Seriously, How do I contact EA via email?
I am having some issues with the game and none of the answers are here or on the battlefront forum. I have searched and I appear to be the only one with the bug yet i get no help. What is the email for ea? Taking to long to load up Xbox One error code 0x8027025a I have been getting this issue since yesterday trying to get in the Xbox One servers and Keeps sending me back to the main Menu again not letting me log in. I was able to get into the Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare didn't have any problems logging in to the game Did a hard reset still have the same issue. I did a Uninstall a game and then reinstall the game same issue. I did a clean Mac Address same issue. I did a Power & Startup setting to see if that will do a fix up same issue, and then a Disc & Blu-ray with the Clear Persistent Storage that didn't do anything. My network is fine no issues with that so. What could be the issue with the game not letting me log into the Servers or Connect to the servers I just got off with Xbox Live Customer Service they did everything they can do to help me with the fix. I reached the entrance of the tomb on Dathomir and meditated at the Meditation Point to begin Cal’s flashback to his Padawan Training but I’m stuck. Stuck on "Preparing Download" for an hour in Origin. Download queue is empty after many retries. I tried to download from the battlefront website originally when it said "Pre-download" earlier but then said "Download" when I checked a few minutes later and I cannot download it from earlier. Hey guys, A lot of you may have already wondered how to change your matchmaking region so today we came up withe the tutorial for you. 🙂 The option to manually select your Matchmaking Region was added as part of the January Update to Star Wars Battlefront. To locate this option please follow the steps outlined below. From the Start Menu select the Settings Then select the EA Account From the Matchmaking Region option use the left and right arrows to select the region required from the list below. Automatic (Default) Australia Asia Europe South America US East US West Simply click Back to save and use the newly selected region. [PS4]YOU MUST BE SIGNED IN TO YOUR EA ACCOUNT TO ACCESS ONLINE FEATURES
I am receiving "You must be signed in to your EA account to access online features" when attempting to connect. I've tried everything from using different PSN accounts, to using just my modem, to even tethering through my phone just to be sure it wasn't my network. This is through the Digital Deluxe version via PSN. As I had the game preloaded I jumped in right at launch and was hit with this error right away. I thought perhaps the servers are down as is usual with launches, but my friends were all able to get in successfully. I can see my PSN friends on the battlefront website as well as my PSN account. I've logged in on Origin and reconnected my PSN to Origin to cover that as well. I've verified I am running the latest version. The only clue I may have is that I am unable to view the TOS/Private statement in the Settings menu as it tells me to check my connection. Hi, Since Today I got an error message when I start Origin. It's states that: "Program IGOProxy64.exe stopped working". I clicked it away but I am unable to start FIFA 15 (states that luncher has stopped) or Dragon Age Inquisition (it try to start but nothing is happening). Mass Effect 3 started withoun any problem. I only got those 3 installed, now I re-installed Origin but the issue remains... Can anyone help? In addition I noticed that around the same time this error occured I as well received an error when starting Windows about Desktop Window Session Manager stopped working. Been constantly having this issue since the game launched. The game will crash every ~5-20 mins without fail. I cant solve it, anyone have any way to fix this as its incredibly frustrating and I'm seeing others have the same issue too. Here's the full error: directx function "DX11 Renderer::tryMap" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED ("The video card has been physically reomved from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred. "). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti ", Driver: 358991. This error is usually casued by the graphics driver crashing; try intsalling the latest drivers. Also, make sure you have a supported grpahics card with at least 2GB. Hello. My brother recently moved in with me and we are having problems playing Star Wars Battlefront at the same time, on 2 different PS4's within the same network. First note: I am a fairly technical user, so please don't hold back the technical nitty-gritty with me. My PS4 is connected via ethernet, using DHCP but assigned statically at the router as IP 192.168.0.250. His is connecting wirelessly to the router, also using DHCP but with an IP assigned statically by the router as 192.168.0.249. The UPnP server is running on the router. The router is a TP-Link TL-WDR4300, using stock firmware kept up-to-date. Originally, there were no ports being forwarded on the router. Every time we would try to play Battlefront at the same time, one of us would get the error "You have been disconnected from EA servers" when attempting to join a room. Rebooting the router works for about one match and then the same problem arises again. I found that disabling the UPnP server on the router and re-enabling it (clearing out the UPnP cache) effectively fixes the problem for one match, but after that it goes back to the disconnected message for one of us. I attempted to port forward 9308 and 9306 to the wired and wireless PS4's respectively (since they are the only ones that seem to come up on my UPnP readout for the PS4's), but no dice. Jedi Fallen Order Unplayable Due To Performance/Stuttering [PC]
I just got the game today and already the game has loads of issues. The biggest issue has to do with the performance and stuttering in game due to poor optimization work done by the dev team. My setup is a [1080 TI / i7-6700 / 16GB RAM / Windows 10 x64] and I've gone through all the settings without any fixes to this issue. This problem seems to stem from the open world aspect of optimization as many of the sections where the game is loading the open world scene will cause major stuttering issues. All of my settings are now on the lowest that they can be, which is medium, and yet this problem still is a huge issue making the game unplayable. Fights with creatures turn into a hit or miss where the game will stutter which causes you to die due to not being able to perform any actions. Exploring the open world, which should look beautiful, becomes unenjoyable due to how poorly the game performs. This is embarrassing how badly this is doing so far after launch and is 100% unacceptable. Rockstar has already fixed their issues in their open world game which does way more than this game does.
