Merge crystals
I have played each day and earn one or two crystals. They increase my crystal count but the high teas jam doesn't log them. So far it shows that I am still at zero. I've been playing Tumble Bees every day for the past year or so and it usually goes to the bonus round about every 3 - 5 games. However since this challenge started I've probably played about 50 or more games and haven't had any bonus rounds. Hello, I recently became a member as of the 5th of this month (march) I had a email stating the membership is active and I received the free gems for joining. My problem now is when i go to purchase gems I get a message saying " This Creditcard number is already saved and i cannot proceed to purchase the gems. This is the second time I had a problem with using gems to get game coins the gems were deducted from my account, but I never received the game coins. I can not find any technical support to help resolve this issue. Contacted EA support but they claim it’s a POGO issue. My wife, Mtov3 has been logged out of her Pogo account by Pogo! & cannot log back in when trying to recover her password it links to an old e-mail account she no longer has access to so is unable to receive the code to change the password. On February 17th I had to update all my screen names and passwords due to a hacking issue. After doing this I lost over 2700 badges, my recently acquired gems because of my November 2024 renewal, all my messages and friends list. I chatted with someone from pogo on the 18th of February and was left with "IT CAN'T BE RESTORED" I'm giving this problem another shot because I have a very hard time wrapping my mind around this. Is there anyone who might know more about this type of problem? Lucky Cat Bingo - End of Event
Hello all. The Lucky Cat Bingo event concluded this morning, and as I came in third place for the event, it told me that I had earned the red cat. However, I cannot find any place where I can add this cat to either available room despite having plenty of space. I'm wondering if it is because I'm a free member, but it still told me that I earned the cat...it's just not showing up now or allowing me to place it. There was also no disclaimer that said the cats were only for certain levels of XP/etc. I was wondering if anyone else had this experience or if one of the mods in contact with Pogo could be of assistance. It doesn't matter too much to me, but since I did earn it & it told me so, I would like the cat lol.
