Ultimate team connection problem
Hello everyone, Im trying to access my ultimate team but i cant. It says " Connecting to ultimate temas is not possible at the moment ". I reset my modem and im waiting for like 3-4 hours but it didnt solved. Can anyone help me please ? I have followed this rule by starting playtime, playing more than three matches per day, and logging in to both the web and app daily. However, a month has passed, and I still cannot use the transfer function. Before I purchased the game, there was no notification that the transfer function is only available to specific individuals. This feature has been available every year except for this one. I reached out to EA HELP, and they said they are not technical staff and cannot answer my question, advising me to post on the EA forum. I posted on the EA forum, but no one responded. Is there any consumer rights organization or similar platform where I can file a complaint? Why didn't they inform players before implementing such an unreasonable policy? I know that nothing good will come out of the packages. But I am concerned about the principle that by buying the game I support EA. However when I went on Ultimate Team, I was never asked if I would like to transfer my points. Both games are played on the same console with the same username and account. I am facing continuous issues while trying to play EA FC 26, and it has become extremely frustrating. Whenever I attempt to log in to my account, I face multiple difficulties. The game takes a very long time to load, and the connection to Ultimate Team disconnects frequently. Most of the time, I need 3–4 attempts just to enter a single objective, and even after that, it often disconnects again from Ultimate Team.
