HOW TO FIX!
So like everyone here I’ve also been having problems with my sims city being off center. Every time I try and click on something it clicks on something else.. WELL I was trying to figure out how to collect my daily things specifically the daily chest in store area and I couldn’t click the collect button so I just started spam tapping and it made me watch an add for 7 cash (the option next to the daily chest) so I let the video play and when it was done my game was back to NORMAL! Idk if that’s the reason it got fixed but it was off center before the ad and the second it was finished my game was working perfectly again. Hi there, Ive been getting mixed answers to my question online so I thought coming on here would probably be the smartest move at this point. I recently unlocked my first region (frosty fjords) and my residential zones weren’t asking for utilities and not changing demand in my capital yet changing demand in my region (but here’s the kicker, my zones weren’t asking for it and I was able to upgrade etc. and happiness was at 100% in my region) which brought me into looking at this originally but now after having the region for a couple of days all of a sudden they’re asking for utilities (more specifically water, but just water not any other utility). So my question is… do all regions and capital city share the same utilities and I just need to increase my water supply in my capital or does each region require its own utility network? Hello, I need help with a SimCity BuildIt cloud synchronization issue.My current and up-to-date city is still fully accessible and playable on my old Android phone. Player ID: [Removed by CM, please keep this private. EA_Claus] When I install SimCity BuildIt on my new Android phone and sign in, the game offers me a saved city that is approximately six months old.The same outdated version is offered when I try Google Play. My current city on the old phone contains about six months of additional progress, and I do not want to overwrite it with the older cloud save. EA Support advised me to post this issue here so that a Community Manager can review it. Could you please help me synchronize the current local city from my old phone to the cloud/server, so that I can restore the latest version on my new phone? I have not uninstalled the game, cleared its data, signed out, or restored the old cloud save on my old phone. Please do not advise me to reinstall or clear data on the old phone, because that device currently contains the only up-to-date version of my city. I have been demolishing homes in order to build the Greek Cycladic homes, which are supposed to produce seasonal coins. So far not a single one has produced coins for me, which is annoying and halting my progress considering the prices for buying seasonal buildings are much higher than usual. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I wanted to bring to your attention a bug. I waited awhile to see if it would be resolved, but it hasn't been so I am reporting it now. Most nights the promotion check in the selling area disappears whether you paid for or not. Sometimes it is just 1 or a few items and then sometimes it is all items. Thank you! Has anyone else had issues submitting the Design Challenge? I'm incredibly frustrated because a bug completely ruined my submission. I finished my design yesterday with 100% service coverage, and everything worked perfectly. But today, roughly 30 minutes before the closing time, I found all services flagged in the red. The submission button had reverted to Review, and when I tried to resolve the issue nothing would work until the time ran out, and I couldn't submit it. I'm so frustrated that all the time I spent on the layout completely went to waste. Hi Mayors, Is anyone else having a problem with the Epic project building not resetting, failed to reach bronze, normally you can reset after 24hrs and start again.
