Anthem - Offline mode instead
Leading off that I understand no longer maintaining Anthem since it isn't the most popular game in the EA library and hasn't received and update in years, but that doesn't mean the entire game should be shut down and made unavailable. Players have paid for the game, have supported it when it had gone back into redevelopment to become a single player RPG (that IMO it should've been to begin with) and still play after that was scrapped. To shut down and completely remove a game people have put money into (especially without refunds) is a worrying and dangerous precedent that the gaming community is facing, and should be pushed back on. If you bought a game you should be able to play it, even if it's old, even if it's not being updated anymore, you paid for it therefor it should be available to play just like any game you bought a disk or cartridge for. With EA's push for live service games and reliance on online servers to play many single player games, something like this shows a worrying future for games like dragon age (DAI's keep being the only way to import the worldstate) and mass effect (why do you have to be online to access the DLC??) and many other EA games. One day those servers will be shuttered for one reason or another, but that shouldn't lock people out of playing the games they love. So all I ask, is please push a final patch that removes the online aspects for Anthem, to make it offline only, remove the lobby, let players go out into the field solo without connecting to the servers, let players who still play continue to do so and retain the option so future players can check out the game even though it's no longer supported.
Mass Effect 3
Since EA closed the Origin site this year and transferred everything to "EA Games" I've been unable to load Mass Effect 3, at all. I get a message that says 'We could not activate Mass Effect 3 on this computer using the account your provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin account." Then there is an "Enter Product Key" button that when pushed goes to another error screen presumably because Origin is not around anymore. Nevertheless, I can't get the game to load. I was able to Play ME1 and ME2 but then it wouldn't load any of my previously purchased DLC. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! I've already contacted Tech support and have done literally everything they asked, with no change. I'm also getting the same error messages with all of my other EA games I purchased from the now defunct Origin: Dragon Age series, Dead Space series, Battle Field 3, etc. ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE????

Hi EA sports Lately in the ucl event you have released 116 thibaut courtois card which was considered and reliable among so many users but now-a-days.he is feeling so inconsistent that he conceeds too much simple shots and his reflexes are trash than before.i think it's due to the update you have been giving us.so my humble request is to fix it as soon as possible. Have been trying to unlink my Microsoft account from an old EA account that I do not have access to - have provided support with old number, email, address, birthday, and said I’d answer the security questions just to be told that I have to do the pop up that they’ve sent me when I do not have access to it. Told me nothing else they can do. So all the games I just paid for on Xbox I can’t play! Love it! Garbage company, garbage support. Wouldn’t expect anything else.
Please rerelease BFBC2 with Vietnam expansion!
I don’t know how or why EA or DICE will not even look in the direction of the countless amount of people who WANT to play this game again. I don’t care about any of these new games from ANY company making games. Yeah, okay, some are fun, but I am DYING and waiting for so long to hear some kind of announcement for a rerelease of BFBC2 with Vietnam expansion pack. I would preorder that game in a heartbeat and I know many people who would join in on that. They are withholding a lot of potential sales if they just released this game for PS5 or PC, or whatever other consoles. I am constantly watching old gameplay, just wishing I could play it again. The memories I have of that game are golden. Every other game imaginable is being brought back, but it is like we are being reminded every time a rerelease comes out, or punished that we can’t get BFBC2 back. That is the absolute best game I ever played. And I can’t play it! We can play Atari, Nintendo games, Sega Games, but god forbid we can’t get our hands on this one. I have heard that EA has bought the rights to the Blitz the League series and I would love for them to remaster or come out with a new one so that people like me could replay this arcade style of game that's really fun and if they wont I beg of you to make a deal with another company that is willing to do so. I would play the original but i have neither the console or the disc for the game. I know if you decided to make another game in this series without the microtransactions I believe you could make tons of money off of this with updated graphics
Average Wait Time For EA Help Chat?
I have been trying to contact the EA help chat for 2 days now and haven't been able to contact a real person due to the obscene wait times. I've only apparently had someone join the chat hours after the chat allegedly started I don't have the free time to wait 2-3 hours to receive help for a problem that could easily be solved over email or a simple phone call. Which is horrible but I could cope with it if the alert email that is sent when an agent connects to your chat actually sends when the agent connects and not AFTER they time out the chat and leave. I believe that a partnership with the Professional Lacrosse League(PLL) would be a great investment. The last lacrosse game we saw was Casey Powell Lacrosse 18, 8 years later and we have yet to see or even hear about any new lacrosse games in the works. I know myself and many other lacrosse fans would love to see a new lacrosse game, whether is be with the PLL, NLL, or other leagues. We have games for just about every other professional sport and I just feel that a new pro lacrosse, or even college lacrosse, game would do very well with many lacrosse fans.
