Help with unblinking a lost account
Hi, I created an ea account but for some reason I cannot unlink it as my email or password won't work when logging into my account. The username is taken. I want to log into my account to change the privacy settings ( so I can add friends) if that is not possible could you unlink my account from my Xbox? It says my account is linked under f0*****@anonymous.ea.com. This is not my email . Also when I try to link it via my xbox account it says the account is already taken clearly by f0*****@anonymous.ea.com is this my email linked to my xbox account any help would be appreciated

If tried every way possible to get this resolved and nothing has been done. So you let people steal our information then don’t help us. This is outrageous. EA should be boycotted. I’ll bring this to the news at this point! They got some unknown blurred out Russian email….linked to my ps5. I’ve been with ea since 2009…this is blatant theft and an issue EA refuses to resolve even when all information you can provide is sent they leave the chat and make you start all over again.
EA app suddenly censoring EVERYTHING
I bought fc 26 today from ea app and started playing with my swedish friend, we have played for many many years FC/fifa together and never had problem with censoring but now everything I write in ea app is ##### censored even normal words, both in swedish and english, I can see my friends messages as normal though.. Install games from disc
Hello There, I found my old games on disc. (Like: Need for Speed - Run, FIFA 15, FIFA 19... etc) I try install from disc and i get error message: Can't found origin, please install origin first. Origin officially shoutdown on 25/04/2025. Any advice how install games from disc? I got all games in EA app, but i will play original release of the game for fun. Most games unsupported right now. So i will accept any help and ideas. ThanksCode doesn't arrive in the email
I would like to know why the confirmation code does not arrive so that I can enter my account in my email, I have tried in every possible way but the code never arrives, if you can solve this problem as soon as possible I will be grateful, because I am and need to enter my account urgently and I can't
SIMS4 PC Playing history GONE!
I logged in to find the last two years worth of playing has vanished! I get to the main menu, and it only lets me play "scenario" or create a sim. I spoke to the chat team and did EVERY trouble - shooting step. ( i did every step over 3 times! - My pc has not changed. I deleted the app, reinstalled , repaired.. Did their " file change suggestion" and still all my history from the last 2 years is gone! - Nothing has changed, no firewalls etc. I can see all my add on packs etc. However, it will not load or show any previous game play. The rental houses are not there. The household is not there to play. It has all just vanished...... Has anyone had this happen to them????Games Bought On Xbox App Not Showing Up On EA app
Hello, I recently purchased Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II through the Xbox app. However, when I open the EA app and check my library, neither game appears. In the Xbox app, the only option shown is the Ultimate Edition for each game, but I am not able to download them. Instead, I’m prompted to either purchase the Ultimate Edition again or subscribe to EA Play/Ultimate Pass, despite already owning the base games. I have confirmed multiple times that my Xbox and EA accounts are correctly linked and that I am signed into the same account on both apps. At this point, I’m unsure how to access the games I already purchased. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
Region problem during payment
I'm trying to subscribe to the annual ea play pro plan so I proceed and put all the correct card info and that I don't want the card to be saved, I tried 3 cards The first card was a uae issued international Mastercard and I put the region as uae and it proceeded to pay then got hit with the "wrong region" message, I readded the same card but with the region set to Egypt as if it'll fix the issue and still nothing happened and the transaction is halted by the same error Then I tried paying with 2 Egyptian local visa cards and put all the correct info and region is set to Egypt so it's local and still the same message halts the transaction. I changed my account's region from uae bcs it was the country I set my account in to Egypt where I'm living rn and still also nothing changed when I tried all 3 cards, it's becoming frustrating tbh and I hope anyone from the ea support team gives me an actual guide on how to fix this Thanks in advanceMy EA wont open at all
Everytime I try to open ea or try to install a game off an app that requires ea to download my ea opens on a blue screen, I get the blue mouse wheel cursor and my app closes. I can't open it at all it's been like this for about a month and I deleted and reinstalled it didn't work.“New EA Update” -5 Stars
I’ve been a EA fan for years never had this issue but honestly if not fixed I will be leaving EA indefinitely. I’ve always logged in through my Xbox profile has never been any issues and today when I tried to play Madden and Battlefield it took me to the loading screen asking me to verify my email (MY EA) linked to my Xbox account or get 6 digit code from the number linked. I have had Xbox Live since 2004…..I do not remember the first email I ever linked to EA or cellphone number….bro I got $100s of dollars invested I literally bought Phantom Edition Battlefield have bought every store transaction. I have more than 1000$ invested into Madden 25 just alone….my buddy has went through the same thing and contacted EA support and provide information to show the account was his (ex. Provide the last credit cards used info etc) but I can’t even get to that part because it’s asking me to verify my EA. Please help? I literally had to login my PC EA just to make a forums post to get some type of help….im gonna call Microsoft in the morning but I think this is a EA related issue. Hello, I’m not sure where to report this, but I believe action should be taken regarding this behavior. I wanted to report a cheater I encountered in a match. I hope you take the necessary measures so the game runs properly and we don’t end up favoring cheaters.
