, loading my RTG and then backing out to the main menu. It will crash every time, as seen in the attachment. I'm so lost. I love the game and had over 1000 hours on CFB 25 but what are we even doing here guys? This is literally unplayable. I've tried all the classic fixes like re-installing the game, rebuilding database and restoring licenses and nothing's changed. Apologies for the long post but man, I just want to be able to play this game. If anyone has any ideas/solutions, feel free to send them my way but it's obvious there's so many of us who have this problem.CB RTG BROKEN!
First off - Please someone tell me how in the actual F. Am I suppose to get 4000 or even 8000 on this drill?! I can’t get to CB1 because of it. No multiplier either so I’m just stuck on CB1. Additionally….why am I playing 15 min quarters and don’t get targeted once. I get it, realism dictates 10+ picks a season isn’t realistic but to not even get targeted unless I play 20 yards off and 15 yards to the side is stupid. I am playing a MIKE LB RTG and after Michigan hired Steve Sarkisian, I randomly started being completely forced to play left end every play as a Pass coverage MIKE. I do not know why, but it is completely ruining my game experience. I am MLB No. 1 and have been for 15 plus weeks, why am I being forced to play the wrong position every game. I only get to play the correct position when my team gives me the option for the 3-3-5 formation, which happens about two or three times a game (out of like 50-60 plays). Every play with four down lineman, they make me play left end and rush. All of my picks so far have come in the 5% of plays where I actually get to play my position. Please fix this issue and stop deleting my forum posts! I am not harassing any devs or cursing, I would love to see this fixed so I can play my actual position. I played almost every down freshman year as a MIKE linebacker in my MIKE career mode. Then Michigan hired Steve Sarkisian to be Head Coach, and for some reason I have to play 95% of my snaps this year as a Left end. I do not know why. I am a pass coverage MIKE. I have very low power and finesse moves. It makes no sense for me to ever play there. I spend half of my games trying to find which plays other than 3-3-5 formation have me playing in the right position. 90-95% of the time, despite the fact that I have 18 plays unlocked each down, all of the play options have me playing left end. I don't know if it is a glitch and I have ended up at Rush Left end in the depth chart, but it is absurdly annoying. Really needs to be fixed. You guys fixed the coaching trust for defense and the game became way more fun, but now I am back to not wanting to play. I am forced to be in a four point stance on the line and I cannot even move off it until post-snap. This is really bad. I have been MIKE No. 1 since like week 6 of freshman year. I can barely get involved my sophomore year, but what do you know, all 4 of my picks so far have come in the 5-10% that I got to play my correct position, and wasn't instructed to rush every single play. Once again, I am a pass coverage MIKE! Please fix this. It is really ruining my game experience rn. At this point I am completely determined to transfer (despite wanting to play all 4 years at UMICH) because this is just absurd. And as far as I am concerned, there is a chance the exact same issue occurs unless I transfer to a school that exclusively plays 3-3-5. - Dear EA, I used no expletives in this message and I am not making any attacks at your devs. Please look into fixing this issue.I became the starting MLB and now my coach has me playing rush left end
This game is so bad for anyone trying to play defense. I am a Mike Linebacker, and towards the end of my freshman year, I finally made the push to become the starter. As I started my sophomore season, I began to realize that I would be forced to lineup as the Left Defensive End for 90-95% of total plays that I can choose from. I am a pass coverage linebacker!!!!!!!!!! What the **bleep**. I have 68 power moves. Why the **bleep** am I lined up there. I also have no choice in the matter at all, and of course, because this game is so fantastic (I am being ironic), You cannot even leave the defensive line pre-snap. I am forced to immediately get blocked by the RT on almost every play, or I have to do a wheel back around into the middle, leaving my team without a left end for every single play. This **bleep** is so **bleep**ing stupid. Please figure this out. I am getting really close to requesting a refund... How tf can you make a game that doesn't let you play as a Left End in RTG, but forces you to play as a Left End when you are a MIKE linebacker. Make it make sense.
