garden blast glitches
I appreciate the new challenge in Garden Blast. What I do not appreciate in the past two times I have paid the 190 gems(three times) to get the extra challenge part of it. The first time the challenge for me ended after one day(then I guess it started up again so bought it again). Now the second time I have received the badge but it seems like I have to pay another 190 to enter the challenges. Can you please return my gems if I am not able to receive the bonuses that I paid for. Will not be entering this challenge again. Can you also include the permanent rules on how to beat the frog and honey pots would be helpful. Thank you
Can't buy Gems on Pogo
Have chatted with EA about this and losing over $30 buying gems & not getting them ( this part is over 6 months now & they keep saying there tool is not working & "lets see if anyone has the same problem so wait ). Now for past 4 months I have not been able to buy Gems as I click on buy but it says "Click to Home page" This what the page looks like Please Try Again Your order could not be completed. Please try again later. Try AgainGo To Homepage 4 months & they keep closing my caseing Not Solved or something like that. Almost impossible to get live chat now so I come to the forum as I know I can get help on this thank you EricCODE is not sent to email address
Hi, I have been trying to Sign In into my pogo and it asks to send a Code, but the Code never comes in the email. I've tried at least 20 times. I went in my iPad and wrote a Comment about this and am waiting for a Code so I can go play my Daily Games. The Code does not come into my email. The Code is not Sent.most games
I start off with being able to play 1 or 2 games(different) and go to 3rd and doesn't load or gives me some kind of error box.I have rebooted router cleaned up browsing,cleaned up disk and even shutdown and restarted No Help for longer than 2 minutes. I have tried poppit bingo twice and gives me 3 messages about connection,then have to quit min mid gameLucky Cat Bingo
Day 7 of the 26th Anniversary challenge is getting bingos on 4-card games. For someone that hasn't played it a lot, I only had enough tokens to play one four-card round, which yielded two of the required 50 to get that badge. Now I'm stuck. I can't get that badge and can't move on to the next one. None of these challenges should require an actual purchase to complete them. That happens a lot. Unless there's something I'm missing. It should have been 50 bingos period, that way we can play on the 2 free cards mode to reach the goal. Ugh!
Solitaire Home Story
I was working on a badge in Solitaire Home Story when I spent 55 gems for a power up Patch Bundle. My gem transaction history shows the purchase and 55 gems were deducted. The Patch Bundle included 1500 leaf coins, 1 joker, 1 set of 3 extra cards, and 1 power up that removes 3 cards. I never received anything that was in the Patch Bundle that I paid 55 gems for. I started the game with 354 coins, won 50 in a spin and 50 in the game for a total of 454. I wanted to spend 600 coins to purchase 5 extra cards. That is why I purchased the Patch Bundle. They took the 55 gems and never gave me anything that I paid for. I wanted to report it here but every time I tried the Answers HQ site didnt exist & I couldnt! Eventually asked a friend who told me to msg Pogo_Sconnie and I did on Aug 26. Have not received anything from him yet, not even a msg saying he'd received my message! So I'm not actually playing the game atm, just go in daily for the freebies; and take screenshots every time I do. Has any1 else had this happen? If you'd like a screenshot of my account where it shows I bought the Patch Bundle, now called Base Bundlle, on Aug 20th, I can do that.Game not loading
I haven't been able to get Niles to load in Pogo Slots in months and now I have two challenges that require it and I won't be able to get the badges without it. I need help in being able to load the game. I am really thinking about cancelling my subscription because there are a few games that I am not able to play.
