So, I'm trying to get help with my old EA account. I'm getting this error after I've fully typed it and now i want to publish it now so by the time i wake up, it's hopefully resolved. So now I want help getting this error to stop. Please helpSolved10Views0likes1Commentwhat does this mean?
I needed to use Chat GPT to make what I was saying make sense and organize while trying to want to tell the story of my Sims so far of 10 days. I deleted all I could see of what I thought was data, if it was those lines that stick out like hang nails. I changed the emoji stickers, but I don't get what's upsetting from letting me publish my post. I made snippets so I can get help on this while can't tell what's wrong with this. "Your post contains invalid HTML Remove the following invalid tags before publishing: em (data-end), em (data-start), h3 (data-end), h3 (data-start), li-image, p (data-end), p (data-start), strong (data-end), strong (data-start)"SolvedDrearyMae3 days agoNew Vanguard31Views1like1CommentOnly deleting last comment
Can we be able to delete random comments that we made ourselves? I can only delete my comment if it is the most recent one i made. So if i've made 3 or 2 comments on a thread and want to delete the firts one, then i have to delete all the 3 or 2 until i get to it.Solvedthornwill3 days agoSeasoned Ace22Views0likes1CommentNot a fan of thencurrent forum at all
Every time I log in, specifically for Madden, I need to trawl down to select it. Too time consuming, not user friendly to me. If I have a certain game forum saved, I really do expect to be back in to that forum right away. Not search down a list for it. This doesn't do a lot for me tbh. In the past I could log in and go straight to the content I wanted. Now it's a bit messy and unnecessary.SolvedBurnzee17 days agoSeasoned Veteran48Views0likes2CommentsCustom avatar
Hello everyone If I select a custom avatar for EA forums will it change the avatar on console? Are there any restrictions as far as the source of your custom avatar? Does changing my EA ID have any other potentially unwanted effects? All the best to everyone!Solved1a2Z3c4k19 days agoSeasoned Ace49Views0likes4CommentsMark as solution

Hi, I uploaded a new post on the SWGOH Guild Recruitment channel however I cannot access it. Is there any way to recover it? This isn’t about the EA app but with EA forums is a seasoned rookie or a seasoned novice better? I’m asking because I could’ve sworn I was a seasoned rookie and then if went to seasoned novice but then I got a notification about 10 mins ago saying that I had ranked up to a seasoned rookie. If it is worse then I’m pretty sure it’s cos I had a rant on the general discussions page about the new f1 game.Solvedshazzalady1331 days agoSeasoned Scout50Views0likes1CommentCan we delete comments if you created the post?
i can understand if it's from someone elses post you can't delete comments because it's unnecessary (that should be up to who created the post) i'm not easily the one who wants to get rid of the comments but there are times i rather want some comments to get deleted like when you made a mistake...especially if you solved or edited it from your mistakes (it depends of course, i don't want to delete each comments just because of your mistakes, it's only when someone starts a argument or like try to cause troubles) now i have to report it to ask others (who owned the site) if the comments can get deleted if you made the post but is it possible if you own the post you can delete the comments? it's what it is if the answer is no so i'll accept it but it could be usefull so you won't have to report it if you own the post (it could spare your reports you may be getting the whole days aswell too) i bet i can also speak the same for the others who wants this as a option to make it clear: i can delete my own comment if i created the post but i can't delete comments from othersSolvedsailorleontine2 months agoSeasoned Ace87Views0likes5CommentsWhere to ask forum questions

Are there still badges earned on AnswersHQ being transferred to the EA Forums profile? I'm missing a 'Sims 4 Life and Death' badge which I earned on AnswersHQ in my EA Forums profile. Coming from someone who just learned that mistake and try to redeem myself But isn't it possible to merge the idea into 1 topic? I'm very active in The Sims 4 topics (mostly the feedback ones) I noticed we at times get the same results, some ideas very similair than others and it can get misleading at times based on the topics Certain pack ideas are more popular than others I'm mainly saying this to keep things organized and again i just learned from that mistake since some of my ideas are the same like the older posts So is it possible to merge the same idea into 1 topic now that i explained my idea? (even if i have to report it manually) I don't know how something like that works in other games, just saying maybe if we share the same ideas in the descriptions maybe it can be merged into 1 topicSolvedsailorleontine2 months agoSeasoned Ace57Views0likes3Commentsdisable commment suggestion?
i don't know where to start but it's more of like as a feedback (i keep it neutral) i know some topics used to be disabled which is now enabled since the huge change on this site isn't it usefull to do a check-up and if necessary do a double-check to see if it needs to be disabled on an outdated post🤨? i keep mixing things up from times to times each time the comments are enabled which are from a few years old😶 (coming from someone who learned from that mistake and got a first warning) i bet other people get things mixed up if the topic is from a few years old (especially if it's outdated) can you consider doing a check-up from topics which is from a few years old? i don't wanna sound too negative, i just have a difficult time wording things correctly (i hope you get what i mean though?) you guys are doing a good job, taking care of a report, comes with a fix and closing the comment but it's always good to check topics that are from a few years old so we won't mix things up again👍 and if certain things aren't there yet you can always comment we should create new post similair to certain ideas so we won't do necro post again which are from a few years old see it as a feedback👍 update: i especially ask this which is issues game related post which is outdated ("technical issues", "gameplay issues" "bug reports" etc)Solvedsailorleontine2 months agoSeasoned Ace66Views0likes3CommentsUnable to Edit Replies on this Forum
I created a reply to a post, and when I click the three dots, the option to edit my reply is not available. This is the case with my reply to my discussion as well as someone else's discussion. Is this a new feature, or did something break? The only options I have are: Copy Link, Follow, Delete, and Report.Solvedtexansky2 months agoSeasoned Ace60Views0likes3CommentsPost not appearing
A post I made under the thread, Share Your Newest Sims 4 Creations by BreeMiles, doesn’t seem to appear in the Full Discussion. I’ve attached an image of what my post looks like as only I can see and access it. I messaged a user privately about this, and they can’t seem to view it themselves; it just redirects them to the original thread. When my post is viewed while not logged in, it will require the user to sign in. I apologize if I don’t know how the EA forums work, maybe my post is still under review and that it hasn’t been reviewed by a moderator. This hyperlink leads to my original post under Bree’s thread, but in case it cannot be accessed by other users, there is an attached screenshot below. Perhaps my post violated the guidelines of the forum and I’ve not been given a warning or any prompt to have it taken down? I would love to get in contact with a community staff and discuss this further. Any user with insights, feel free to help!SolvedMaweyko2 months agoSeasoned Novice80Views0likes2CommentsUnable to reply to posts in a thread
Specifically this thread in the Sims 3 forum: What happened in your sims 3 game today? | EA Forums - 1656263 I have tried twice now to write a reply to a post, only to have it not show up, and no notification or message explaining why it won't show up. What's going on? Edit: Well, my second attempt did make it through, but not the first one.. but yeah, it's not a good posting experience to write a reply and it just goes away into the nothingness.. I suppose I will always have to copy and paste my posts into a seperate document on my computer in the future so as to not lose what I wrote.... huh...SolvedSprottenham2 months agoSeasoned Ace41Views0likes2Comments
