Bejeweled Stars - PLEASE HELP
I play Bejeweled Stars on iPhone. I beat level 934 on Sunday 07/05 and it will NOT let me advance to the next level. I have tried every single recommended troubleshooting step under the sun via Forums and recommended by support. If there's troubleshooting to be done, I have already done it. It's to the point where I seriously am considering deleting this game because it is no longer providing me an escape for when I'm stressed, it has become my source of stress. Begging a dev or support person to seriously escalate this.
Time management games
I’d like EA to consider continuing to update Cooking Dash for mobile or come out with a new fast-paced time management game that’s similar. Diner Dash has always been a favorite game of mine and I know many others would love to see Cooking Dash completed and / or a new game with a similar play style. I was playing and the game suddenly crashed, when I rebooted it, all my saves were gone ingame but still appeared in the files, I searched through the metadata of the files via HxD and there were no signs of corruption, a crash log in the files mentioned something about the game's memory failing, so what do I do?
Spore Galactic Edition: Cannot access online features or redeem activation key
Hello, I own an original Spore Galactic Edition purchased at launch in 2008. I can still install the game from the original DVD, but it cannot connect to the online servers, so I cannot access the Sporepedia or any online features. I tried redeeming the original activation key printed in the manual through the EA App, but it says the code has already been redeemed. However, Spore does not appear in my EA library. Is there any way to restore or add the game to my EA account so I can access all its online features? Interestingly, when I log into the official Spore website using the same EA account, my profile still shows the only achievement I unlocked years ago, which suggests my old account is still linked somehow. I have photos of my original game, manual, and activation key if you need them for verification. Thank you very much.PvZ GW2 Currency Not Saving
I have attempted several times to purchase the in-game currency in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, with the intent to open card packs. Each time I run into the same issue. I purchase the coins, they appear in game, I open a pack, and they are reduced to the pre-purchase amount. For example, I currently have about 10,500 coins. If I buy 120,000 more, I see my in-game currency appropriately increase to 130,500. If I then purchase a card pack for 75,000, it is reduced to 10,500 again. That math doesn't check out, and no matter what I do the currency doesn't seem to want to save correctly. I tried purchasing the currency through both Steam and the EA store numerous times. I have had tickets opened with both Steam's support and EA, and while I've been able to get refunds, I still can't buy the currency. Has anyone else run into this? What should I do? I spent countless hours playing it when I was younger, and it brought me so much happiness. Recently, I remembered the game and started searching for it again, only to discover that it had been shut down. I cannot describe how sad I felt when I learned this. Village Life is much more than just a game to me; it is a precious memory from my childhood. The characters, the village, the families, and the atmosphere of the game are still things I remember years later. Very few games leave such a lasting impression on people. I know there may not be any plans to bring the game back, but I wanted to let you know that there are still players like me who miss it dearly. If Village Life: Love & Babies were ever brought back, even in a simple form, I would be incredibly happy and would play it again immediately. I have never violated any regulations, yet I have received notices for violations twice recently. In the past, I used to receive an email when I broke a rule, but in the last two days, I received a warning once and today a suspension notice. However, I was not notified via email, and the reason for the suspension is not provided. I do not understand why this is happening, given that I clearly have not violated any regulations recently + i tried reaching out to our terms of service team via the steps in the article that I shared already\ i need live chat or really need help +Incognito mode doesn't work, and the case won't create even on my phone. I encountered that error message this morning after launching the game from the EA App. EA Help is absolutely worthless, because it forces you to use the chatbot to discuss the issue, and when it asks you which EA game you need help with, if you type in Medal of Honor, it doesn't recognize the title and puts you into an endless loop. Apparently, in the past you could contact EA support, and they would do a de-authorization to fix the issue. I won almost all the prizes except one and at the end it let you purchase the prizes missed with SP when I went to click to get the prize I missed it was frozen so I all I could click was done and I need to know is there a way I can get that prize screen back?
Issue with connecting to Spore's online servers
I bought Spore on steam back on June 30th, 2023, during an online sale, and I had honestly thought nothing of it until trying to get connected to the official Spore servers. I have tried every method in their help logs, attempted to find the CD keys manually, and yesterday, had tried to contact their online support chat. The two times i had managed to connect to someone, the first person had said that there was nothing they could do and to raise the issue to Valve. The second one was just as unhelpful, and had even suggested I break Steam's TOS by refunding the game and using the money to buy it on EA's servers. I can't refund the game on Steam, both because i have over 2 hours registered onto the game itself, and I've had it for much, much longer than 14 days. I had even sent an email to EA directly, and haven't gotten a single response. I just want to connect to the EA servers, and every other method has failed me catastrophically. I'm tired of fighting, I just want my online connectivity so I can share the freaks I've made with the Spore community.
