Name not available error
This is usually caused by trying to log into an old world after your account has been removed for inactivity. Unfortunately there is no work around. These older worlds are often closed to new players so resetarting isn't possible either. It varies how long your inactivity has been before you're marked as inactive, but it seems to be around the 2 year mark when you're unable to log in to a pre-existing world (one where you've been active in the past). You may appear to be able to select a sector play on the world, but the error message will appear in a pop-up box.
Graphic bug ! Please help !
Hi I`m playing in World 43(Europe). Today the server crashed or I think it crashed because I couldn't log on for a couple of minutes then I logged on and every thing looked normal until I tried to access one of my bases or attack something the problem was that the screen was squeezed from left and right and I couldn't see the whole base or forgotten camp or whatever and I couldn't scroll to the left or right it is as someone cut the screen with scissors. I tried different browsers or updating them it didn't work. Please help me.
