Club wars pop up bug
I was a member of one club begining the game and they kicked me off. Now i am a member of a new party but game pushes me to collect presents of war my previous party. And i can't get out of this pop up and can't see my new party achievements. And the big promlem is i can't get out of club wars screen and i can't play the game unfortunately.SimCity BuildIt Rip-OFF
This game has become a money grab now more than ever. After years of selling MAG tickets for 15-16-17-18-19-20-22-24-26-28-30 ... Suddenly EA Games changes the rules and Mag tickets are much more expensive 15-20-25-35-50 Do not go shopping until EA Games comes to their senses. Also beware rewards that are usually free but later charge. They are trying to trick you into clicks that spend your SimCash! Horrible this is dispicable they do not care about custormers anymore they just keep coming up with ways to rob you and go after your money. BEWARE. Watch carefully every transaction you may not get what you think you are getting. I am so disappointed - no need to spend any money on this game because the currency you buy today will be nearly worthless tomorrow. Boycott all purchases!
Everything went black
Hi all. im not really looking for a discussion but i want my problem to be fixed. I have simcity buildit for a couple of years now and since a few months my game goed black every time i try to build something. I deleted the app and that doesn't work! I paid a **bleep** of money for nice buildings and luxury things 8n the game and now i can't even play it.... please help, with kind regards MarcSounds (music and other) both turned off but still getting sounds
I don't know how long this has been going on since I usually keep my phone sound (Android) turned all the way down, but I've just noticed that I am getting sounds from buildit even though I have all sounds turned off in settings. Are ads now able to override the sound settings? If so, this needs to be fixed, I do NOT want ANY sound coming from buildit. Anyone else notice this issue?Keep lvl. 1-5 buildings
Hi everyone, is there a way to keep buildings at any lvl. from 1 to 5 without the annoying upgrade message popping up? I want to build a city with variety of buildings not just luxurious lvl. 6 which all look the same. Second, can EA please give us railway bridges permanently? I think it’s such a necessary item to build a city with rivers and railways. I have a river with a railroad going across it, so i basically have a gap in the river with the railroad being on the ground which looks awful, but there is no other way.Game-breaking service bug after update
I want to document a serious, update-induced bug in SimCity BuildIt that has affected my city and, judging by recent threads, many other players as well. What happened Immediately after a recent update, my city developed persistent service errors: Buildings showed red lightning / repair / service icons despite large overcapacity City view and edit view were often inconsistent Service problems followed buildings when moved New buildings sometimes worked, old ones stayed broken Repair / service states became “stuck” and never resolved naturally This was not caused by roads, coverage, or insufficient capacity. All core services (Power, Water, Sewage, Garbage, Fire, Police, Health) were clearly sufficient. EA Support experience (7 attempts) I contacted EA Support seven times. Every response was generic They repeatedly sent irrelevant guides (freezing, reinstalling, clearing cache) They never escalated to a technician They completely ignored the fact that this was a data corruption / state bug One case was even closed without resolution Support simply does not understand this issue and refuses to treat it as technical. The actual technical problem (important) This is not a coverage issue. It is service-state corruption at building level, introduced by the update: Global service systems are fine Individual buildings have corrupted service flags These flags do not reset automatically Normal gameplay cannot fix it What EA needs to do to fix affected cities For existing cities, the only real fix is: A server-side reset of building service states / flags (or a forced full service reinitialization per city) Anything else is just deflection. What finally worked (player-side nuclear option) With help from ChatGPT, I did what support never suggested: Moved factories and shops out of the city Deleted all roads Deleted all services Deleted all residential buildings I could Left only unsellable buildings (Omega / Epic / task-related) Closed the app and waited Rebuilt the city from zero, extremely slowly: One service at a time One house at a time Long pauses between actions After this total teardown and controlled rebuild, the city is finally stabilizing again. New buildings behave normally, services are consistent, and the city appears “saved”. This should never be required in a live-service game. Conclusion This bug is real It is widespread EA Support is not equipped to handle it Players are being forced to destroy their cities to recover EA needs to: Acknowledge this as an update regression Escalate cases to actual technicians Provide a server-side fix for affected cities Until then, players are on their own. If you’re experiencing similar behavior, you are not doing anything wrong.Long ads in design challenges.
For the past month or so I have noticed ads that are about 2 minutes long in the game. The problem is, when in the design challenge and you want to change the items necessary to upgrade your home, the ad is so long that it will kick you out of the design Challenge and you come back and you're in your city again. And when you go back into the design challenge nothing has changed. I have contacted customer service five times about this in the last week. Now every single time I try to do this in the design challenge it's one of those long ads. It's to the point that I'm ready to uninstall the game because the design challenge is my main enjoyment from this game. No one in customer service cares , they're not going to change anything, they just want you to spend simoleons or whatever instead.

The current load time to start the game and move between cities is horrendous. Game regularly crashes or just doesn’t do anything and I have to force quit and restart and then restart my device. Current enjoyment level 0 out of 10. Stop messing this thing up already and just make it playable.Temu ad please fix.
The Temu ad in the game is not functioning correctly. When the ad appears, it forces me to the Google Play Store and will not allow me to close it or return to the game. It just bounces between the ad and the play store. Because of this, it’s hit or miss whether I actually receive the reward for watching the ad. This is happening repeatedly and is very frustrating. I don't even want to click on the ad anymore.Please fix this ad or remove it from my rotation.Constant power shortage, what should I do?
Hi! I keep having issues where buildings say they are getting no power or no water and that I need to fix this issue. I keep buying new power plants and new water plants and it’s not doing anything. I double checked and all my power/ water plants are connected to all the houses. It also says that my capacity for both beats the demand! So i’m not sure why i’m having this issue. What should I do? The happiness rating keeps going down and sims keep moving out. I attached one screenshot showing the capacity being greater than the demand and one of my city. Please help!
