27 Madden Franchise Suggestions
I am the biggest Madden Franchise Dynasty mode fan ever. And I have been very disappointed in the lack of in depth focus off the madden franchise focus on dynasty, I miss the days of having all the authenticity of all the real coaches, off/def coordinators and special teams coaches. I think it has taken away a lot of the realism. It would be nice if you could create HC, OC, DC, ST coaches like how NBA 2K allows you to since you have limited control and realism over the made up coaches on madden now. It would be nice to be able to edit the coaching pool that you current have, such as name, looks, type of offense/defense philosophy’s and a position focus as well. i would love to see a new coaching system on madden where you can have HC, OC, OC and ST but also have position coaching who have speciality traits. So for instance if you get a HC who wants to have DC who specializes in a 3-4, he can find a DC which specializes in a 3-4 but then he can find a DL coach, LB coach that specializes in 3-4 schemes. And if you want more man coverage you can find a CB/S coach that specializes in that as well and then when you add players who fit your scheme their specialties enhance your players rating and the defenses overall chemistry . Players who don’t fit the teams overall scheme may struggle or your team chemistry on the field mighr reflect that. Players who have multiple scheme fits then become more attractive bc if you get a DC who runs multiple defenses the player is more valuable bc of multiple scheme fit. Same for offense .you should be able to have an OC, OL coach, WR TE coach, RB and OL coach, and based on the HC offensive scheme, if the OC mirrors it should affect the team chemistry. If position coaches mirror the OC type of offense or style of play, it increases team chemistry and gives the players a boost in certain attributes. they should give HC an ability to have a different structure. Traditionally OC, DC and ST or pass game coordinators/ run game coordinators and same on defense. Signing all coaches for multiple years would be good as well. If someone wants to steal your coach for a head coach position it should allowed but if you or a cpu controlled team wants to sign your coach to a lateral position you should be able to decline or accept. Trading for HC should be an option as well. They should also let you have to the ability to resign players not on contract years -vs just on their contract year. They should give you the ability to resign throughout the entire season or offseason. It would be nice to go back to signing free agents in the preseason to more than just one year. That’s not realistic- a lot of players sign for multiple year deals. Coaches and player should be asked to ask for contracts before if they have outplayed their deals or coaches should be able to offer a deal before their have a contract year. Madden has gotten very lazy in franchise mode and the realness has reduced every year and since there are no other games to compete it’s like EA /Maddeb don’t care but these are things that could really make Madden franchise mode fun again,Madden rating system needs a make over
This discussion is for the Madden ratings system in conduct with online play. The way that they rated is not enjoyable for online play and we know we can just edit them for our own Quick play and Franchise purposes. The ratings are in a nutshell “terrible” and unenjoyable for playing online. Although Competitive is the mode for online play, these players ratings still have an impact on the success of each play. For example, even on competitive mode Matthew Stafford will run at his 70-79 speed oppose to Lamar Jackson at his 96 speed and it is noticeable. Or if someone has Sheduer Sanders and they try to throw deep it will be inconsistent and probably over throw oppose to a quarterback like Mahomes where the pass will probably be more accurate and near the receiver. So ratings “does” play a role still in “Competitive Mode”. So with that being said, you can not just rate these players on there popularity in the league! You need to get somebody who knows every last star players exact unpredictable ratings correct first! Like receivers that have good moves off the line of scrimmage, you put there release ratings in the 90’s, even the tight ends that are good should have release ratings like 86 and up. The offensive linemen are a complete joooooke. There’s no offensive lineman no matter how fat you think they are lol, that is slow in the 60’s speed rating that is a complete joke because they have to pull and get the linebackers. And I’ve yet to see a running back in the league who passes the lineman on an off tackle or pull run. Great lineman should be rated in speed around 88 and up. And yes there’s defensive linemen that should be rated 90 and up. And in this league, Linebackers are not this slow on understanding if a receiver is going towards them on a route that this is not who they cover. For Christ sakes you still have Bo Nix rated a “81” on a great Bronco team that is probably number two in the league right now. This is highly unacceptable because it is so unenjoyable online. And still no proper face scan..or excuse me as a 3d major in college I will say you still haven’t created the polygon face for Sanders. I will like to know if you need help on these ratings as far as advising you on this. Because we know how great this game is and would like to help rather the talk down to. point is the ratings needs to be more of how valuable the specific players are “to the specific team” rather then what you perceive as a star player.Superstar Mode Error
Unfortunately, the Superstar mod has never worked well for me. After buying the game at launch, I could never get into it. When I tried to start the game in Superstar mod mode, the entire Madden application would crash. Now, after the latest update, I can at least play with it, but there's a problem. In the league settings, I set quarters to 12 minutes, but when I start the game, they're only 6 minutes long. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Anyone else having issues on defense when switching to player with B button during the play. When I push B to switch players the player automatically falls down , I push B again for the next closest player and he falls down . This glitch just started yesterdayNew drip collectors chem not working
I bought all 6 of the collectors series drip players to get the chem boosted that should turn them all to 99 players, and the chem boosted shows active but is not actually working. Any ideas on this? It would suck to have wasted almost 10 million coin on this. My friend also bought the same players from the program and his chem shows active as well but he isnt getting the chem boosted either.Fix Cover 9 (Cover 7 Clip) vs Trips
Cover 9 is poorly coded vs Trips formations and it is quite easy to see that this particular defense is exploitable and easy to manipulate. #1 The fact that the 3rec is hard coded to the #3, is wrong. The 3rec should relate to the #3 with a technique known as “cut” which means to take your receiver vertical and inside back to the ball. However if he immediately goes out, then you look to the #1. ex. Post (#1) - wheel (#2) -flat (#3) route combination or any vertical - out- out Soft squat - takes the wheel until he recognizes the flat. Takes the flat Vert hook- (#2 goes out) gets vertical to cut the post while the 3rec also gets vertical looking for anything coming back inside. 3rec- (#3 goes out) gets vertical and looks to squeeze the 1st crosser. The post from the #1 would be the first crosser. And the vertical hook would have the wheel. Both are playing under the help the deep safety. The 3rec does not follow #3 to the flat. He looks to get vertical to get the 1st crosser after the route distribution. In the end the post is the new #3. The Wheel is the #2. His responsibility is #2, vertical and inside. If #2 goes out, look to #1. Please code this properly, if you won’t then provide reasoning as to why you’ve coded it the way it is.

I was banned from EAMADDEN26 Twitch chat for absolutely no reason. I tried to ask for a transcript of what I supposedly did; I got nothing but a bot rejecting my appeal and a big nothing. I've been on Madden since the first release, June 1, 1988. My wife and I have been building MUT teams since MUT first released on January 7, 2010. I'm really close to leaving Madden altogether. My wife wants to leave now; we enjoyed watching MCS and Good Morning Madden. Does anybody know who I can talk to and get this ban lifted?How to NOT build a game
I dont even know where to begin with Madden, year after year, failing to deliver the most basic of game physics. In the clip, the football bounces off the hands of 4 defenders before eventually falling to the ground. Its bad enough we have to deal with desyncs regularly, but this type of bafoonery is baffling.Feature Ideas for Madden 27
So for every year, Madden has been my go to game. I play it a lot with friends, and it is a challenging fun experience. But when it comes to adding new features for next year, I have something I have wanted in the game for a long time. My idea comes from the section where you create a player in the "Players and Uniforms file." Adding to that, when you select a face, even on Superstar mode, there is only so many faces and it is uncommon to have an alike face close enough. It is not that EA should add more faces, but they should add a feature like NBA 2K has, where if you download the App on mobile or Google Play you can add a face scan. But it is not the face scan I am looking forward to, I hope to see EA add a feature where you can take a picture of your face and download it on the game. Then after that, when you click manage players and look at the rosters, you should be able to scroll until you find the "Create A Player" in the Roster Section and you should see your face. It would definitely give a better realistic vibe, and it would be perfect for Superstar mode even. It is totally fine if you add this Idea to the next Madden, and it starts out unrealistic, but even then. That would be a major update. lastly, try adding it to be available on console too. When you press L1/LB during a passing play, it shows you exactly how your O-line will be blocking the defense, and make adjustments (half/full-slide). This is extremely useful because it also highlights unblocked defenders that can blitz in and create pressure. Why is this view not available for running plays? O-line blocking assignments are just as important, if not moreso, on running plays to gauge gaps and identify blitzes that will blow the play up. What's more, is that this option is available within College Football, so I'm curious if this was intentionally omitted, or if it's a glitch.H2H Online Suggestion
Hey Devs, I’m sitting here watching videos of 2000’s to 2010’s classic defenses like legion of boom and the Ray Lewis Ravens. Then I thought, why can’t I play as those defenses in an exhibition online or local game? I thought of 2k where they have the “classic” teams with the lineups from those years. I think it would be great if you guys added some form of classic teams in head to head play it could make for a super fun experience playing with your old favorite players apart from ultimate team.
