This message appears when I try to access the EA FC 26 online services. The screenshot below is in Portuguese, but this is what is translated: "Unable to load information from the server. Please try again later." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been having this problem for two weeks now. I've already contacted EA support, and they haven't resolved it. I've already changed the DNS, changed the IP address, and cleared the caches. I've used Wi-Fi, LAN, and mobile data. I've opened router ports and changed the Wi-Fi channel. I've deleted my EA account and created another one. I've cleared the Steam and EA App caches, restored my firewall settings, and deleted files from the appdata folder. I've restored PC updates from before the game stopped working. I've repaired corrupted files. I've already installed and uninstalled the game using Revo, and I've literally wiped all the game data from my PC. I've already performed a secure boot (clean boot). *Update: I just formatted my PC and guess what? Why can’t EA include an option to create and have tournaments with friends online. So for the longest time, my friends and I have had “FIFA” nights, we would be 6-8 guys, we created a tournament each guy would have a team or two. This was obviously in the same house on one or two same machines with four controllers. But life happens, some have relocated, but we still love the game and would like to be able to create a tournament and play all together, regardless of location. EA please add this feature, even if we have to pay for the service, like a lobby where players wait and can watch two players play or can play separately then the next player joins when it’s his match or turn to play. I mean if this can be done with games like call of duty, and all the online shooters, why can’t we have this on our favorite game? Hello EA Community, I am experiencing a serious performance issue in EA SPORTS FC26 on PC. The game runs smoothly on the menu screen, but when i start a match, the FPS suddenly drops dramatically to arround 5 until 10 fps, making the game really unplayable. I have seen other players on youtube using the same PC specifications and they are able to play smoothly without this issue. This problem occurs in both offline and online modes. EA SPORTS 25 runs perfectly fine on the same system, and temperatures remain normal. I have already tried lowering graphics settings, reinstalling and repairing the game, updating GPU drivers, and disabling overlays or background applications. None of these steps resolved the issue. I have attached a video showing the FPS drop during gameplay. This appears to be a game side performance or optimization issues rather than a hardware problem. I am starting this discussion to report a continuing issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 online matches. I have now been disconnected for the seventh time during an active match, not during matchmaking or loading screens. In every case, the match was terminated and I was automatically assigned a loss despite not quitting intentionally. My internet connection is stable and no disconnections occur in other online games or services. This issue happens only in FC26 and consistently during gameplay. At this point this can no longer be considered a rare or isolated incident. Repeated losses caused by factors outside player control undermine competitive integrity and make online play extremely frustrating. We have to talk about a big issue with this dnf system. I can't afford that everytime i win an important match vs a though opponent and at the end of the match it just sends me a message that there is an error with ea servers and when i enter ultimate team back i see that i have lost the game, like come on ea atleast don't count the match it's really frustating because that's the difference between good packs in champs and you just sabotage me and it's not happening when i lose or when 1 a month. it's happening every week in champs everytime a do a comeback. This game is horrible, why is it that my players doing not intercept any pass or when they do intercept it, it bounces right back to the opposition, or the fastest players suddenly turn into ants when i'm on the ball, or almost every shot of mine is shot like the ball weighs 10kg, or my advanced defending doesn't work at all, or my gameplay is delayed, or my keeper suddenly decides to gain an extra chromosome as soon as i lead the game, or that my defenders just let the ball run through when i perfectly time the challenge? EA please, just please fix this game. I used to love Ultimate team, but your love for money and business strategies make us hate the game. Just fix the game and make it as 'realistic' as it should have been. MOST IMPORTANTLY... Hello, Icons and Heroes are currently appearing in modern sock-style boots and single block-colour boots in-game, which are not historically accurate for the vast majority of these players. It appears that boot styles for Icons and Heroes are selected from a general rotation that includes these modern designs. While this works well for contemporary players, most Icons and Heroes played in eras where classic black leather boots, or subtle colour variations, were the standard. As a result, these modern boots feel out of place and reduce historical immersion. If possible, it would be great to adjust this rotation so that modern sock boots and block-colour boots are excluded for Icons and Heroes, allowing them to default to more era-appropriate footwear. This seems like a relatively small presentation change, but one that would have a noticeable impact on authenticity. To clearly show the issue, I’ve added three images: The first shows an example of an ideal classic boot model on Maradona, which feels appropriate for his era. The second shows modern sock boots appearing on Pelé, which do not align with the period he played in. The third shows block-colour boots appearing on Völler, which similarly feel out of place for a historical player. There are a small number of exceptions where modern or distinctive boots make sense (for example, all-white boots for Ronaldinho), but these cases are rare. For the vast majority of Icons and Heroes, classic boots would better reflect their real-life careers. The overall likeness and presentation quality for Icons and Heroes is excellent, which is why this detail stands out. FC 26 can’t launch and keeps getting its new EAAntiCheat files overwritten by the outdated ones. At first the game showed error 115 on startup, so I downloaded the latest EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe from EA’s site. After uninstalling the old EAAntiCheat and installing the new one, the following files were stamped 12/06/2025: c:\Program Files\EA\AC\preloader_s.dll c:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe c:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.dll d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FC 26\preloader_l.dll d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FC 26\EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FC 26\EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe But when I started the game, it started downloading update, after it was done, all the files above revert to 07/11/ 2025.
