Transfer market on the apps not unlocking
I understand Transfer Market access on Web/Companion is automated and cannot be manually granted. However, this is a brand new PS5, brand new EA/PSN account, and only one Ultimate Team account has been used on this console. I have completed multiple (5) UTC active days with 3 full Squad Battles matches and Web/Companion login each day. Please do not tell me “play more” only. Please confirm whether there is any account restriction, device flag, ban, suspicious activity flag, or missing requirement preventing the automated system from unlocking access. Hello EA, I’ve been playing FC 26 consistently and spending a lot of time completing objectives, SBCs, and rewards, but my pack luck has been extremely poor for a very long time. At this point, the experience feels unfair and frustrating compared to what many other players seem to receive. Opening packs no longer feels rewarding, even after a lot of grinding and effort. I understand packs are based on luck, but I hope EA can review the pack weight system and improve the balance so loyal players feel rewarded for their time and dedication. I've zero clue if what I've done to be banned for a month. The only slightly different behavior of simple playing is that I connect to VPN from time to time, my phone does it by default sometimes. Some sounds would randomly disappear or become inconsistent during gameplay and menus. Over time, the issue became worse, and now the game has completely no sound at all. ea ban appeal confusion
I’m posting here because I’m having an issue with my appeal and I’m not getting any clarity on what is happening with my account. I submitted an appeal regarding my transfer ban, but instead of receiving an actual response or explanation, the case was marked as "Closed" and labeled as a duplicate. The only reason I can think of is that I had started another live chat conversation while trying to get help. I don’t understand why opening a live chat would cause my appeal to be treated as a duplicate and closed without a proper review. I also want to acknowledge that I may have contributed to some confusion on my side. When submitting my appeal, I selected PC as my device even though I actually play on PS5. I’m mentioning this because I want to be completely transparent, and I’m wondering whether that may have affected the way my case was processed. What is making this even more confusing is that the transfer ban has now completely disappeared from the penalties section on my account. Since it no longer appears there, I assumed there may have been some change to the status of the penalty. However, I still appear to be restricted and I have not actually been unbanned. Right now I’m receiving mixed signals. The transfer ban is no longer showing under my penalties, but my account still seems to be affected, and my appeal was closed without any explanation. The thing is my account was hacked and I have no idea how. I would like to escalate this to someone who can actually do something about this please. My IP address is in Singapore but I’ve been receiving emails with my email address from Hong Kong, is this the kind of “professional” investigation EA provides for loyal fans? Telling me that my account has been banned through no fault of my own is NOT a solution. Also the game keeps glitching and even though I’m leading the score when it comes back it reflects as a loss for me. FC26 crashes on startup with C0000005 Access Violation on multiple PCs
I’m having a persistent crash issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 and I’ve exhausted almost every troubleshooting step I can think of. The game crashes on startup every single time with: Exception: C0000005 – Access Violation What makes this especially strange is: - FC 25 works perfectly. - FC 26 crashes on multiple different PCs. - I fully reinstalled Windows from scratch. - I tested both Windows 11 and Windows 10. - I updated BIOS. - I disabled XMP and virtualization features. - I reinstalled GPU drivers using clean installs. - I reinstalled EA App and EA AntiCheat. - I deleted all FC26 folders from Documents/AppData. - I tested offline mode. - I tested with overlays disabled. - I tested on another friend’s PC and it still crashes on my account. - The crash usually happens after 10–40 seconds during startup. I’m using EA Play Pro. The crashdump always reports: “Access violation - code c0000005” I also noticed references related to Denuvo/entitlement requests before crashing. At this point it looks more like an account/licensing/profile issue specific to FC26 rather than a hardware problem.
