Season pass
I have bought season pass 3-4, and completed to over level 20 on both. Season 3 you could unlock Wayne Rooney, and in Season 4 you could unlock Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus. However, these 3 players cannot be used in career as EA promises. It is not legal to charge money for a product you cannot deliver. What will EA do to fix it? Why are there no answers? Hello, I am playing EA FC 26 and would like to report an issue I am experiencing in Manager Career Mode. In Manager Career Mode, I can customize player appearance options such as socks, kit style, gloves, and wristbands without any issue. However, boots cannot be changed. Even after selecting different boots, the changes do not apply in-game and all players continue to wear black boots. The game and console are fully updated. The issue only affects boots; all other equipment changes work correctly. I am attaching an image showing the issue. This is such a disservice to goalkeepers. It is embarassing. They can't block a blanket from getting passed them. I am so embarassed for them. There are a lot of complaints on the gameplay after the latest update here in the community and I hope they do get delivered to the development team. It just gets worse with every update. Positioning and mainly defending in the latest version feels completely different and most importantly, it is not as enjoyable as it was due to unrealistic behavior that wasn’t there (at least not that obvious) at launch. Title says it all - please give us the great game we had at release. Hello EA Support, My EA FC account is being repeatedly accessed by someone else. Even after I remove the intruder and close the game, the access returns when I relaunch it. I have already taken the following security steps: - Changed my EA and PSN passwords - Enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) - Signed out of all devices - Secured my email - Reinstalled the game on PS5 Despite this, the issue continues. I believe there may be a compromised session or account-level breach. I am requesting a full security reset on my EA account, including: - Terminating all active sessions - Reviewing linked devices and connections - Restoring full control of my account Please let me know if you need any verification from my side. I respectfully won a rivals game and when the match awards should come up, it throws me out of ultimate team, ofc giving me a dnf. This happened for the 2nd time already and its so annoying it stalls my progress. (I played against a ps player so it couldnt have been a cheater). Hello EA Community Team, I’m posting this after being advised by EA Help chat to report the issue here, as my case was marked “No fix available,” despite the agent confirming that my account exceeds the normal requirements for Transfer Market unlock. Account activity summary: • Active since November • Regular gameplay across Rivals, Squad Battles, Co-op, and SBCs • Rivals Wins: • 10 wins – completed • 25 wins – completed • 50 wins – completed • Currently 51+ Rivals wins • SBCs completed • Squad Battles and other modes played regularly • No bans, no warnings, no coin transfers, no rule violations The EA Help agent explicitly confirmed in chat that: • My activity level meets and exceeds what the system normally looks for • Over 50 Rivals wins is already more than sufficient for typical Transfer Market unlock progression Yet, the Transfer Market remains locked with no explanation and no estimated resolution. This makes Ultimate Team progression extremely difficult, especially when: • Rewards include many loan players • SBC and squad management are heavily restricted without market access • There is no in-game indicator of what is still missing I am asking for: 1. A manual review of my account for Transfer Market eligibility 2. Clarification on what exact requirement is still not met, if any 3.
