Unfair play in canasta
I have been playing canasta since 2002, since EA took pogo over I cant get pass beginner stage. I pay for my subscription every year. It does matter what rating I play the game freezes when Im winning, the other player leaves and Bot takes over and wins. The Bot should not win when a player leaves.
Mage Acadamy Not Giving Coins
I think there may be a bug or technical issue with Mage Acadamy. I purchased 100 coins (for 40 gems) and while the gem transaction report shows the use of the gems the game does not reflect the added coins. Anyone who wants to purchase coins right now should wait for a bit till whatever is causing this to be fixed.
snowbird solitaire not crediting wins
I'm playing snowbird solitaire and have won 5 games that it did not add to completed games. I've logged out and back in and got a win credited and then the next game did not credit. This is the last day for Spinner and I need to have these wins count. Please fix asap.
Gems
I should have at the least 5,000 pogis by now. I just won 900 just in the spins after playing poppit pingo. This does not include all the other games I should have received gems for. When I check ( my cases) it shows it is closed, well are you even working on this issue because I am seriously tired of the run around
Content Disappeared While Playing Mahjong Sanctuary
I was playing Mahjong Sanctuary this morning and during my game I looked up to see how many feathers I had and saw that I had 113. I continued playing and at one point I decided to use a boost to help me play the game and looked up to find that 78 feathers disappeared and I did not use them! They just vanished! I earned those feathers and want them back! How can I get them back? I added a screenshot to show you what level I was on when this happened at also to show you that even after signing out and back in several times it did not fix itself. Please help!
