Play Now Summarize your bug it is showing that i have 2 controllers connected when i only have 1. madden 24 works perfectly fine. i have tried about every setting on steam, updated my drivers, rebooted, uninstalled mulitiple devices for no fix How often does the bug occur? All madden challenge missing rewards

Seasons Summarize your bug Yesterday for a short period of time, the new all madden challenges were available to play. I played them all and received item for them. However, when I open the reward items, they had nothing to do with what the pack said was in it. For instance , it said I received 5 all-madden elite ability tokens and 1 86+ BND all-madden player or 81+ OVR all-madden player fantasy pack. When I opened that pack The player was a 76 common rated player, although the pack said it would be an 86+ all madden player. Also, all the upgrade tokens for all Madden I received have disappeared. I realize that this challenge was out a day early, so there must’ve had some glitch yesterday today I go to play the challenges and it says that I already received my rewards which I have not. Madden 25 - HOW TO IMPORT CUSTOM ROSTERS - Download center broken!
I was trying to use a custom roster on franchise mode when I noticed: You can download custom rosters from the download center, but you cannot see them in the LOAD menu. I have attached photos below. I went to download one of the custom rosters from the download center. (Photo 1) It actually appears in the download center as one of "My Downloads". (Photo 2) But when I go to LOAD the file, it doesn't appear in my files on the game. This bug means that players cannot download rosters to use in franchise, play now, or any other game mode. This game will not let me boot up superstar mode and when I'm playing in franchise mode it will crash repeatedly during games. If the game is running stable I would love to buy it but in its current state unless I can find a fix I imagine I will not be purchasing it. Any fixes so I can play the game without it crashing? Imported local draft class all prospects glitched

After the draft, all prospects have reverted to a default face, with no equipment and messed up dimensions. I cannot edit anything either. This appears to be the exact same bug as last year. All prospects have defaulted to some base template, and are unable to be edited. What do you expect to see? A resolution. For imported draft class to keep prospect characteristics. This pretty much washed my franchise. The fact that this same bug has occurred like 3 or 4 years in a row at launch, is unacceptable. You will see it is says no to every applicable trait, even for players that should have yes on traits. What happens when the bug occurs? Every trait that can have a yes or no, has no. What do you expect to see? I expect to see the traits match how the players are setup in play now and edit roster menu before going into franchise mode. No picture taken. Started a new franchise, simmed the first season did the draft, traded for a few hidden talent rookies as I always do but now none of my hidden dev rookies are gaining snaps. Some will show snaps if the leveled up during the game but will go back to zero as soon as i return to the main screen. I have manually turned to normal saved and then as soon as i load the franchise they all revert back to 0 snap hidden talents. I simmed the season and it appears they will reveal atvthe end of the season as intended but this is the first time it has happened and 1 of them is an xfactor and id like to have that player getting the extra xp for the season.
