Sounds (music and other) both turned off but still getting sounds
I don't know how long this has been going on since I usually keep my phone sound (Android) turned all the way down, but I've just noticed that I am getting sounds from buildit even though I have all sounds turned off in settings. Are ads now able to override the sound settings? If so, this needs to be fixed, I do NOT want ANY sound coming from buildit. Anyone else notice this issue?Keep lvl. 1-5 buildings
Hi everyone, is there a way to keep buildings at any lvl. from 1 to 5 without the annoying upgrade message popping up? I want to build a city with variety of buildings not just luxurious lvl. 6 which all look the same. Second, can EA please give us railway bridges permanently? I think it’s such a necessary item to build a city with rivers and railways. I have a river with a railroad going across it, so i basically have a gap in the river with the railroad being on the ground which looks awful, but there is no other way.Long ads in design challenges.
For the past month or so I have noticed ads that are about 2 minutes long in the game. The problem is, when in the design challenge and you want to change the items necessary to upgrade your home, the ad is so long that it will kick you out of the design Challenge and you come back and you're in your city again. And when you go back into the design challenge nothing has changed. I have contacted customer service five times about this in the last week. Now every single time I try to do this in the design challenge it's one of those long ads. It's to the point that I'm ready to uninstall the game because the design challenge is my main enjoyment from this game. No one in customer service cares , they're not going to change anything, they just want you to spend simoleons or whatever instead.

The current load time to start the game and move between cities is horrendous. Game regularly crashes or just doesn’t do anything and I have to force quit and restart and then restart my device. Current enjoyment level 0 out of 10. Stop messing this thing up already and just make it playable.Constant power shortage, what should I do?
Hi! I keep having issues where buildings say they are getting no power or no water and that I need to fix this issue. I keep buying new power plants and new water plants and it’s not doing anything. I double checked and all my power/ water plants are connected to all the houses. It also says that my capacity for both beats the demand! So i’m not sure why i’m having this issue. What should I do? The happiness rating keeps going down and sims keep moving out. I attached one screenshot showing the capacity being greater than the demand and one of my city. Please help!

Hi, I need help regarding a mayor contest mission.... The mission was about earning 11k simoleons and I did it even more... But the bug still remains I already tried asking by using "message us" but I don't see any notification Before that I sold 5 japanese tree And even after a while 5 french items and 7k simoleons taxRegions Population Calculation Error
I am playing SimCity Buildit on iPhone 17 - latest iOS. The game is not calculating my regions population correctly. I have 5 regions and well over 4 million population. But it is reporting a blue 2.5 million. Anyway me else have this issue or am I misunderstanding how regions population works?Thanks for the generosity - Anniversary Collection
Hi EA developers, or whoever actually reads these things. I wanted to point out how.. NOT GENEROUS the rewards for having the first anniversary collection in the city album complete. To break down the costs of the buildings in event someone was actual wanting to purchase the individual buildings Mercado market - $14.99 London Bookshop - $11.99 Tokyo cathedral - $9.99 Lucky stars cadino - $4.99 So if you want to complete the album because you have none or some of the buildings, someone would pay upwards of $42 USD to complete the album for the reward ... of the landscape building of .. Old Watermill. Are you joking? How cheap can the developer team get? Let me highlight out to the developer team - nobody is very fond of you at the moment. Not only are you ruining the game with the updates NOBODY WANTS, but you are continuously proving how money hungry and cheap you are. Thanks for the generosity. I'm going to return the favor by continuing to not spend a dime on the game and not watch any ads. Keep on trying, the more you do, the less people want to play the game. I already completed the collection by way of having obtained all the buildings previously. However, I will not be claiming the rewards. I have enough useless landscaping buildings I do not use and I am in no rush to add your "generous" reward to my store of landscape buildings. The cost of the old water mill is 100 sim cash. If anyone wants the Old Watermill, do not buy the items in the Anniversary Collection unless you actually want too. Othewise, you can get 250 Sim cash for $4.99 and you can use that to purchase the Old Watermill. Don't spend upward of $42 for something that is not costly and quite honestly, ugly. If you haven't redeemed the reduced cost for 250 sim cash from the Mayor's Pass, then you will pay $1.99. Plenty of savings avoiding the gimmicks. To the developers - can you stop with these showcases? I am getting really tired of pop-ups every time I open the game.Major Service Bug After Latest Update to 1.72.0 at December 4, 2025
I’m experiencing a serious technical issue in SimCity BuildIt that started after the latest app update to 1.72.0 and I haven’t seen it discussed here yet. What’s happening: Water and Sewage show missing coverage and warning icons in the city overview despite large overcapacity. New buildings placed after the bug occurred have no service issues. When I move an affected building to another fully serviced area, the service problem moves with the building. This strongly suggests the problem is building-level service state corruption introduced by the update, not insufficient coverage, road issues, or upgrades. Affected buildings continue to show incorrect service requirements even when all service infrastructure is present and sufficient. I have reported this to EA Support and provided them with detailed technical information, but have not yet received a meaningful escalation or technician investigation. The issue has been ongoing for more than 10 days and has blocked normal gameplay.Kicked out of the club in the middle of the war.
This happened to me a few years ago as well. I was in a level 7 club. I was kicked out of the club then in the middle of the war. Wrote to customer service. They said they would look into it but there was no reply after that. Since then good clubs were not being shown. My designs were not getting even a single vote, clubs were not show even if I search them by their code. So I stopped playing. Started playing again after some years a few days ago Finally found a good active club, level 5. Had started my second war today. Again got kicked out of the club. La nueva actualización Serv2.0 es un desastre...los servicios así lo subas al máximo de su nivel...no llegan a cubrir lo que era antes...y no se pueden almacenar...cada vez más gente se va de este juego tanto asi que mi club no halla contrincante para las batallas...y estoy a punto de irme con estanueva actualización...todas mis ciudades están e rojo
