I am so frustrated t the moment. I love playing this game and platy it every day. Today it froze up completely when the Valentine's Day special bonus popped up, I had over an hour of free play as well and am so annoyed. Several times a day, I am encountering the following message "Error --separator line-- An unknown error has occurred, please try again." and money that I earned from a game of sudoku, offline rent collections, or rent when I click the Collection bag on the property card is being lost, i.e., it is not being added to my current money total. Losing 200,000+ rent amounts and 1-2M+ sudoku game earnings is getting really frustrating. It is not a problem with computer resources on my end, as Monopoly Sudoku is very CPU, GPU and Memory intensive. I am using a 7 month old Windows 10 Pro PC with 32 GB of RAM, an 8GB top of the line GPU, the fastest speed available at the time of purchase hex core (12 logical processors) CPU and a 1TB Solid State Drive. I am also using a wired connection to my Gigabit Internet service, and Google Chrome is up-to-date. Have been seeing reports within the forums (members helping members forums) regarding previously opened day not remaining unlocked. I was personally able to verify this on another 3 other accounts (none being this Mod_Kalan account, as I don't enter sudoku often here) I have access to. The previous day (April 22) WAS opened, but today was locked upon entering today, April 23.. This was also reported as happening on April 20 as well. Several players have been having this issue for several hours. We are getting the error message, "unable to authenticate." I've chatted with EA but they said to post here. This walk-through is to help with any of Pogo's wide array of HTML5 / HD games, particularly with the following issues: Is your game failing to load? Is your game lagging or moving slowly? Are there graphical issues in the game? Check the System Recommendations As with every piece of software, there are some minimum recommendations in order to run Pogo games. HTML5 games on Pogo, being a newer technology, has requirements that differ from the older Java and Flash programming. If you are having difficulty loading games or experience slow-down, please check your system's stats to Pogo's recommendations. When checking your system, make sure to check your Operating System, Browser version, and RAM as they can all affect how a game loads or plays. If you are not sure how to check your system RAM, please try the following: Windows 10 Click on the Start icon (or tap the Windows key on your keyboard) Type 'RAM' Select View RAM Info Check the value in Device specifications > Installed RAM MacOS / MacOS X Click the Apple menu Select About This Mac Check the value after Memory Close and Reopen Your Browser If you are having issues with HTML5 games freezing or not loading, close your browser and open it up again and only go to pogo.com. Do not use any other tabs and then try loading the game that way. HTML 5 can take a larger amount of memory to run so please try to load only Pogo and make sure all other programs are closed. Restarting your computer may help with this. Clear your Browser Cache If old data is hanging around and causing issues, clearing your browser cache can help pull the new data for the game again. Note: it can take a bit longer to pull the data after clearing your cache, but once it does, it should be swift. Try Another Browser as a Test To make sure that it is not a browser issue by itself, using another browser can help pinpoint any trouble issues. Please give another one a try to see if things run better for you. Games not loading. Just a black screen. I use chrome. run windows 10 64 bit and my computer is up to date. Cleared cache, cleared cookies etc. Ran cc cleaner, shut down computer. restarted, logged into pogo again and still the same problem. Many others are complaining about this. Have you given up on Garden Blast? I have a long list of problems in that game. I notice you have never given it as any challenge, which is a very good idea as it has so many issues. A brief list follows. 1: Game will hang up in mid play, usually after a major match. 2: Game will not load, sometimes. A reload of same page then works. 3: Often times even though the in game star monitor shows 3 stars at the end of play it only awards 2 stars at end. 4: Most irritating, the supposed "random" level for play selector is not at all random! More than twenty percent of levels selected are levels that divide by ten, which are the harder "challenge: rounds. The last 127 levels I was presented with had 33 levels the were multiples of ten! Issues are: 1) The audio indicates the game screen has loaded but the video still shows the calendar, 2) you select a number and then click on a tile and nothing happens, 3) the calendar image stays superimposed over the game image and you cannot play, 4) the game freezes during midplay, and on, and on and on.
