Solitaire Home Story Frozen on Valentines
I am so frustrated t the moment. I love playing this game and platy it every day. Today it froze up completely when the Valentine's Day special bonus popped up, I had over an hour of free play as well and am so annoyed. Word Whomp is Sluggish
There is a lag between selecting or typing a letter and it appearing on the board. I've cleared my cache multiple times and have been experiencing this issue for about the past 3 days. I am partially wondering if this is the right place to post since it is unclear where to go for issues like this, but I recently purchased a bundle in Solitaire Home Story and despite the gems being deducted from my total, the game said the transaction errored and was cancelled or unable to be completed-meanwhile like I said, the gems were deducted and no items, is there anything to be done?..Solved146Views0likes2Comments
Shutting down
I am having some major issues with my Pogo program. Over the past week, every time I get to play a game I just get started and my games are like rebooting on their own. The screen automatically leaves while I'm playing and it's off. I have to go into my app again and open it. It is always doing it this week and it is starting to bother me. You can see I love the games because I've been a member for so long. I don't know if these are connected or not but, I'm not getting credit for some of my games. I don't want to start playing around with it on my own. I desperately need your help to fix this. BTW it is only Pogo that this is happening to. My laptop is working great other than this program. Disappearing pogo stars {points or Gems}
I have been playing the gingerbread puzzle. Accumelated a large amount of pogo points {or stars}. The gingerbread puzzle is still ongoing but the Align with the Star has restarted Jan. 6. Suddenly , all my points have disappeared and reset to 0 instead of being applied to the new Align with the stars. I have earned all those stars by playing many, many games and want them returned and applied towards the new Align with the Stars. Why were they cancelled when they were honestly earned. Pogo Games - Challenges not activating
On the recent free event, when I activate the following games ... Monopoply Sudoku, Pogo Slots and Bejeweled Stars... I activate the game, use the arrow button to play the game, then go back to look for a win to be recorded and all of the games have the blue button as if they have never been activated. I tried it several times with each ot the games. And yes, I did all the maintenance in your standard reply to any report we make. All my other games are working just fine. This is the free event offered the first week of 2025.
