Solitaire Home Story Screen - Locking with Dark Tint
The screen goes dark at the end of each game and locks. The game will not progress. The only way to play is to refresh the screen. I lost power ups due to all of the restarts. It would be nice if Pogo (EA) fixed the glitches that prohibit us from playing some of these games (Pogo Slots, Mahjong Sanctuary to name 2). As club Pogo members, we are paying Pogo (EA) to have special privileges and we expect the games to be fully functional when we try to play them. I understand things will get glitches, but come on, Mahjong Sanctuary has been stuck on the stupid detective screen on level 12 for over 2 weeks now and the Pogo Slots Niles Purramid won't even load after the welcome screen. This is ridiculous and I have lost out on badges I was working on when the glitches happened, so I couldn't finish them after wasting my time playing the badges for nothing. I have an idea, how about getting your heads out of the sand and just fix the problems (or hire some programmers that actually care and know what they are doing) that many members have been complaining about before you start losing your paying members!Merge Academy disappearing item generator after Pogo wide update
Can this be fixed? When I logged into play Merge Academy this morning after Pogo came back online after the overnight Pogo platform update, it is missing an item generator. Before the update, I had (and for several months had) 2 Adult Oaks & 1 Elder Oak generators. After logging in the morning, there is only 1 Adult Oak & 1 Elder Oak. The 2 Adult Oaks did NOT merge to create a second Elder Oak and the missing Adult Oak is nowhere on my board or in storage. I have tried Chrome & Edge. Restarted device, logged in and out of Club Pogo, but still have a missing Adult Oak generator. It is frustrating as a player/consumer to have something go wrong somewhere on Pogo with what seems like every platform or game update or new release,Monopoly Sudoku: Error when Purchasing Upgrades - Code: PCE-7 - May 2026
Good afternoon, I have one last property to upgrade to move on to the next city. I currently have (for the third time today) $365,458,200 and need $364,500,0000 to upgrade the last property. When I click on the Upgrade button, I keep getting an error that says - An Unknown error has occurred, please try again. Error Code: PCE-7. When I try again, my money total has decreased and I have to play several more games to get it back up to the Upgrade amount. I have done this 4 times today and can't get the last property to move onto the next city. What's going on?
Solitaire Home Story - Stuck on Give Kate a Tour
For months now my progress is Solitaire Home Story has totally stopped because I'm stuck on the level "Give Kate a Tour." I've seen other threads on this, and the only official response is that it must be an issue with the device or browser not being up to date. I have confirmed that every device and browser I've tried is up to date, and it still does not work. Pogo username: nikkichicki8 Device Type (PC. Laptop, Phone, Tablet): I've tried on laptop and Google Pixel 9 phone OS version (Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS): laptop - Windows 11; Google Pixel phone - Android 16 Browsers Tested (Microsoft Edge, Google. Firefox, Safari): Chrome (on phone and laptop) and Firefox (on laptop) Current Browser Version Number: Chrome Version 148.0.7778.168 (laptop) & 148.0.7778.167 (Google Pixel phone) As you can see in the screenshot, there is no action available next to the story tab - no stars progress or ability to complete the task. There's no way to advance, and the screen totally freezes up. I have to back out of the game and reload to continue. The "x" in the top corner of the pop out doesn't work. This only happens if I'm in the story tab. If I'm in the daily task, chores, etc tabs, it's fine and does not freeze. I've cleared my cache. I've attempted multiple browsers and devices. I've tried incognito mode. EVERYTHING is up to date on every device I've tried. Please help. This is super frustrating and takes all of the enjoyment out of the game. It's clear both from this forum and other google search results that this is a fairly common issues on this particular level.
Farm Merge Valley Badges
Hi! (I LOVE this game! THANK YOU for making and supporting it!!!) Within the game, when I click on the Challenges button (the icon of the "B" on the shield) on the right-side panel, it shows that zero Challenges exist and zero have been completed. But I've completed all available Challenges for this game so far (totally obsessed and totally bragging). I'm attaching screenshots of the zero-Challenge screen as well as my completed braggy-Badges. Hi -- I was startng to play Clair Hart secret in the Shadows -- I have 100% completed that game or so I thought. I looked on my profile/collections to see game badges. I saw I was missing 3 -- Case # 37 -- Chapter 2, 3, & 4 -- well I looked @ Chapter #37 -- it's only 1 chapter entiltled Birthday Party. Where are these 3 chapters located ?? Mis print to another Case ??? Any ideas ??? TY 4 any/all help I receive.merge, farm merge and monopoly sudoku
I have been a member of Pogo for 20+ years and have never had a problem like this before. Merge, farm merge and monopoly sudoku have not/will not load for the past couple weeks and it is becoming very discouraging to me since I have been a member for so long. I have gone out of pocket to add more ram to my computer to try and solve this problem per your problem-solving page and have even updated edge and still nothing. Could you please address this problem quickly as I am an impatient 75 year old women.
Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can giveIf you leave you'll lose your current progress.
Every game I play says this when I leave the game. When I exit the game and go back in, it goes back to before I played and I lose all my gains. For example, Farmers Merge Valley will reset to yesterday's progress and wont keep any of my current progress. Its happening with multiple games.
