My freind can buy the apex packs. Why?

We live in belgium in the same city.

I found a bypass to buy packs

I know what his bypass is but it's kinda sh*t.

When you create your PSN/Xblox Live account, you have to select your country, If you take "France" instead of Belgium, you can buy Apex pack.

But bad news:

-You can't change your country location once you have created your account.

-You have to create a new account, so, you will not have the apex pack on your main, and i think it's ridiculous.

Even if you use a VPN while you're on your main account, your country in your settings account is still Belgium, so it will doesn't work, you have to create a new one.

atleast for pc you can change to france

I made a new PSN account with France instead of belgium and i stil dont work. Cant buy the apex packs with the new account. Its stil greyed out the tab form the apex packs
