Mahjong Gardens
The game will sometimes let me click on two tiles but it won't match them. Just freezes the space. It can happen any time during the start or several tiles into it. I generally have to restart each game at least 5 times before it will work properly. Very fruststrating. Anyone else having this problem?Canasta
Many games on pogo are provided free however few require a paid club membership to play these certain few games. One of these loved games by many is Canasta. This game is very broken in many ways right now and should be given urgent attention. There are many bugs and the point system is impossible. Rates should start at beginner 1500 not 1000. Ratings of the games and stats do not match the game play itself. A color dot update and a yes/no button for joining would be nice. There are those who play the game and rate means nothing to them. There are others who like to build their rating system. Please help us many paid members who love this game to fix these issues. Thank you a paid club member for over 20 years.Sluggish game play
For a long time now, the games Bejeweled Stars, Mahjong Sanctuary, Jet Set Solitaire and Sweet Tooth Town have been extremely sluggish. Seldom play them as it is very frustrating. Have been a POGO member for some time now and feel I should be able to play and enjoy all games. Would appreciate some input as to why I'm having this problem.Solitaire Home Story
I recently came back to pogo, so went to carry on with Solitaire Home Story. I tried to complete the objective (fix the floor----5) 7 in credit... so lets go...right? Wrong. click it.....nothing. so i think ah.. .maybe because that is in area 2 and im in area 1? so it wont enter area 2. what is going on? Anyone who can help?Merge Academy not crediting progress
I also have had problems when playing Merge Academy and there was a daily badge to win by earning 20 crystals and then the Jam Packed challenge to earn 200 crystals to win badge. I played and earned 90 crystals by serving a customer 3 items and did not get any credit. And I am also not getting energy credits. EA customer service had no answers sending me here to complain like everyone else hoping that there will somehow be a resolution. Frustrating for sureUnfair play in Canasta
I have complained about this issue in canasta for months. I have been playing since 2002 and since EA took over I cannot get past beginner stage. I pay my dues every year I buy gems. You fix the issue for a day or so then the game goes back to players stalling if they are losing, or leave a bot takes over and wins. They only seems to be certain players who get ahead. Come on fix the problem.
Can't buy Gems on Pogo
Have chatted with EA about this and losing over $30 buying gems & not getting them ( this part is over 6 months now & they keep saying there tool is not working & "lets see if anyone has the same problem so wait ). Now for past 4 months I have not been able to buy Gems as I click on buy but it says "Click to Home page" This what the page looks like Please Try Again Your order could not be completed. Please try again later. Try AgainGo To Homepage 4 months & they keep closing my caseing Not Solved or something like that. Almost impossible to get live chat now so I come to the forum as I know I can get help on this thank you EricSolitaire Home Story
For several weeks now I don't receive the minutes I win. They never appear when I win them on the jackpot spin and many times when you claim a prize the minutes don't show up either. Can you fix it? I love it when I get free minutes and I am so disappointed when they don't manifest. Thanks
Solitaire Home Story glitch
This might be a minor glitch and it does not seem to effect the game play but it would be nice if it were fixed. Most every time some holiday like game event happens it does mess up the scenery after the event ends. After the Christmas event, one of the plants in the dining area has vanished. At the time of the xmas event, a Christmas tree replaced where the plant was and when the event was over, the plant no longer is visible. I can still use the water that plant chore but it is watering nothing. I have noticed that those in game events mess something up and it takes a couple logins before the game play is able to happen. Now I don't know if the game requires more memory for the events to be a success but what I do know is whomever is altering the game for said event, isn't trouble shooting enough before it is available.Merge Academy Energy is not increasing
For 3 days now energy has not been increasing UNLESS I am on the merge board and then I still have to attempt to merge an item before it will begin to accumulate. The moment I try the first merge after logging in, I am told I have no energy and the time starts ticking to start building up the energy. Leaving the game and try to go back, it recycles to the beginning all over again, no energy. This is very frustrating and other Pogo players are experiencing the same issue. There are some players that have said they suspect that they are RECEIVING our energies because they are getting hundreds of energy. This seems to be a reoccurring thing with that game. Whomever is behind the making of that game did not doing a very good job. Especially when some new event happens. FIX THIS CONTINUOUS GLITCH POGO AND EA SPORTS. YOU ARE UPSETTING MANY OF US LOYAL FANS WITH YOUR LACK OF ATTENTION.Merge Academy - Picnic challenge
I just finished the Picnic challenge (the special one where you get the picnic basket at the end) and having had the same trouble losing energy and coins after the first challenge, I put the energy into storage until I used up the energy I have and then redeemed the pink gems and coins into my account. After I clicked “save and exit” they were gone. Will they come back? I think I got 30-40 coins and two sets of the pink gems and they are all gone. Thank you!
