Banned from FC Mobile Without Clear Reason – Need Help
Hello everyone, I’m writing here because I recently encountered an issue with my account in FC Mobile and I’m hoping someone from the community or support team can help or guide me. On April 3, 2026, at around 14:00, I tried to log into my account and received a message indicating that my account has been banned. Unfortunately, I do not understand the reason for this ban. I have always tried to follow the game’s rules and play fairly. This account is very important to me, and I have invested a significant amount of time (and also purchases) into building my team. Losing access like this is really frustrating, especially without knowing what caused it. I have already contacted support and sent them all the required details along with a screenshot of the error message. At the moment, I am waiting for their response. In the meantime, I wanted to ask: Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to recover your account? Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process or clarify the issue? Dreamchasers Weekly Duel Rewards are not unlocking. First reward says it will unlock after X8 which I assume is completing and winning 8 Dreamchasers Duel Matches. I've completed/won 11 and it is still locked. Has this unlocked for anyone yet. I couple of days I was getting on FC26 per usual and I got this message that says “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more”. My wifi is completely fine- matter of fact, I can play ever single other game, I’ve tried a whole bunch of stuff just for it to finally work for no reason. I don’t get it, after the update it worked for a solid two days and now it says I can’t connect? EA fix your trash game! Has anyone experienced an issue on the UT store where your trying to claim evos but EA wont you claim them. Then the game shows you an error message and then you just get kicked out of the UT store as the EA wont let you claim them. This is an issue i'm experiencing and i've tried to claim the same 2 evos on the companion app but again its the same result. Terrible! The company doesnt deserve the money the get. İts fun to play, but there is lots of connection problems when i try to play ultimate football. İ am trying to play the game but the game doesnt let me play it. İ tried to play 5 times tonight and its loading loading and loading again. Attackers make better and more interceptions than my cdm's regardless of the passing stats, vision etc. This really is beyond annoying im watching players with less than 40 defending pull of virgil vandini tackles. I'm all for earning the ball back through tackles but the interceptions are a joke considering I have two dms with interception plus and 93 plus interceptions the ball rolls over their toes and they don't even take it, if your not going to fix it at least let me remove it from my players . Ps bruiser needs to start giving fouls its a **bleep** take , evos can you add some of the unique ones back into rotation like precision header ,press proven and enforcer . I swear it's playing a dirty little trick on me. Literally more than three times now at the end of the game when I hit the game-winning shot or win penalty kicks. The game crashes down right at the end so I don't get my evolution progress. I don't get my coins and I get a loss on my record. This is all on ultimate team. This is one of the most glitchy crashiest games I've ever played. We deserve a refund. We deserve some coins or we deserve something. This is ridiculous.
