EA turned my account Dormant and will not give me access
Hi! So I'm just going to get to point of it. My EA account, username was Sayonsyomi, was apparently turned dormant because I hadn't used it in a while. This had been done without my knowledge or permission, which is very frustrating. So, low and behold. I go to log into my account but I am unable to. Normally this would be solvable by resetting my password with the email address associated with my account, however my email address had been hacked after a massive information breach that happened a year ago. This email was a very old Hotmail account (as we know Hotmail is now outlook) Anyways the email account was deleted. So I don't have access to it and physically can't gain access as it no longer exists. I spoke to a live agent (which i'm pretty sure aren't even real people) they essentially said I'm out of luck unless I can gain access which we all know isn't possible. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to help me here. I'm a long time EA fan, I've been playing the sims since the first sims, so one could imagine how much money I've spent over the years. This is all feeling very much like theft from EA at this point. They aren't even willing to try and verify my account through other means. I can't even speak to a real person as there is no way of actually contacting EA. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I get lawyers involved? Press? Like how much of a stink do I need to make to get real help? Because, apparently asking nicely doesn't work these days.

I've had an issue with my steam account not being able to be linked and an account that isn't mine is linked to it. I haven't been contact after almost 10 days when I was told it would be 72 hours at most to get an email from the specialist team. This is ridiculous. Why did I buy these games if I can't play them?
AHQ Account Closure
As I read in order to close my account.AHQ , I go to AHQ settings: Close my account and a window opens. Are you sure you want to close the account? If so, enter your username, then click Close account. After closing the account, you can no longer restore it. Now at the question Login name I am prompted to enter my login name and close the account. Then an error window opens ; The username you entered is not the same as the one you usually use to log in. Is my username the one I use to log in? Or my email address? I have tried several attempts but always the same thing.And I especially don't want to close my EA account just the AHQ forum. Can someone help me ?
Disappearing Articles
So I am starting to read the article just posted for SWGOH... Community Update - Eras, Episodes and Marquees Oh My | EA Forums - 5015049 However as soon as I reach the bottom then it disappears. No comments Just flat out goes to a blank template. This is on Firefox and Edge whether signed in or not. Mobile appears fine. Please investigate.
EA Client is the Worst!
All of my friends are shown as offline, even tho they are online and I could even get anyone to join for my party too. It's like purchasing games and spending all the money i have just to see a client bug that stopped playing the game. Wow EA! Thank You very much for the support. Even tho I purchased the game on Steam, this EA wants to go through an authentication process through their client just to show us the bugs they are currently developing. I can't even add a friend in the game because showing all of them are offline, and the game im trying to play 'A Way Out' has an infinite loading screen when trying to invite a friend to the game. Wow ! two in a row. At least a give a button to request to join feature!. This client is the minimalistic and the worst client i have seen in the game franchises so far!
This Forum Sucks.
All I freaking want is to look up “The Sims 4 Legacy Challenges” and find a list of all the challenges that have been created!! I’ll find the list on here one time and then lose it the next time I look for it on this website. Even when I do find the list of challenges and click on what I want, it doesn’t even take me to a blog or website with the details it just loops me back to the same stupid EA Forums page. I hate it!!!!! Does anyone know of an easy way to simply find the post I’m talking about?Reset Email
Hi, I have an Origin account that I can't get into because it has an old email address attached to it that I no longer use or have access to. I've had to create a new EA account with my current email address. When I try to access my old account to get my games, it wants to send my a verification code to my old email address!! Please help, this is so very frustrating!! Thanks in advance :)
Suggestion - Profile Pictures/Avatars from Older EA Games
I would like to suggest incorporating profile pictures or avatars from older EA games into the EA Forums platform once it fully launches. This small addition could significantly enhance the overall experience, particularly for longtime fans of EA games. For example, Answers HQ has a diverse selection of avatars but primarily focuses on newer titles. As a member of the Battlefield community, I believe it would be fantastic to have avatars from older games like Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 3 available (this can be said for older NFS tittles as well). While I understand that this may not be a current priority, I feel that this minor enhancement could provide a valuable touch of nostalgia and comfort for many users. I believe it could be implemented easily and would be widely appreciated. I would truly like to hear what others think about the suggestion.
Can we have a default sort by newest
As the title says, it would be great if comments on all posts were default sorted by the newest rather than most liked, even if it wasn't a one for all maybe a personal preference type thing. Fairly new to the forum from answers so maybe I'll adjust but it would make more sense to have posts sorted by this and quicker to respond/recognise a solution :) Praise be the mother plant
Picture Limit
I was very dismayed to realize today when I was busy posting an update on my story over in Creative Corne, there is a picture limit. . I had two pictures left to place, when I got a notice I had reached a limit of 1000 pictures. I was very much hoping this was strictly by thread. Just now, I tried to post the last screenshot taken in my game only to have the same obnoxious notice popup. I guess, from now on, I don't have to worry about pictures for my story. I feel cheated. This forum was to be somehow better? than the one we left. I don't think so, EA. I go out of my way to size down my pictures and turn them into jpegs, too. Oh, well, I hope people will still read my updates sans the photographic illustrations. If you haven't guessed, I am grossly disappointed.
Not able to load any picture in this 'new' Forum
I am still not able, to load up any Picture in a Post or a PN. Every time, I get a red Inormation Box, that I would have done an Upload about 1000 pictures here and no more would be possible. But I've never done any picture in this new forum. I am not able for that since the Start oft this new forum. I also wrote about the problem in the german EA AQH and put some pictures of the problem there in, because here I cannot show the problem with any picture 🤷🏻♀️ ... They told me 'we are working on it'. Now some month later, the same problem is still existing. Other people are doing pictures in the new forum. Why I'm not able to do this?
