Major Service Bug - New Player Gameplay Hindered
I am reporting a critical bug that is halting my city's progression just a few days after starting. I am experiencing the "Major Service Bug": water and sewage icons show as missing despite having more than enough capacity. When I move an affected building, the problem moves with it. All my buildings were placed in the last three days and all are affected. As an experienced player starting a new city, this completely blocks my ability to grow and progress. I have attached two screenshots showing the service overcapacity and the persistent error icons on my buildings. I expect this issue to be fixed. If a core gameplay bug like this remains unresolved, I will request a refund for my in-game purchases or start a formal dispute of the credit card charges.

I can’t help but notice that Simcity Buildit has intentionally been destroyed by EA and the developers. How can so many glitches be introduced recently? Do they no longer test their updates before releasing them? Or do they want us to feel discouraged? Why has no one at EA advised mayors to stop playing the game until the “bugs” are fixed? Especially the mayors who are using up all their currencies just to try and stabilize their city services. Why has every aspect of the game been monetized and free rewards reduced? It is now pay to win. The only logical explanation is they want everyone to quit so it is less controversial than shutting off the game while it was at its peak.
Worst CoM season
this season is the worst for bonuses. This week cannot be accomplished without purchasing the 50,000+ snowflakes at the beginning of the week for $7.99. It takes like 100+ residential upgrades (25 Cozy Houses to full upgrade) to earn enough snowflakes to get anything beyond what you get in the weekly bonus and CoM bonuses, which is a huge resource drain. You can only earn 600-700 snowflakes to fully upgrade one cozy house. I’m 30,000 snowflakes short of Level 5 and still have to build Level 6, which I have no idea how many snowflakes that is. And the balue of the items is completely ridiculous. I tried building the seasonal items to earn snowflakes but what they give you for the effort is minuscule. 250 snowflakes for 2 sleighs? That take about 4-5 hours of item building for each one?? Then you have to wait another 1.5 hours to sell more??? That is crazy. I hope next month is better or I will have to start looking for a better game to spend my time and money on.
How do I get rid of stars
I just manufactured 108 stars to fulfill a CoM task, and now I can't do anything with them. They show on the material storage, but not at the trade depot. Net result- I've flooded my material storage with no way to get rid of them. Also I just started to build 3 "cozy homes" and can't find what shop is supposed to be making a sleigh, wreath, or present. Santa's Workshop is not open. What the heck have you guys done???? I'm running the latest version available at the App Store- 1.72.0.148655

Today I faced a problem when I just started to build a new city. Suddenly red power symbols, tap symbols started appearing even though the supply or the capacity was almost double the demand. It has reduced my city's population by 50 percent and the happiness index went from 100 to 55. Idk if it is a glitch or something else. I was a member of one club begining the game and they kicked me off. Now i am a member of a new party but game pushes me to collect presents of war my previous party. And i can't get out of this pop up and can't see my new party achievements. And the big promlem is i can't get out of club wars screen and i can't play the game unfortunately.Keep lvl. 1-5 buildings
Hi everyone, is there a way to keep buildings at any lvl. from 1 to 5 without the annoying upgrade message popping up? I want to build a city with variety of buildings not just luxurious lvl. 6 which all look the same. Second, can EA please give us railway bridges permanently? I think it’s such a necessary item to build a city with rivers and railways. I have a river with a railroad going across it, so i basically have a gap in the river with the railroad being on the ground which looks awful, but there is no other way.SimCity BuildIt Rip-OFF
This game has become a money grab now more than ever. After years of selling MAG tickets for 15-16-17-18-19-20-22-24-26-28-30 ... Suddenly EA Games changes the rules and Mag tickets are much more expensive 15-20-25-35-50 Do not go shopping until EA Games comes to their senses. Also beware rewards that are usually free but later charge. They are trying to trick you into clicks that spend your SimCash! Horrible this is dispicable they do not care about custormers anymore they just keep coming up with ways to rob you and go after your money. BEWARE. Watch carefully every transaction you may not get what you think you are getting. I am so disappointed - no need to spend any money on this game because the currency you buy today will be nearly worthless tomorrow. Boycott all purchases!
