Solitare Home Story...what is going on?
For the past 3 days, every time I try to log onto SHS, I am met with a black screen....no audio, no nothing. Wondering if anyone else is having this same issue. I am using a Win 11 HP laptop Using the Microsoft Edge program to get into my POGO account.... Any help would be appreciated. Thanx...
Merge Academy and Solitaire Home Story Pay to play
You guys have made the challenges unattainable without power ups, not cool. I am on level 1426 on SHS played for 3 days it is impossible to play without power ups. Merge on ch3 lvl 4. This game is no longer fun. You need to figure out a way to let us buy power ups with game points which are no longer applicable because you want us to buy gems. I am very unhappy and have been a player since 2005. Your focus should be on players not your revenue. Surveys are pointless, you dont change things. Chat is censoring ty yes no but you can say s word and f word, makes no sense. fix this!!! I am not renewing.Solitaire Home Story: Jokers being removed
When I get indefinite joker rewards, then also meet the requirements for Oscar's Treats on the second win one of the jokers gets removed instead of giving me 4 jokers, I'm still left with three. It only works on Oscar's Treats the first win. I have lost several jokers because of this error, thus lost games.Glitch during badge purchase
Bought the badge “Kim the Star” in Canasta. There was a glitch after I hit the button to pay for it & said “try again later”. However, I noticed that my gems had decreased so I checked my gem transactions in my account profile and the glitch allowed them to take the gems (of course), but it didn’t allow me to activate the badge. I have paid for it, but now can’t play it. Tried to report it on the EA help page, but there was not a way to do it there. Any ideas? (YES, I KNOW THIS IS A MEMBERS FORUM and no one here can wave a wand for me. Just thought someone else may have had this issue & can tell me how they solved it.)Canasta
I LOVE playing Canasta and I play descent but I noticed, even when I win, I lose points. A person I'm playing quits before the end of game because she is losing, and a bot comes on and I continue till I win and I lost points. Does that compute to you? I have gotten VERY frustrated with this particular game perimeters because the other person ALWAYS gets a canasta first or second play and my hand has maybe one or two of the three-of-a kind... The computer is definitely siding with my opponent consistently and I play every day. Can something be done with this? My frustration level is that I'm wanting to quit pogo because of it. about 3 days ago. I was playing until I reached 1000 shells so I could but the 21 types of fish for my tanks. I purchased the one, it was fine, then I purchased the other fish for 500 shells and it took the shells, but did not place the fish in the tank and then as if it froze, I could not play anymore
Solitaire Home story Error
Home story has been down for a week for me. I have tried everything on my end to remedy the issue. If you look at my badge challenge I got almost half way so it was working. I have also tried to play it not as a club member and the game works so it can’t be my IPad it has to be a game glitch. I hope it can be fixed soon before my badge challenges is over. Thank You
