Add Sergio Agüero As Hero/icon
,Hello EA Sports FC Team I'm a passionate FC26 player and lifelong football fan. I'd love to see Sergio Agüero added as a Hero or Icon card Agüero is Manchester City's all-time top scorer and one of the Premier League's most legendary players. His unforgettable "Agueroooo" moment in 2012 is a piece of football history cherished by fans worldwide Adding him would excite the community and .make FC26 even more authentic and fun !Thank you for considering thisqatari45020 hours agoRising Newcomer8Views0likes0Comments- EA_Spectre9 days agoCommunity Admin4.1KViews36likes0Comments
@EA, Stop Ignoring Us: Xbox and PSN Accounts Stuck on Unrecoverable
This is a collective appeal on behalf of the many users who have, over the years, experienced the same recurring issue – and still have no solution. The problem is simple but severe: Players lose access to their EA account, and as a result, they are unable to unlink it from their Xbox or PS profile. Without EA's help, they are permanently locked out of using EA services on Xbox/PS. And EA Support has failed to provide effective assistance. We are not talking about isolated incidents. This is a widespread and years-old problem, affecting hundreds (if not thousands) of players. It continues to appear regularly in EA Forums, Reddit, Microsoft and Playstation support threads, and gaming communities. It’s time to acknowledge that this is not a user mistake – this is a systemic failure in account management and support policy. The Problem Xbox and Playstation profiles often become automatically linked to old EA accounts – sometimes accounts that are no longer accessible, deleted, or tied to an email that no longer exists. Players cannot unlink the Xbox/PS profile from the EA account unless they verify the original EA account. If the user has no access to the email or recovery methods (due to age, lost credentials, or deactivated accounts), EA support refuses to help. Microsoft/Sony confirms they cannot unlink EA accounts on their end. EA's stance is rigid: “No verification, no unlinking.” Even if the account is clearly inactive or the user is verified through Xbox/PS->Origin credentials. Support tickets are often closed without action. Chats end with no resolution. Users are passed between departments, but nothing changes. Recent Example (May 2025) Just yesterday, I posted the following here on EA’s forums, and it summarizes the problem: “I can't unlink my Xbox account from an old EA account that I don't have access to anymore. EA Support told me there’s nothing they can do. I just want to play EA games again, but I’m locked out of all online services because my Xbox is linked to a ghost account.” Full Post Here This is not a one-off. It is one of many. What Players Are Asking For We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for a realistic, user-focused solution to a well-known issue. Specifically: A process for unlinking Xbox or Playstation accounts when the original EA account cannot be recovered. This could involve verifying identity via Xbox Live/PSN data, Xbox/PS account ownership, or linking proof. Better support escalation paths. Not just canned responses and auto-closed tickets. Real human review for unresolved account access cases. Transparency on what can and cannot be done. Many users are told “there’s nothing we can do” – while others manage to get unlinking done after dozens of failed attempts. The policy is inconsistent. The Bigger Picture Many affected users have: Lost access to EA Play/Game Pass benefits despite paying for them. Abandoned EA games completely because the account issues make playing impossible. Created entirely new Xbox/PSN accounts, losing years of progress and purchases. Spent hours or days dealing with EA support without a single result. We are asking EA to take responsibility and implement system-level fixes. This is a trust issue. Players who lose access to their EA account should not be cut off from Xbox/PS games they legally own or subscribe to. Supporting Evidence: Community Reports Date Source & Link Summary May 16, 2025 EA Forum User unable to unlink Xbox from old EA account; EA Support states "nothing we can do". April 2025 Microsoft Community Xbox Gamertag linked to an old/unknown EA account; EA will not unlink it, stating the account is deleted. April 2022 Microsoft Community EA refuses to unlink Xbox from deleted EA account; GDPR request ignored. February 2021 Reddit - r/Xbox EA demands code sent to inactive email; user locked out despite valid Xbox account. Early 2021 Microsoft Community User unable to unlink EA account; Microsoft confirms EA is sole authority. November 2018 Overclockers UK Forum Player locked to 10-year-old EA account; EA support unhelpful after multiple attempts. And many more... Final Call EA, this is a growing trust and accessibility issue. Gamers should not be permanently blocked from their Xbox/Playstation content because of a policy that assumes email access is forever. Technology evolves. People change accounts. But support systems must evolve with that. We urge you to: Recognize this as a longstanding issue. Commit to a workable solution for affected users. Respond to the community with clarity and action. This isn’t just about one player. This is about hundreds of us, waiting for a fair resolution. EA - in the name of all gamers - please fix this! During the BF6 beta, there was an argentinean player calling brazillians "monkeys" in chat. I reported him with the in game function and to my surprise today I got an e-mail telling me that he wasn't gonna be banned because "EA takes context in account" and "a different opinion of yours isn't a violation". Since WHEN calling people "monkey" is a matter of opinion or context? EA won't ban a racist because they want their money. Disgusting.shiryurj20 days agoNewcomer24Views0likes0CommentsWhy don't EA let PlayStation do the account linking.
its been 5 days sense i put in a ticket the EA support is clearly not up to the task to help with being overloaded. why do away with account linking completely or let you do the linking on the other end of the platforms. they have shown they are unable to help people with problems they have created. i cant access my old email for authentication witch i never remember activating so i cant log into my old account i don't use blocking me from play on my PlayStation. having to wait a week for support is a joke and shows how little EA cares for customers. pleas do away with account linking or hire more staff.30Views0likes0CommentsVillage Life: Love and Babies
Greetings! I humbly ask for you to bring Village life game back. You can sell it on steam and I will buy it, I would even invite my friends who also miss this game. This game is a staple of my childhood. I have been searching for a game like Village life just ti fill in the whole that it has left but all I found was disappointment as nothing was able to give the same vibe and mechanics of the game, Village Life that many people loved and long for. Hello, I had a great time when BF1 launched. Played it for many hours. I didn’t play anything in between BF1 and BF6. The hype around BF6 got me curious and i have played 5 (bad🤣) matched in BF6. It was fun; so i preordered BF6. Today i got bored and fired up my PS5 to play some more BF6 and saw my account was disabled due to violation of the user agreement. I have no clue why and for this reason i want to cancel the preorder as i wont be able to play this game. could someone help me with this? sincerlydb6q1qt5sctw21 days agoRising Newcomer121Views0likes0CommentsNot receiving verification emails
When i log into BF6 to play, it says to link my ea account with my steam account. I entered my email and password then it asks for a verification code. I am not receiving the verification emails at all? My email is verified on my ea account but just not receiving the emails to continue?40Views0likes0CommentsLINKED ACCOUNT WRONG
My playstation account is linked to someone else's Gmail. I do not know the email except for Bu*****@gmail.com. I went into my PlayStation account and it does not show any links to EA, but I am unable to link my PlayStation account to my EA account. When attempting to link, it will ask me the verification code from my correct email and then say its already linked to the email above (...gmail), and for clarification the correct email is not a Gmail account. Attempted calling support, using the forums and the "self help" but I am really under the impression EA doesn't care about helping customers or resolving issues. I have been an EA supporter for a long time (20+ years) but after this... I may never touch an EA product again.43Views3likes0CommentsLinked account issue. keeping me from buying EA games
So like many people apparently, my Xbox account is linked to a EA account that is no longer active. The EA account hasn’t been used in years and the email associated hasn’t been active in at least a decade. The “line” to talk to someone in support only goes up as it told me 218 minutes at start and then an hour later it was at 231 minutes. I would be willing to call and explain the situation but there is no number to call. If a community manager or some kind of admin would be willing to help with this I would be grateful. I would like to play EA games but it seems like the only way to do that would be to create a new Xbox account and I will not be doing that. EA this is unacceptable.26Views0likes0CommentsEA Account link/Pass reset.
Literally, created EA account for Anthem back when it was out. Had problem w/ account link to PSN where I would go through a loop of resetting my password and not getting anywhere. Fast forward to BF6 open beta, having the same problem. Good luck EA.Nixne9921 days agoNewcomer20Views0likes0CommentsCan’t unlink account
I am trying to play a beta to a game but I can’t because my ea account already is linked to my PlayStation account and the email is outdated and I can’t unlink it because it says the only linked account is epic games and when I try to link my PlayStation account it just says account already linked to (wrong email)38Views0likes0CommentsCustomer Support is Nonexistant
Look - I'm gonna start this by saying this isn't directed at the actual employees at customer support. (If there are any.) My frustration is with EA as a company/upper management, because frankly, I don't think they care about helping customers. And I'm gonna apologize in advance for how much of a Karen I might sound like - I was raised by a Karen, I can't talk to people like that - but trying to get ahold of any customer support for EA is not even a joke - it's just not possible. I bought several Sims 4 DLC on Thursday afternoon. (Since they're on sale.) Started a new game, got my new family up and running, called it a night before doing much else. Came back yesterday and the new DLC I bought is gone. I can't load my new game because I don't own the DLC I had literally bought the night before, and I made the mistake of deleting my old game because I wasn't gonna go back to it now that I have new DLC. Eventually - after several failed trouble shooting methods like restarting game/PC, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it - I found where to look at my purchase history, and found that my purchase had "failed" because of the payment method. I'm thinking it's an issue on the EA side - the payment as of now has posted, I used the same card during the last sale with no issues, and even now it still says the status is "failed" - but since no one can get in contact with their "customer support", it's quite possible they don't even know it's a problem. I've tried literally every possible way to get in contact with EA short of on Threads/Twitter - is that the ONLY way to get help from EA? I cannot get an option to get a live chat prompted. I have tried literally every method - opening in an incognito browser, not being logged in, trying in a different browser, making sure popups are enabled, nothing has worked. I've submitted help requests, but I have no idea if they've actually been submitted. No email verifcation, nothing in the "my cases" tab. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. Honestly, at this point I'm strongly considering just going to my bank and doing a charge back based on no services rendered. If I'm black listed for doing a charge back, then so be it. Honestly, I don't think I want to monetarily support a company that cares so little for its customers. My husband has suggested the nuclear option of a class action lawsuit, but honestly I don't know what good that'll do. (And honestly, that seems rather extreme. I just want to play the DLC that I have already paid for, or my money back.)ImFrozenStill22 days agoRising Novice34Views0likes0CommentsCan't access EA account!!
So, I have an EA account linked to an email address that I no longer have access to, and that account is also connected to my Steam account. Every time I try to play an EA game or log in to that account, I can’t because it requires a verification code sent either to that email via Gmail or to the phone number linked to that email address. The only access I still have is the linked phone number, but when I request the login verification code, I get a notification saying,, (Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply.) I’m really confused because verifying via phone number is the only option I have. My plan was to create a new EA account with a different email, but I would still need to unlink the old EA account from my Steam account—and unlinking it still requires me to log in. How can I fix this?37Views0likes0Comments- DUSTY197622 days agoNewcomer19Views0likes0Comments
