Game Reboots PC When it Reaches Splash Screen

Crash/Freeze Which mode has this happened in? Play Now Summarize your bug When I start the game, it begins to load, gets to the splash screen, then my PC freezes for a few moments, then reboots. What happens when the bug occurs? PC freezes, then reboots by itself. What do you expect to see? I'd like to see the game load. Last week, this would happen sometimes, but I was able to get the game to load. It looks like I got a Windows update & a Madden update and now it won't load at all. I've tried through the EA launcher & through Steam. I've tried closing all programs and nothing has worked yet. No Audio on EA-PC Madden

Giving an update or a tip to resolve this issue What happens when the bug occurs? 100% of the time, there is 0 audio inside the game. What do you expect to see? There to be audio... There is no Audio inside Madden. I have check my PC Audio setting to double check everything but I am certain it is an EA problem. I have tried different headsets as well. I have tried redownloading the game. I have tried doing a "Repair" update. Nothing has worked. I am saddened by this because i recently just purchased the game. Ultimate team lineup Not Pulling Up

Seasons Summarize your bug I can access every mode but i am unable to Even pull up the lineup screen in ultimate team. i can go to a game and play but i auctioned a card the left a spot empty in my lineup. Now it says i have to fill that spot but everytime i Go to line up and/or the game directs me to the line up ultimate team crashed and says i cannot access servers. it lets me right back in after wtih the same results. Attempt to acess my lineup from ultimate team What happens when the bug occurs? when it occurs it tries to pull up the line up and then hesistates. then a window pops up and says "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." What do you expect to see? i Expect to see the lineup screen when i open it. for a game ive spent hundreds on i want it to work. Missing Players and Cards
Has anyone else had issues of not getting the players from purchased packs? I've had this happen to me more than once and have reached out to support. They replied stating that the account has not been hacked?? How is this any help? For example I purchased a most fear pack from the store and opened the packs. I received a ja'marr chase card. Exited the store and seen the player was not in my available cards. In the packs bin it show that 1 pack was available to open but when I enter the packs bin, there's no packs available. I have spent tons of money and purchased just about every promo available thus far. This has not been the first time thay this has happened since the release of madden 25 and refuses to spend any more money until this is resolved. I traded my AKA tokens to obtain an 83 OVR AKA Joe Greene as well as 3 other 83+ OVR AKA cards. I still need to get 1 more 83 OVR card to complete the set (I am planning on purchasing in the auction house). I was under the impression that I would be able to use the tokens I earned through challenges to get the Mean Joe Greene 86 OVR. However, when I go to the "Sets" page to complete the set for the 86 OVR Mean Joe Greene, I am not able to select the items from my binder to complete the set. Instead, I am directed to the Auction House to buy the cards I already own. I waited a couple of days in case the servers were refreshing or something like that, but it still does not allow me to complete the set after 48+ hours. When I return to the challenges menu though only shows two of the three stars. Played the challenge and completed the requirements and shown I got three stars 7 times and yet when return to the challenges menu still shows only two and just 23 out of 24 stars What do you expect to see? Lag while playing online
Madden 25 is unbearably laggy in online play for me. My internet is very fast in speed tests and my ps5 shows me excellent connection strength. I have no other issues with other online games or streaming just madden H2H online is so glitchy i can play it. madden 25 crashing when playing franchise mode
This game will not let me boot up superstar mode and when I'm playing in franchise mode it will crash repeatedly during games. If the game is running stable I would love to buy it but in its current state unless I can find a fix I imagine I will not be purchasing it. Any fixes so I can play the game without it crashing? You will see it is says no to every applicable trait, even for players that should have yes on traits. What happens when the bug occurs? Every trait that can have a yes or no, has no. What do you expect to see? I expect to see the traits match how the players are setup in play now and edit roster menu before going into franchise mode. No picture taken.
