Re: I updated origin, and it deleted ALL my sims 4 progress!

Check how many folders The Sims4, have you in the Documents/Electronic Arts folder. If you have more than one folder you need to check in which game folder you have an empty mods folder. - this will be the folder the game is using now.
Delete from this new game folder the following folders: Saves, Tray, and mods.
Then go to the second "The Sims 4" old folder and copy - your "saves " folder.
Paste this folder in a newly created game folder.
Do the same with the Tray and mods folder and TrayDeleteItems file if you have this file in the old folder.
Now start the game and if you recovered your old saves, library, and mods, you can delete this old The Sims4 folder from Documents.
