Merge Academy Crate of Apples Still Not Working
I have tried posting on all the forums. Is there any email address or someone we can contact about technical support? This is crazy that a paid subscription has Zero Tech Support. My crate of apples will not spawn any fruit. I have tried different browsers and different devices. I have done everything I can on my end. Someone from Pogo needs to check from their end. 3 of the 4 orders I need to complete require some form of apples. I'm almost at a standstill in the game.
SOLITAIRE HOME STORY GAME RESET AND HALLOWEEN SEASON LOST!!!
On October 20, 2025 somewhere between 0715 MST and 0739 MST after I had played the usual eight (8) lives allowed when a SEASON is purchased, the game reset to LEVEL ONE!!! I finished playing one of the coin levels at 0715 MST and returned at 0739 MST to see if I could win that level. I was dismayed and very upset that the entire SOLITAIRE HOME STORY game had completely reset back to the beginning. I reported this on the members game forum on October 20, 2025 at 0751 MST. Whatever level I was at? (2243+) --- (that is my last recollection of a level from the pop up menu under the tablet icon). I am including screen shots of the current page and the pop up progress menu. I am hugely past LEVEL 102 and well into Chapter Four of the home renovations. For example, the cliff had collapsed and Peggy had fallen in the water and was rescued by a stranger. That should tell you where I was at in game play. Certainly not LEVEL 102!!! This is clearly an in-game glitch. Fortunately, the hard won MAPLE COINS, boosters and power-ups have NOT been lost but my game progress has. ALSO, the WELCOME SEASON restarted as I continued game play in the hope SOLITAIRE HOME STORY would reset quickly. Forty eight hours and counting later, the game has not returned to the level I was at. EA GAME chat was no help and I have also reported this under the EA HELP Forum as a reply to someone else who had also lost game progress. That person was at LEVEL 842 (I think) when the game reset to the beginning for that player. If I have to start at the very beginning, I WANT MY 150 GEMS BACK I SPENT TO PURCHASE THE HALLOWEEN SEASON!!!!
GARDEN BLAST FIZZLE
I have played over 100+ games on Garden Blast I'm on level 250 and get to needing only 2 more items cleared and have used option to use coins and power ups to get them with several turns left, and hit the button my pc to win game and it deletes coins and power ups and no advancements to next level? Not right, we buy power ups with earned coins and GEMS. ANGELRHONDA25
Lucky Cat Bingo Won't Load
Lucky Cat Bingo cards won't load in my account. I have attempted on different devices and it just buffers. My mother is able to play on her account on the same multiple devices. Not sure why I am locked out of playing. Please explain if possible or just fix the issue. ThanksCard Scramble: Viola's Diner 2-54
For three days now, I have not been able to progress past 2-54. I meet all three goals, but it doesn't do anything of give me the win. I play until I run out of cards, and it then makes me give up. Since there is multiple badges associated with this game right now, this is starting to make me very angry.Solitaire Home Story Lost Progress
I was up to level 652 completing all the renovations. But yesterday when I went to play, all the renovations and decor has went back to original look; Halloween theme still there though. It still shows I completed the first area but yet looks back to the beginning. The next area shows no progress but was was completed up to adding the sauna wall. The levels I finished yesterday and today was about 15 and those changes are appearing but it is definitely getting on my nerves. In addition, the chores are not working now because the progress is all gone. The only chore it is giving is checking the mail. Is there a way to fix this EA???Wheel of fortune loss of wedges and infinite lifes
The game have stolen all of my accumulated wedges, including the ones that I won today for the tournament placing first, and I can't find any of my infinite life power-ups that I have have also accumulated. I had quite a few wedges saved up. Thank you.card scramble
I am having a problem with card scramble. It has not worked since it 1st came out. i played it till it said goodbye to joey and was suppose to move on to the 1st chapter but it wont let me. I have contacted EA through chat at least 1 times and they cannot fix it. they keep telling me to go through a series of steps but it doesnt work. I have tried playing the game on firefox, chrome, microsoft edge and even on my android phone. it will not let me play. it saying i need more stars (i have none and need 1) but it wont let me play to get a star. this has been going on since june 24th since the game 1st came out and its not being addressed. I am not able to compete in challenges because of this.HELPWord Whomp won't load! it freezes at 44 % and its on all my devices.
