Connection issue when trying to play eafc25
Hi, so I’ve been trying to play ultimate team this past few days but every time I try to log in it says, connection lost, you need to log in in psn and then in ea. So after doing so several times I try to go into ultimate team again, and the screen keeps charging forever. I’m already desperate cause I can’t contact ea help via web, so anybody knows what’s wrong with it?
Apex Legends:from the rift (infinite loading screen)
3 days ago I re-downloaded apex after a month or two (this from steam) when it comes to the part of starting the game, it keeps loading infinitely. I have tried several methods in some youtube videos. some examples https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cu1zS9pz5j8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsGnP2ymhN4 I have tried the methods in these videos but I still can't solve the problem, does anyone know why?

Your EA Forums Team My account profile says I joined 3 hours ago at the time of this post. I haven't created this account myself because my name cmkrc3vtvm86 is so random. I play swogh and have created one ea forums acoount before using the same email this account uses but It cannot be this because I created that multiple years ago. I have also used the swogh online shop which requires email to log in. Any idea how did this happen?
EA turned my account Dormant and will not give me access
Hi! So I'm just going to get to point of it. My EA account, username was Sayonsyomi, was apparently turned dormant because I hadn't used it in a while. This had been done without my knowledge or permission, which is very frustrating. So, low and behold. I go to log into my account but I am unable to. Normally this would be solvable by resetting my password with the email address associated with my account, however my email address had been hacked after a massive information breach that happened a year ago. This email was a very old Hotmail account (as we know Hotmail is now outlook) Anyways the email account was deleted. So I don't have access to it and physically can't gain access as it no longer exists. I spoke to a live agent (which i'm pretty sure aren't even real people) they essentially said I'm out of luck unless I can gain access which we all know isn't possible. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to help me here. I'm a long time EA fan, I've been playing the sims since the first sims, so one could imagine how much money I've spent over the years. This is all feeling very much like theft from EA at this point. They aren't even willing to try and verify my account through other means. I can't even speak to a real person as there is no way of actually contacting EA. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I get lawyers involved? Press? Like how much of a stink do I need to make to get real help? Because, apparently asking nicely doesn't work these days.

I've had an issue with my steam account not being able to be linked and an account that isn't mine is linked to it. I haven't been contact after almost 10 days when I was told it would be 72 hours at most to get an email from the specialist team. This is ridiculous. Why did I buy these games if I can't play them?
EA Client is the Worst!
All of my friends are shown as offline, even tho they are online and I could even get anyone to join for my party too. It's like purchasing games and spending all the money i have just to see a client bug that stopped playing the game. Wow EA! Thank You very much for the support. Even tho I purchased the game on Steam, this EA wants to go through an authentication process through their client just to show us the bugs they are currently developing. I can't even add a friend in the game because showing all of them are offline, and the game im trying to play 'A Way Out' has an infinite loading screen when trying to invite a friend to the game. Wow ! two in a row. At least a give a button to request to join feature!. This client is the minimalistic and the worst client i have seen in the game franchises so far!
Reset Email
Hi, I have an Origin account that I can't get into because it has an old email address attached to it that I no longer use or have access to. I've had to create a new EA account with my current email address. When I try to access my old account to get my games, it wants to send my a verification code to my old email address!! Please help, this is so very frustrating!! Thanks in advance :)
Can we have a default sort by newest
As the title says, it would be great if comments on all posts were default sorted by the newest rather than most liked, even if it wasn't a one for all maybe a personal preference type thing. Fairly new to the forum from answers so maybe I'll adjust but it would make more sense to have posts sorted by this and quicker to respond/recognise a solution :) Praise be the mother plantWhen will EA sort out the connection problem on FC 25!!!
At first it’s comfortable playing the game in the lower divisions of ultimate team. But as you go up the divisions and the players are spread further across the country/world, the connection becomes so poor. Every single one of my player feels like they’re wearing a 20kg jacket. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. How can you expect people to fork out £50+ for a game which you constantly can’t get right? Instead of focusing on the features, can’t you start off with sorting out your connectivity issue. My broadband is not the issue, it’s hitting 300+ Mbps in download & 60+ in upload.
New Forum Oddity
Well, here's a new weirdness I have never seen before... I tried to click Like on a post and instead got a pop up of a brief user profile as if I had hovered over a random user's name or avatar (a random user who, as far as I could tell, had nothing to do with the post I was trying to Like). (I keep saying I'm walking away from these forums, but there are a few people and threads that pull me back.)
I like the page view for boards!
I’ve been quite negative about various aspects of the forum design so far, but I just wanted to provide some positive feedback and say that I really like the page view for boards, where you click on the bolded number of posts at the top of the board! It’s so much less cluttered, and you can see many more discussions at once by scrolling down the page. And then more discussions by clicking on the next page. I think it would be a great improvement if this page view could be set to be the default for each board. And also if each thread could be displayed in the same way. Might that be possible one day (soon)?
