Gold Players in 89+ RTTF Pack
Dear EA, I had purchased a store pack (Road to the Final Guarantee Pack) using 250k coins on Friday (3rd April) before the release of the Trophy Titans Promo. I forgot to open the pick due to some other priorities & opened the pack late on Saturday (4th April). To my utter shock, only 4 gold cards came out in the in the pick (screenshot attached). Kindly look into this matter as I have been looted of 250k coins for 4 gold cards in the 89+ rttf pick which was part of the store pack. The problem is that every time the opposing team hits the ball towards the goalkeeper, the ball returns directly to the player who hit it or go to another player. It makes no sense because sometimes the ball touches his arm and should go out, but instead it returns to the player. I really hope you understand the problem and try to fix it. Hello, Since the release of the "Elite Monthly Supply Card" somewhere last week i was trying to buy it from the ingame store, however it is impossible to make this purchase since the purchase values in the in-game store appear is "499" instead of "4,99 €" what it should be. When trying to make the purchase it gives the error: "PURCHASE FAILED" Sorry, the transaction was not succesful. Please login to your application store account and try again. Support Message: 20005 | iLrDXWweSNGSYXxX3RJJVQ However other purchases from the store work just fine. The problem only shows up with "Elite Monthly Supply Card" and also "UEFA Dreamchasers Welcome Pack Ultra". I tried contacting the ingame support, but they are not very helpful in looking what the issue is. Only thing they can do is link the standard troubleshooting stuff (wich i did). And say it's a problem with the AppStore from Apple (wich i doubt, since all other transactions work). Also see the screenshot that come with this message. I don't have the notification in my 'News' regarding the upcoming 20,000 Instant AXP, whereas my friends do (image taken by a friend). Similarly, I never received the 35 game AXP boost. Are these promos bugged, or are these promos are targeted so not all players get them? I cannot access Pro Clubs mode at all. Every time I try to enter Pro Clubs, I get the error: "Connection to EA servers failed." Important: - Other modes like Ultimate Team and Seasons work perfectly - My internet connection is stable - This issue has been happening for months I already tried reinstalling, reconnecting my EA account and all basic troubleshooting steps. I’m sick of the glitches and bugs! Paid 100 for this game and I’ve never had more problems with one game! Contacted ea about an issue in game. Camera being stuck in the corner. ( offline draft ) I’m no good on this game and was 3 games in winning on world class (big achievement for me) this happens and ea can’t compensate for it!!
