My account was unfairly banned.
I have never engaged in illegal coin trading even once. Please review all of my transactions. I have been regularly purchasing FIFA Points since the beginning of the year. Why would I do something like this to myself? I truly love this game and play it every day. I have invested a lot this year. Just as the Team of the Year period has arrived, my account was unfairly banned. Hello EA Support, My EA FC account is being repeatedly accessed by someone else. Even after I remove the intruder and close the game, the access returns when I relaunch it. I have already taken the following security steps: - Changed my EA and PSN passwords - Enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) - Signed out of all devices - Secured my email - Reinstalled the game on PS5 Despite this, the issue continues. I believe there may be a compromised session or account-level breach. I have followed this rule by starting playtime, playing more than three matches per day, and logging in to both the web and app daily. However, a month has passed, and I still cannot use the transfer function. Before I purchased the game, there was no notification that the transfer function is only available to specific individuals. This feature has been available every year except for this one. I reached out to EA HELP, and they said they are not technical staff and cannot answer my question, advising me to post on the EA forum. I posted on the EA forum, but no one responded. I know that nothing good will come out of the packages. But I am concerned about the principle that by buying the game I support EA. However when I went on Ultimate Team, I was never asked if I would like to transfer my points. Both games are played on the same console with the same username and account. Hello, I am experiencing an issue where a tradeable player item valued at 500k~ has went missing, I have checked my transfer list, transfer targets, club, active squad and quick sell recovery. This has happened before but usually on restarting the game the player item returns in my unassigned. He has not. I have tried to open packs to trigger his appearance in my unassigned. I am facing continuous issues while trying to play EA FC 26, and it has become extremely frustrating. Whenever I attempt to log in to my account, I face multiple difficulties. The game takes a very long time to load, and the connection to Ultimate Team disconnects frequently. Most of the time, I need 3–4 attempts just to enter a single objective, and even after that, it often disconnects again from Ultimate Team.
