Losing streak
Well I don't really know what is going on in my account but all the games I played in manager mode yesterday I only won 2 or 3 I guess drew mostly 5 or 6 and then lost the rest of them so I don't really know what is going on but I'd you guys to look into it please because even my match making pool is messed up I get mostly only 117's up in the game not just only yesterday even in vsa 😂 it's the same thing but I don't really bother about vsa and h2h problems because I'm the one playing but in manager mode where the AI plays the game come on I'm always gonna lose against a 117 player so please I'd like if you do something about it that is if you can thank youStill NO Compensation after 3 Weeks for wrongly Untradable Players
It’s been over 3 weeks since the bugged Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack was in the shop and there has been no compensation for players who received untradable cards from the Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack that should‘ve been tradable which has been acknowledged by EA. My case (iOS, UID: *removed for account safety): Bought the Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack for 3,500 FC Points that guaranteed 113-115 OVR Festive Fixtures Player. The pack contained players which weren‘t supposed to be released at that time and were untradable although the pack was supposed to be a tradable pack. It was said here in the forum the containing week 3 players will turn tradable once they are officially released in the event which did not happen (that wasn‘t an official EA mod statement tho). I pulled: Untradable 114 OVR Viktor Gyökeres (ST) a Week 3 player not released at the time that would’ve been worth 8-9B coins if tradable at the time of his release. Forum mods mentioned the bug is resolved for new packs/rewards, but old pulls like mine remain untradable. Still no retroactive fix, coins or refund. Several more players are affected. EA_PulsarEA_BarryEA_Edu : Hoping for an update on compensation for those impacted such as refunding FC Points/Gems or crediting coin value. Hello EA team, I lost my original EA SPORTS FC Mobile account progress. My main account was 118 OVR and it was linked to Facebook. After logging in, only a new 64 OVR account appears. I already contacted EA Help, but the case says this issue is not supported by advisors. I believe my original progress is still on the server. I have faced this issue not once or twice but many times in past two months. Now the issue is that, when we play head-to-head and when there is 90 minutes done and there is no stoppage time given the game is ended immediately. But the same thing in manager mode mostly never happen. Now I don't understand why this happens because I was on 9 star in manager mode and I was winning 1-2 in 90 minute and then the opposition got a corner which he didn't convert through the cross but I don't know how in 90+6 he scored and I repeat there was no stoppage time given EA please fix your game this is unfair for people!!!!Extra time token issue
My "daily pick" section in extra time is not opening . So , I can't exchange my extra time tokens .The issue started from 30 september, 2025 at 10:30 am IST & still on going . I am android user . I applied many techniques to solve the issue like - restarting the device. Clearing game cache , game data . Uninstall & reinstall the game .. But they didn't work. I tried it many times but didn't work .I also have uploaded a screenshot of the issue . I hope ea will help me to fix the issue as soon as possible. I can't open any pack in daily pick section due to the issue. So , please help me by fixing the issue in my account as soon as possible. Please help me ea developers 🙏🙏🙏 ...I can't open those packs for so long which is very frustrating for me as others are pulling good rewards but i can't even open those 😭😭Incorrect chance distribution in VSA
I've been getting this bug occasionally with it started about 2 weeks ago. It does not happen every game, but one of the occurances happened when I was at 9 stars. I understand how chance distribution works in the game, but it should not be the case that someone with a lower OVR team is getting nearly half of their chances as Great chances and 0 Basic chances while I get 2 Great chances max and have to deal with a few Basic chances.
I was able to organize a talent camp, but it disappeared.
I was getting online help for another problem, and I was asked to uninstall and reinstall the game, which I did. The result? After reinstalling, my 9 skill camp tickets were showing as zero. I'm curious to see where this sad story ends. Goodbye.Galaxy S25 FE does not support 120 FPS while Galaxy S24 does (same hardware)
Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile team, I would like to report a performance and compatibility issue. Device: Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Issue: The 120 FPS option is not available in FC Mobile, and gameplay is capped at 60 FPS. The Samsung Galaxy S24 supports 120 FPS in FC Mobile and uses the same processor architecture and RAM configuration as the Galaxy S25 FE. There is no meaningful hardware difference that would prevent the Galaxy S25 FE from running the game at 120 FPS. This strongly suggests a device whitelist or optimization profile issue rather than a hardware limitation. Steps already tried: - Latest game version installed - Device restarted - Cache cleared Attached screenshots show that the 120 FPS option is missing and gameplay is locked at 60 FPS. Please for flip sake fix division rivals becoming unfair and too much cheating going on please ban hackers and p2w players k sort your self out ea no wonder you never won game of year award no wonder everyone leaving your game and complaining by giving you bad comments and your 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 game in world cause your too busy breaking laws and being greedy with money and stubborness this is not acceptableDear game developers.
Dear game developers, please try to make the game better. I don't want you to focus solely on marketing and selling packages. Since returning to EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile, I've been trying to top up my account to keep up with other players. However, the results after almost three weeks of playing have been disappointing: 1. Manager Mode is constantly lagging, freezing, and crashing. Auto mode is unusable. 2. In H2H (Head-to-Head) and event modes, the difficulty of each event is extremely laggy, making control impossible and leading to losses. This has been very frustrating. I've wasted both money and time playing this game, and I hope the developers will address these shortcomings. ***Players expect a level of enjoyment commensurate with their investment.***Playing
I started a match but then I had to do something and I pressed cancel but then I didn’t have to do anything anymore and I pressed play and it said matchmaking fails because a match is already underway. Please fix this bug EA so we can be happy and so that we don’t lose stars for not even playing.🙃🙃VS mode bug or cheat?
Hey! I continously meet the problem that in VS mode I reach the matchmaking screen, it gets 100%, then it gets stuck and only the game testét helps. I lose the match of course. Is it a bug or cheat? Of bug, EA ought to repaire it, if cheat, EA ought to filter it out. I think I paid enough to get a working game!
